On April 21st 2023 order #*****. I purchased an office chair from ******************************* for $649.00. Shipping took longer than expected, and all was well for the first several months. One of the reasons that I purchased the chair from this company was the positive feedback and how they advertise that their chairs have a full warranty. My chair, unfortunately, keeps lowering/sinking throughout the day. I sent many e-mails, and most of them were not responded to. When they did respond, I was sent a video on re-adjusting the chair using an ***** wrench to tighten or loosen a bolt. That worked for a couple of weeks, and now it just keeps sinking. I now have the ***** wrench by my side throughout the day and have to readjust the chair several times a day. I have sent at least 10 e-mails and left several voicemails, and have not received a response. I just want to be able to use my expensive office chair as intended. I would like the chair to be covered under the warranty as advertised.Customer Answer

I Ordered a ****** ******, Aeron Chair from SeatingMind.com on 1/25/2025 . Order # ******. Purchase price $574.00. Paid via credit card.I was informed that the chair would ship within the week. I received a follow up email indicating the chair was back ordered and would ship at a later date. After that date, I was informed that the chair would be further delayed. At this point, I requested a refund. I was in contact with a ***** ******** He indicated a refund would be issued within 10 days. This time period passed and I did not receive a refund.I never received a refund, or a chair. I have emailed *** ******** I have sent refund requests through the SeatingMind website. I have call on several occasions. Original transaction occured February 12, online.Item never shipped and owner ***** ******* kept promising on a future date. I decided then to cancel and requested a full refund which he agreed. Within 7-9 business days. That was March 7th communication, well within 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked.Several emails to ***** were unanswered since. I've ordered this chair a month ago but they never shipped it. I contacted the customer service 2 weeks ago who claims they will ship it this week. But now, when I check with them again, they postpone it to next week with the same email template from the same person. On April 17, 2023 I purchased 17 refurbished and "guaranteed" chairs from this company I found while searching for office chairs online. I had purchased a single chair a few weeks prior to this to check out the quality. I was pleased, so I made a larger purchase for my office. When the order arrived, the chairs seemed to be in satisfactory shape, so I was pleased. Unfortunately after about a week of use, the seat cushions started to fail. It seems the company wrapped new faux leather material over the old material, and the glue job was clearly not adequate. I reached out to the company and spoke with:- ******************* They were helpful and sent me new seat cushions for the respective chairs. Unfortunately this trend continued, and now even the replacements were failing. Now its been 6 months of constant replacement, and then they just stoped responding. A chair with lumber support was ordered for an employee due to his doctor's recommendation. The order was placed on the 19th of April and received May 19 after multiple emails inquiring about the status. Despite your website indicating a ***** day shipping period, it took a month to receive an item from Brooklyn.Upon arrival, the item appears to be several years old. The stickers underneath the seat have turned yellow from oxidation, suggesting the product is not new. Additionally, this is not the model with the adjustable lumbar support backing as advertised. The box contained only the chair and an ***** key, with no instruction manuals for assembly or adjustment settings. When email for a return label to return the chair for a full refund I was told there is a 20% restocking fee although the website say free return . It's now 2 plus weeks waiting on a return label. In August 2022 I ordered an office chair, which explicitly stated that it comes with a 12 year warranty for all mechanics of the chair. A mechanism on the chair ceased to operate as intended due to defective parts, rendering the chair unusable. After multiple attempts to contact customer service over the past 2 weeks I have been told that my damage is not covered under warranty and I have been give the "runaround" and then completely ignored.My initial request was very reasonable, for them only to send replacements of the defective parts, and I would incur the time needed to replace/fix those parts myself. But now that they have made their intentions known that they wish to completely deny my valid claim, I am seeking a full replacement at no charge and without needing to send the defective equipment back to them until after I receive the new replacement.Customer Answer

We ordered a chair from the Seatingmind website on July 22, 2023 on Order number ****** for $499.99. The chair had extensive damage when received and, after discussions with the vendor, was returned by *** as they requested . The chair was delivered to them on August 15, 2023.
