      I ordered a desk chair on 12/20/23 for $674.99 USD, order ID is #******. Delivery never occurred. I received no communication from the company about when it would get delivered, nor any communication about delays they were having, nor a way to inquire. The order confirmation email simply said "When your order is ready to ship we will email you a *** tracking number." Then nothing.

      I purchased a chair on September 3, 2023 for $574.99. The chair was defective in that it did not lean back. It looks weeks to get them to agree that the chair was faulty and to accept the return. I returned the chair and received notice that it had been delivered back to SeatingMind. On November 6, 2023 I wrote to *************************, who represented the company, emailing him proof of their receipt of the defective chair. He wrote to **** at that company tell her to refund **** have still not received my refund and January 6th will mark 2 months it has been delayed since I sent proof and requested the refund, which I was not granted automatically. And on request it has also not been granted. I notified my credit card company which has written to SeatingMind. That was about 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. My conclusion is, seeing other complaints here, that they sell defective chairs, have them be returned, and then do not refund the money they took from the customer for the ********************** (s). That's certainly what has happened to me. This company has taken my money for which I have received no working merchandise, and for which I have NO merchandise at all.

      I ordered an office chair for $574.99 on 11/30/23. I have not received the chair as of 12/28/23. I have reached out to inquire via e-mail multiple times. The e-mails have been received. I received one response on 12/21/23 where ********************************** copied ***************** and asked him if the order had been shipped. There was no response. I have followed up multiple times and received automatically generated responses that the e-mails were received. I have raised a complaint with my credit card company and they are looking into the transaction. I have also filed a complaint with the ** Attorney General. There are many complaints online.

      I purchased this chair as defined in their website as "refurbished - restored" when I received the chair it arrived in a flimsy cardboard box that only had 1 thin piece of foam inside protecting the chair. Inside the box were broken pieces that ended up being one of the castors. The chair had wear, dust and dirt patterns consistent with the chair being used for a long period of time. I took some pictures and sent off to the company - only to have them say "we will send you a set of castors".. I fully expected, and via their own terms should have received a restored or refurbished chair. large clumps of hair wrapped around the castors and the filth, dust and dirt clearly indicates that this company does not do as they advertise. I've been scammed clear and simple along with dozens of others. I only want what I had contracted with this company to purchase.

      They have ignored my requests for compensation or refund for my time and effort to correct, clean and assemble the chair that was misrepresented at sale. They no longer repsond to any of my emails

      1. Ordered Steelcase Gesture chair 8/20/23 for $724.99 and had delivered on 8/28/23 2. Chair as it was damaged during shipping - got return approval on **** after going back and forth 3. Shipped chair for refund on 9/27/23 and got delivered on 10/18/23 4. Refund processed on Nov 3rd and was told it could take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect.5. Its now 12/11/23 and I still don't have my refund and since the minimum time limit for card disputes is 60 days this company has taken advantage of me. They strung me along enough to make it past the dispute deadline.6. *** tried reaching out to them via phone, email and online chat - I get ignored and told to keep waiting.

      I purchased a new desk chair from *************** on 7/11/23 for $319. About a month after it came the chair stopped supporting my weight and would go down without me even holding the lever. I weigh about 165. Average weight for a man my age. Shortly after this, a rod within the seat frame broke in half. I contacted *************** and they asked me to take photos and send a video of the chair not working. I complied and they said they would send me a new cylinder to replace the broken one. When I asked about the frame they refused to provide a new one until I reminded them of their 12 yr warranty which covers everything accept wear and tear and well as you can see I hadnt had the chair very long. So they agreed to send me a seat frame. When I got the parts I had no idea how to fix the chair. They sent me a video on how to exchange the parts. The process requires you to own a pipe wrench. Now living in an apartment, I had no need for a pipe wrench so I had to purchase one just to fix their faulty chair. In their video they said you can adjust the portion of the cylinder that connects to the control lever pin after you attach it to the seat. So I did just that but the pin portion wouldnt move and with light pressure trying to rotate it, it broke as well. I have tried reaching out to seating mind to get a new replacement cylinder and they refuse now to give me a new one even though this too is covered by their warranty. They have said I can purchase a new one. This is a horrible company. My order ID# is ******.

      On June 20, 2023 I purchased 3 chairs from this company. I returned the chairs via *** and they were signed for by company personnel on August 2, 2023. I paid $1347.00 and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have emailed numerous times as they never answer their phones, with no return response. I can produce my emails, receipt and a ring door camera video for *** pickup, if needed.

      Refund ($649) for a broken chair not received.3/17/23 - purchased a chair for $649 on credit card (order #*****)5/30/23 - chair arrived 8/1/23 - notified Office Chair at Work that the chair had a manufacture defect and was broken, and inquired about replacement/refund options 9/5/23 - after several failed attempts to "fix" the chair (based on several emails with them over the previous month), we requested a refund and a return mailing label sent to us 9/12/23 - received mailing label to return chair - the email stated that a refund would posted be within 2 1/2 weeks 9/15/23 - returned chair using the company provided mailing label 9/19/23 - Office Chair at Work received delivery of the broken chair via *** 10/19/23 - since a refund had not been posted to our credit card within the stated 2 1/2 weeks, I emailed the contact person and requested a refund 10/26/23 - sent another email again requested a refund 11/1/23 - still no refund has been posted to our credit card Another possible phone for Office Chair at Work is # **************. Their website phone number is just a phone message to use the website.Thank you.

      On July 22, 2023, I order a chair through Office Chair at Work - Order #***** - for a ************************* Embody Chair ($1,099) and Quiet Roll Casters Soft Rollerblade Wheels ($49) for a total cost of $1,148. On July 31, 2023, my chair was delivered. It was poorly packaged and arrived broken, dirty, and scuffed, and the custom order wheels were not in the box. I immediately contacted the company via the customer service support email on the website. I informed them of the issue regarding the broken chair, and that I did not receive the custom wheels with the order. I rec'd an email response to send photos of the broken chair, which I did, as well as requesting to return the broken chair and requested a full refund to my credit card. Per the company's website, it states free shipping and free returns with a 30-day full money back guarantee. After several emails, where I was asked if I wanted to return the broken chair or would I accept $500 off the cost to keep the chair, I have continued to request to return the chair and have my credit card refunded. I have not had any contact with the company since August 2, 2023 and my credit card has been refunded. I am stuck with a broken chair that I have no use for. I have attached photos of how the chair was packaged and of the section of the chair that is broken.
