      I am highly disappointed at the services of the well established company. Should have listened to the reviews and believe me they are all legit. I never really write reviews but this is the exception, first they inform you after purchase that there is a 5 -10 business day processing time even before shipping due to high volume. If you try to reach out it’s only by email since they disabled caller interaction temporarily they say, but the email reply was prompt but useless as they will not be able to assist you. As a business at this level I would have expected a better interaction yet sad to say, NO!!! You will more like find better success from another vendor rather than buy direct from them online. I’ve recently brought caps from 2 other company at the same time of purchase from New Era, Ive received those products already and my order with New Era has still yet to be fully processed after almost 2 weeks. First and last time ever I will order direct, BUYER BEWARE!!! This is not a angered review just a disappointment, trust the reviews.

      Absolutely terrible unprofessional customer service. Do not order directly from New Era Caps or you will be disappointed. Tried contracting the over 8 times as an item I ordered went on sale right after I purchased and asked for a price adjustment. They just ignored every message. How this company can service with this type of service is beyond me and will never purchase another New Era item moving forward.

      ordered hats 17 days ago ….. product has not shipped checked on the order ….. said it should take 5-10 business days ….. still no update on order although i have emailed messaged and called multiple times

      This company should be ashamed. I purchased a hat, paid for shipping, and the item they sent me was defective. I tried to contact them by phone, but they have a message that said that they are under reduced hours due to Covid? Covid pandemic ended years ago. Ridiculous. So, I started an exchange request and was told that the item needs to be returned, which means I would need to pay shipping again if I want another one. Prefer to loose the shipping fee rather than make purchase anything from New Era. Remember that. you are nothing without customers purchasing your merchandise.

      I purchased a cap from New Era with a 20% off code. During checkout, New Era's app said my code was approved, and that the total after everything--shipping, discount, and taxes, would be about $38. But my final receipt said $45; New Era had not processed the discount. I contacted them immediately and they refused to help me.

      Terrible customer service!!! Can not speak to someone at their center!!! Hat is been pending shipment for over 24 hours!!! Takes forever for no them to respond back and when they do it’s a generic email!!! This company should be held accountable !!6

      Order a hat, received it and was too small. Returned it and got email saying refund would be sent within 10 days. 3 weeks and many emails later, no refund.
      Wish they would have had reviews on website because I wouldn’t have purchased from them.
      BEWARE! Customer service is non existent and no phone number to get ahold of them. Only correspondence is thru email, which goes unanswered.

      If you are looking to purchase hats/caps directly from New Era Cap, I recommend you turn the other way and order from lids or elsewhere.
      New Era continues to use FedEx Tracking that doesn’t update for days. Hearing many similar things from many other customers.
      They purposely seem to choose the longest shipping routes and times, my package just sat at a fedex hub location in TX for 5 days during their “working business days” from the 18th Tuesday - Saturday 22nd, you think it would be moving along during business hours. Then as soon Saturday comes along where they know they do not deliver on weekends for the cheapest shipping, your package will start moving again on Saturday and Sunday no problems tracking again but again will sit at another location for a couple of days. My package was estimated to arrive the 18th, it has gone through 3 weekends during its route and I still have not received it, it just keeps stopping. Ordered the 7th, shipped the 10th, it is now the 23rd and will be just past their “7-10 day delivery estimate” they claim.
      And finally, New Era Cap hasn’t/doesn’t respond to my emails or inquiries on my order. I was also given the wrong tracking number as well for my other order. I was given a USPS tracking number that has never updated once, it continues to say waiting to receive package, will update as soon as it’s received… as if FedEx still has to handoff my package to usps before it gets to me. I have no idea what’s going on because they do not respond.
      Sent out an inquiry on Tuesday the 18th, not one reply back, sent another one the 21st, no reply and of course a weekend comes along so they are closed so gotta wait another weekend.
      Expect your order to take atleast 14-28 days, they said 7-10 days but that’s probably for east coast estimates.

      They don't have reviews of products on their website, so you have to go to a place like BBB to actually read about them. If New Era did have reviews, maybe I'd have known that the particular shirt I purchased is packed in a way that damages it straight from the factory.

      This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever bought from. Took over a month to receive an item still no one to speak to due to covid which is now 2024 and people have been back in the office and when we did the logo and stitching was off. Returned my item now unable to to speak to a live person no one responds to emails and no refund
