      This company discriminates Indian nationals at **************. Last month I was in **************, I saw bunch of Indians and other non-whites were subjected to additional search. Somehow, they systematically put SSSS on the boarding pass and harasses the passenger. When you look at the crowd of people who are subjected search are people of color including students. when asked them they all have clean record and admitted into the US by the immigration officers.Lufthansa must stop racism and harrasment.

      Inspite of having a confirmed booking on Lufthansa, they denied boarding because of some technical reasons and they tried to charge me 450$ extra at the time of boarding.I did not take that but neither did they compensate me for the ticket which I already had.

      Never ever fly Lufthansa. They confirmed my booking change by sending me an email that booking was "Confirmed". However, I could not select my seat so I called customer service. They said a ticket hasn't been issued yet (this is an internal task that has nothing to do with me), but will be in a few days. Apparently, "confirmed" doesnt mean anything to lufthansa. Two weeks later and afterseveral phone calls either they couldn't help, or refused to help. I had 2 customer service reps that were very rude, refused to listen, talked over me, and had no interest in my situation. When I called back, they actually hung up on me twice. What a terrible company!

      0n 3/11/2024 I booked a flight online on www.lufthansa.**m for 7/30/224 from *** to *** First leg was TPA- *** flight LH 9295 departure ***** from *** I reserved seats and paid $1952 for 2 passengers On 3/14/24 I got email from Lufthansa that my first flight was changed from *** to *** to an earlier flight LH7999 leaving *** at ***** and forced me to wait 6.30 hours in *** The email gave me until April 28 to accept or deny changes I **uld not accepted the change from 2 reasons-1) I am a senior with medical **ndition I cannot wait 6h before another flight of 9 h and 2) the plane was changed to a ****** *** that I do not trust due to numerous accidents and recent safety violations scandals.In order to find another acceptable flight I called 800xxxxx880 customer service to request rebooking due to my refusal to proposed changes--I checked online and found a better change From TPA to FRA flight LH 4401 leaving TPA 17,55 -the rep said that flight is available but his **mpute froze and he will call me back in 30 min to **nfirm---after 2 h I called again and spoke with rep name **** -se told me the flight I requested (LH 4401) is not available so I have to accept the proposed flight, She refuse to refund ticket in case I do not accept the change she l lied abut the changes was already accepted-I went online and made the change myself but had to pay $774.20 extra fees--when I called back the rep simply hung up the ph again. All reps had a heavy Indian accent -laughing during the call with other **lleagues- i heard music in their room and noise They were rude and refuse to mage any effort to solve the problem. Obviously this call center was in ***** and use undertrained reps with hostile negative attitude. Is this the best service Lufthansa has to offer = deceiving changes to extort more money from passengers and lazy rude and hostile customer service? I will make a **mplain the *** **** of transportation and dispute the $774.20 charge with my Credit card **

      Terrible airline ,they change their flight time repeatedly and then refuse to compensate on extra seating costs for previous flight ,they misplace bags for 5 days and then refuse to compensate the clothes and medicines bought in those days saying the receipts cannot be read ,they do not have ******** pounds currency on their web site and the currency is in ******** pounds.Unfortunately there is little choice to go to Europe from where I live in *******

      Got a ticket for my mum who is on a bereavement trip from the ** to ******* and Lufthansa will go ahead to send a mail that the flight had been cancelled 5 days to the trip. I do my investigation and also go online to find out the flight was very much available and selling for very high prices. This would be the second time within a month a family member would be a victim of this whole scam. The first one was my aunt on her way to the US for her daughters funeral. She had to get a different airline ticket after receiving a cancellation notice from Lufthansa only to find out on the same day she was travelling that Lufthansa was boarding passengers for the said flight. Such an irresponsible airline!

      I have been very dissatisfied with the service. My sister works for the airlines in ******* and there is a lot of bad management. She got contracted for 40h/week and they took away hours saying they hired too many people and are over staffed. Trash

      Simply horrible company. If you use this airline thinking its a German airline and all will.be *************'ll be surprised to the incompetence of their support, lost and damaged luggage, they have outsourced theor suppport,and their damaged claims to some **************** countrie, perhaps ******? And their support is horrendous, rude and irresponsible. They hang up the phone very rude and unhelpful.. This is the worst European airline by far. Luftansa used to be the best, but their greed and incompetence is unbelievable.

      I was unable to catch the ****** flight on December 27, 2023, due to a transfer delay. Consequently, I was issued a ticket for the next flight (******). Since my arrival time was delayed by more than 3 hours, I requested compensation through the feedback form, but weeks have passed and there has been no response.

      Baggage handling by Lufthansa is unacceptable!! Our bags were not put on our flight from ********* to ********* and baggage handling operations dont seem to operate more than 1 hour, 3 days a week. No one answers the phone either or takes responsibility for this. I wont ever fly Lufthansa again. This airline should not celebrate non-stop service if they cant handle luggage properly. Seems basic enough.
