      Ruined our Christmas holiday, got denied to board and asked to pay $7700 for an economy roundtrip that is usually ~$1000. Very upset

      Lufthansa lost all of our luggage at the start of an 11 day trip. The luggage was not returned to us until after the trip concluded. They have (after over 2 months) failed to assist in any way for reimbursement.

      Deceptive situations to charge ******* family money. From check-in employees in airport start with a mistake in name & forcing me to buy a new tickets to find them with the same name as first reservation , then canceling 2 return tickets to force me again to buy a tickets since we are a family of 4 members I wouldnt encourage anyone to fly with them.

      My trip was from STL **********************. When I arrived I put my bags on the scale and the employee behind the counter took the bags and sent them via the belt. After that he wolf me I needed to pay $174 for extra weight! I asked him what was the weight? He said I was over by 1.5 kilos! He sent the bags and didnt give me the choice to remove the extra weight. I asked him to bring the bags back and his rudeness started to show. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. I had to beg them to return the bags. Two hours later they bring them and I remove the extra weight. My ticket was economy plus. I arrived to gate and they try to scan my ticket. I WAS SURPRISED THEY DOWNGRADED ME TO ECONOMY! The employee changed my ticket to economy. They were all treating me unfairly. I had to cancel my flight, book a new one with a different company from a different airport.I would never recommend this airline to ANYONE. I email Lufthansa about it, and all they do is apologize and BLAME me! And they claim they will open an investigation. If their was a ZERO rate, I would choose it.

      Trying to get a new password reset from Lufthansa Miles and More for more than one year!!! They never send link to me and when talking to an agent I got a vague answer I will get someone reaching out later. I did not get reached out and I have at least 3 international trips to enter on my mileage account I cannot open. I need Lufthansa to be more efficient

      I will never fly with Lufthansa again. My flight was on 8/25/23 out of JFK at 6:05pm and i arrived to drop off my luggage at the counter at 5:08pm. I was already checked in. And had TSA-Pre Clear which would have allowed me to be at the gate within minutes. The coach line was too long so i went into the priority check-in and Business class customer service area. There were 3 ladies. Two German and one non-German. While the two did not even try to listen to me and simply said "no can do" for me to drop off my luggage, the non german was reaching for my luggage to allow me to board the plane! They did not provide any guidance and told me to purchase a new ticket around the corner. When i was trying (i am an American citizen and my final destination was to ****** via Germany), the ticketing lady who was also german refused to sell me a ticket saying that there were no flights into ****** which did not make sense at all because i then went ahead and purchased the flight vis lufthansa's website! During my conversation w the customer service and the ticketing ladies, my flight was pushed back to 6:35pm. ***** told me this, i learned it when i checked-in to my flight at 5:50pm via the coach line when the non-german customer service lady tried to ***** me to make my flight! By then it was simply too late and i was just so tired to run to the gates. Previously i have always preferred Lufthansa airlines but my experiences w my latest trip have left me speechless. Rude and unprofessional staff. I felt racism. I am a professional who works at a global german bank. The way i was treated was absolutely insane.I swear to never fly with lufthansa again. They lost my service. This trip cost me $2,700 on coach and connecting flights.

      Lufthansa is a CORRUPT airline engaged in Consumer FRAUD. Due to a family emergency, I had to cancel my booking. But I rebooked another flight for a future date, 2 days before the canceled one. The rebooked flight was $900 cheaper than the canceled one. Lufthansa's agent confirmed that I would get the refund for the difference back to my credit card. Its been over 3 months now. I have contacted their customer service 10 times and received stonewalling and the same lie-filled excuse every time. It appears that Lufthansa has outsourced their SCAM to a call center in *****. All CS responders are *******. Well, they are simply doing what they are told to. DO NOT FLY LUFTHANSA THEY ARE FRAUD AND RIPOFF! No wonder they are rated less than 1 out of 5.

      I had an unfortunate encounter with Lufthansa's customer service, which significantly marred my overall experience. I want to highlight that this review pertains specifically to their call center and counter customer service, not their in-flight service.Here's the sequence of events that transpired:1.Failed Online Booking: When attempting to purchase two tickets on their website, the site froze upon clicking "purchase." No success page was displayed.2.Immediate Contact: In response, I promptly called the airline to clarify the situation. They assured me that no flights had been booked.3.Successful Booking on Expedia: To secure our travel, we successfully purchased the tickets through Expedia.4.Unexpected Charge: Shockingly, a week later, an unexplained charge of $3500 appeared on our credit card from the initial unsuccessful Lufthansa booking.5.Unhelpful ***************** Contacting **********************, I was informed that it was too late to cancel the flight. Despite our numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the customer service representatives seemed uninterested in assisting, consistently deflecting responsibility.6.Disputed Charge: We sought resolution through Amex, but our efforts were futile due to a lack of proof for the original call.7.Airport Frustration: Upon arrival at the airport, we encountered further frustration. Lufthansa's representatives continued evading responsibility, resulting in wasted time and no resolution.8.Traveling with Extra Seats: Ultimately, my wife and I were left traveling with four seats, a predicament that was entirely avoidable.In retrospect, it is evident that Lufthansa's customer service approach is deeply flawed. Their apparent lack of concern for the considerable inconvenience and financial burden placed on customers raises serious questions about their commitment to providing satisfactory service.Regrettably, this ordeal has left an indelible **** on our perception of Lufthansa.

      If ever I could rate this airline company negative. I would choose that. This company does leave assistance required passenger middle of nowhere in *********. Their ground staff is one of the worst. They always have track record of delayed flights from *** to *********. Not even a single day they are on-time. They don't care for passengers in-short.
