  I have a order that in ******* is 2 years old. I've had other orders that I've had to make contact with before just to receive something. I wouldn't spend another dollar with these people. Big apple collectibles is trash! If you want it just wait for it to drop elsewhere and spend your money with someone else.

  My wife and I had both ordered things from here around the same time. I ended up canceling my item since I was no longer interested in it, months after I ordered it. My wife kept her order in, placed on 3/8/22, and it is currently 11/1/2022 and they still keep pushing back their expected dates. This site is nothing more than a scam, hoping to lure people in with pre-orders of items they want just for people to never recieve them. That or you get to the point you're fed up with it and decide to cancel, where they are now going to keep 25% of your money for having done nothing. Buy elsewhere, you'll actually receive your item in a timely manner and not waste your money.

  Terrible business, same as others have said, I waited over a year for my order, they said they shipped it, never got the order, asked them about it and they said sorry there's nothing we can do. Major scam.

  Ordered Sept. Of 2021 and still nothing. I ordered 6 items they are waiting on one item that I've seen all over the place and yet they saybthe don't have it. They won't refund me without taking mo ey from me and will.only give me credit.

  If I could give a zero I would this I placed orders over a year ago and this company will not give me a full refund. And I know they will because they have a 1 year policy for any orders not fulfilled after 1 year you can get a full refund and they will not hold up there end of the deal but I have proof from an email they they will give a refund over a year but since the rest of my orders are over $1000 no one will reply back to me

  Never shipped my preorder while its currently available everywhere else, and wont offer a full refund regardless of circumstance. Awful.

  Terrible seller. Waiting for over a year for my order. This has gotta to be illegal taking someone's money and holding it for over a year, a state audit is probably needed, they are literally stealing people's money. Called the bank and filed a claim. I will fight them to get my money back. I do not need their store credit, since I'm never ordering from them again.

  Pre-ordered about a year ago. Kept emailing they said its still in production... when its already out to the public... kept playing email tag with them. After a year they said of course we have it here, we'll ship it right out... such a scam. Waiting for my refund

  I ordered in May 2021 and waited over a year for products. Never heard anything so I emailed them in May ****************************************************** stock. One item was missing and they refused to refund me, only store credit. And Im still waiting on the item not currently in stock and its October of 2022. That item is available in other stores and has been for over a year. Their customer service is horrible and will give you the runaround. Id give 0 stars if I could. They make money out of scamming people because then its too late for a refund, only store credit.
