  I ordered 164 dollars worth of pops way way way back in April 2021. Its been so long I completely forgot I even ordered them u til today April 26th 2023 when I just got a email saying a shipping label was created for my order. I was so confused at first and finally remembered I ordered these. So I went to the website to check out the order and now it says the online store is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, which is making me wonder if I really am getting an order or not. Either way thank god they closed. Idk if I will get my pops and I dont know if I can even get my money back cause I was banking somewhere else when I bought these. So Im out 164 bucks cause I got scammed

  Ordered $223 worth of items almost 2 years ago and they just sent me a notice today saying that apparently all of my items are in stock and that theyre going to be shipping them and they sent me a tracking number. However, they still have my address from two years ago so I had to email them and hope that if its a legit shipment which I doubt that it will ship to my new address and not to my old one. So sad as I got so many wonderful collectibles from them to have them s**** everybody like this.

  I preordered last July and still never got my items, even though they were widely available almost everywhere that sold Funko, for at least $25 cheaper. Now the company is out of business and I am out $102 because they won't reply to my email. They are trying to open a new business I think. I will definitely give them a bad rating the first day they open because I'm sure they will be the same scammers running it again. I am going to my bank to see if I can dispute the charges today. I would give zero stars if I could.

  Just like all the others, I got also scammed for over 350 dollars when they "couldn't fulfill their commitments", my purchases were made through Affirm, and I am trying to get them to refund the money, but it isn't looking good. The purchases are too old for my credit card company to do anything since I don't have anything showing the "Pre-Orders" would ship in February like the site showed when I was looking at the items. All the emails show the items will ship when available.Whoever owned this site knew exactly how to scam everyone and keep the money!

  I'd leave a negative star if I could. I purchased ~$200 worth of merchandise as a pre-order from this company in ****************** 2021. As of this date, I never received my product & the company sent an email on 4/5/23 that they're going out of business. They also put it back on the customer to try & obtain a refund, knowing full well that it's likely been too long for most of our credit card companies to charge this back.This is flat out fraud. Beware of any company started by this company's founder.

  I placed two separate orders with this company for two COMPLETE sets of figurines (one on 1/1/22 and 1/20/22) for a total of $260.00. After months of checking the website for status updates with the dates being pushed back again and again, the site redirected me to a page informing me that they were shutting down operations. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have been notified. I sent an email to their support email address and received a robo response that sounds like it was created during the holidays, promising that they were trying to fulfill orders. These people should be held accountable for scamming the public.

  Still waiting on an order from 2020 for $90 company is now closed still no refund. Also refunded two other orders but only for $4 out of $46 and$120 out of $250. Company is a piece of c*** Glad they're gone too bad it's too late for me to get a refund since it was from 2020 too bad it's too late for me to get a refund since it was from 2020

  I purchased 2 preorders on 1 and 5 August 2022 and have not received them yet. I just got a message that they're going out of business and to dispute charges with your credit card company. but it's a total scam because they make you pay for your preorders and your credit card company won't dispute a charge older than 60 days. Never shop with them!

  Over a year later and still never received ANY of my pre- orders . Hundreds lost because my bank will no longer give me a refund on what I preferred. Horrible!

  Preordered and after getting numerous repeat emails of theyre catching up from the holidays and every single time I send an email I get the same automated response. File claims with your credit card and banks now!!!!!!!!!!!!
