  Same thing as everyone else. Why keep delaying? Enough is enough already! They keep blaming Funko, saying its because of them. Ok! If its because of that Big Apple Collectibles? Make them send you what WE already paid for! Geez!

  I have to agree with the other posters. I ordered in September 2021. I received the package January 23, 2023. It is missing two Funko pops that had been holding the order from being shipped. I reached out to customer support and received the same automated response the other have received months ago that states it will be 30 days until they respond as they are in their warehouse shipping things. To say Im ****** doesnt cover it.

  I echo the comments from all other reviewers. I placed an order 16-months ago and still do not have my products. And, now, the company has an automated email response from their customer service inbox claiming that all representatives are busy in the warehouse filling orders, so all responses are suspended for 30-days. Absolutely unacceptable service.

  I placed an order with Big Apple Collectibles 09/03/21. Both items in my order were pre-order items and were charged upfront. I checked in a little after a year from the order date, around 09/14/22, since I had never received the items during that time. They responded with a generic message about COVID delays. I waited another month and monitored my order status. The estimated arrival of one of the items to their warehouse has been pushed back continuously for months and continues to be pushed back beyond this point. The other still has never gotten a release date, nor does it have a date now. I asked for a refund a few times since November 2022, as it has now been well over a year for items that keep getting pushed back/have no release date estimate. I have not received a response at all to any of my multiple requests to cancel and refund my order. These items have been available through other vendors for months.

  Seems to be a common problem, appears as though company is waiting for reductions in price in secondary market to send "pre-orders" Just got notice that I'm being shipped my Loki pre-orders from Sept 2021, still have an AC/DC Highway to H*** outstanding from January 2021. These items are significantly reduced from the release price at this point, and I could buy them for a fraction of the price I paid 2 years ago. That wouldn't be their responsibility if I owned the items, but I just paid for them and they didn't ship until the items devalued.

  I will never mistakenly order from them again. I ordered the 1st of October in 2021 and have yet to receive anything as of January 2023. I spent over $100 and customer service is "turned off" for 30 days according to their support email. They have been continuously selling the same items I ordered since then. They are scammers and should be shut down. Also you need a 0 star option on here.

  It should be 0 stars. I ordered 2 items from the preorder section from big apple collectibles in July 2021 and haven't received them. Chatting with the customer service people is like talking to my wall and expecting my wall to answer. Then I check the "order status page" and go figure, the item still hasn't came in. Well it's the year 2023. I see everyone with there ******************* Funko but my collection shelf is missing it. I warn everyone to take your money to the neighborhood booster before ordering anything from Big Apple Collectibles! Matter of fact. Send me your money before that company.

  I ordered a product 16 months ago and have not received it. I get an automated email response stating due to their overwhelming holiday rush and them focusing on thosetheyll not respond to emails for 30 days.

  What can I say that hasn't already been said? I wish I had seen these reviews before doing business with them. I made 2 orders well over a year ago, both with pre-orders, understanding that they would only ship when the pre-orders were released. So over a year later still no goods, the 'pre-order- dates keep getting pushed back even though the product is readily available in stores, ******, **** for months now. But they don't want to refund (only issue store credit) or try to charge restocking fee. Tried to reach out and resolve, no answer. Finally had to dispute with my CC company. Dishonest business; AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you still do business with them after reading these reviews, that's on you.
