  Like everyone else, same issue. Bought over $100 worth of funko pop items in Dec2021 and still no items as of Feb2023. I hate I was lazy and didn't do a check into this company so I would not have wasted my time. Giving a WARNING....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam.

  Tried to get a refund and right when I did after a year they send the product and reclaim the money. First purchase they didnt send at all. Disgusting company that needs to be sued. If they do let me know.

  They don't care about there customers and you can't get a hold of them if they mess your order up. I been waiting 7 months for 1 funko and got shorted 2 funkos on another order. I will never buy agian from this company.

  I ordered a Funko pop in 2021 and Still haven't received it in 2023. They won't give a refund either saying it puts their suppliers in a bind???? How dies that even make sense. I'd give this company a 0 if that was a option. I regret not looking a reviews before purchasing from them.

  I tried to pre-order a Funko Pop figure back in September (full well believing it'd sell out immediately). It is now February and I have not received it, but I see people have began getting theirs as early as the first week in January. I've been checking their website for updates and it isn't updating, just keeps saying "Awaiting Availability Date from Vendors", "Available to Ship: no".Finally had enough and e-mailed them asking for an update and told them I feel like I've been scammed. Haven't gotten a reply.I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I'm not sure if I should go into details regarding that, but in short, Big Apple Collectibles didn't do enough things- and I can file a dispute. I should be getting refunded in 2-4 weeks. (if anyone else is capable, has been scammed the same way, I suggest trying to do the same thing. All banks are not the same tho.)

  I have 3 outstanding orders with this company, 2 of which are from August 2021. I never get a real response, just the generic waiting on vendor date for updates. Then the new date changes for a month later which never comes. I just want a refund

  Like all the other reviews state, this company should be put out of business. On January 29, 2022, I pre-ordered 4 Funko Pop figures that were actually released (not just scheduled to be released) in April 2022. These were available in every store that sells Funko Pops all Summer long. I just finally received my pre-order today, January 28, 2023, one day shy of a year later. They were pre-ordered so long ago that my son forgot we pre-ordered them, so he bought them from a GameStop store during the Summer. When I finally received these literally 9 months late I was furious and went to their website to return them. But of course they don't allow returns of any pre-orders. It doesn't matter if they're late, never arrive, etc. -- no returns, period. I can't even pursue the matter through my **************** card because Big Apple Collectibles requires payment up front for pre-orders instead of being like every other company on the planet and not charging their customers until the item actually ships. So Amex won't allow me to dispute a year old charge. Again, this company needs to be put out of business.

  They are scam artists. They take your money for a pre-order at the moment of placing the order, then they proceed to use the current global shipping issues as an excuse to delay indefinitely. Other similar ** based businesses have received the same items months before and they don't charge you till the item ships. And when you eventually figure out what they're doing because your order is nearly a year delayed, they force you to either loose 25% of what you payed as a cancellation fee or get 100% as gift card from their shop so they can scam you all over again. How are they allowed to operate with a business license is unbelievable to me.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM... and spread the word in the collectors community to boycott them.

  Made a pre order in October 2021 for $150 worth of funko pops, continually keeps getting delayed and when I ask for a refund or even store credit get an automated message back saying theres no one at customer service to get back to me for 30 days but been saying that since November, my bank wont refund me because its been over 60 days they are con artists
