This business does not honor their web site prices. I was quoted a price with out installation. When I went to the tire shop to pick up the tires I was quoted a different price base on not using them to install the tires. They told me they can change a price from what is advertised which is clearly false advertising. They bait the customer in going in and saying there is nothing they can do. The manager didn’t even come out to listen or try to resolve the issue.Monro, Inc.

!!!!!THIS COMPANY WILL ENDANGERED LIFE!!!
On Sunday 07OCT2024 I visited AUTO SERVICE CENTERS for a specific repair to be performed (Passenger Front Wheel Bearing). Prior to said visit-I had the preliminary, proactive measures of identifying the SPECIFIC part(s) and service(s) that needed to be performed. The only thing I needed was a trustworthy business to perform the repair. Being that I was thoroughly-pleased with my previous initial experience with TIRE CHOICE AUTO SERVICE CENTERS with one of my other vehicles-I trusted that I could count on Store 1673 for professional, honest assistance-especially while being vulnerable during a Hurricane Evacuation (Milton).
Unfortunately, the WRONG REPAIR/SERVICE was performed.
Although I had REPEATEDLY stated that I did NOT need a set of FRONT and REAR tires-the representatives remained Dismissive and Aggressive in overall demeanor. The store representatives demanded that I need new tires and that that was the key issue causing the vibrations. Despite my Articulated Concerns and Recommendations-they ignored my input and proceeded with their own beliefs and said the tires was the SOLE and only issue when all of my previous research suggested otherwise. The store reps would not listen to me when i tried to speak up and voice my concerns. They maintained a hostile and aggressive demeanor from start to finish with this customer experience. They made me feel embarrassed and like a complete fool who did not know what was wrong with my own car. I find this attitude to be dangerously reprehinsble and disrespectful.
Despite my own good judgement-i trusted these store representatives to tell the truth and do tne right thing.
I cannot express to you how frustated and let down i am. This situation has caused harm to my reputation, livelihood -IN ADDITION to the COUNTLESS lives that I came into contact with both INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE.
This issue is more about SAFETY than it is Money ??Monro, Inc.

I took my car in for a simple oil change and was told my battery needed to be replaced and my brake line needed to be flushed totaling me $500, I had a road trip that day and reluctantly agreed to pay it because I wanted no issues while I was on the road tell me why the day I get all these “repairs” my traction control light comes on and when I mentioned it to staff I was told that light was already on which was a lie because I keep up with the maintenance on my car and none of my lights have ever been on, when I pulled of the lot my radio was acting funny turning off and on I was told this was because the new battery had to get used to the car, which I have all this in text. So I continue to get on the road and what would you have it when I turned my car off I was no longer able to turn it on again the, the lights wouldn’t work and the engine wouldn’t turn over, again never had any issues with this car I just went in for regular maintenance. I had to get my battery jumped by my insurance the same battery I just got installed the same day. I have receipts from that jump. No my car won’t start at all I don’t even want to give them the chance to fix my car in fear that they will mess something up worse considering the fact I went in for an OIL CHANGE and now my car doesn’t work at all I’m asking for a refund of my $500 and for tire choice to compensate however much it is to get my car fixed somewhere else. This is ridiculous $500 and I end up with a broke down car in another city.Monro, Inc.

Furious is an understatement. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Called the Troy location to make an appt Thursday and Friday of last week, no one answered. Went to the Troy location on Saturday and was told that they could not get me in for an oil change at that time, but could get me in at 445 that day. I made the 445 appt and provided my cell phone number and said if anything changes in the schedule, please give me a call. I don't live close, but this is the closest location to my home, so I kill time for 3 HOURS and stay in the Troy area. I showed up at 445 and was told that they still could not get me in. The ONLY reason I make yet ANOTHER appointment for Monday is due to the fact I have a Groupon, so I make an appointment for Monday at 6pm and AGAIN, SAY PLEASE CALL ME IF ANYTHING CHANGES. I show up today to my appt and was told that I will not be getting my oil changed... as they do not have a tech. The manager was extremely rude and after arguing with him for a few moments, he said, AND I QUOTE, that it's like making an appointment at your doctor's office, yes you have and appointment, but if they can't get you in, they can't get you in. Now I am not sure what doctor he sees, but if mine needs to reschedule, THEY CALL YOU!!!!!! I called the corporate office to complain, and 4 TIMES when my call was answered, before I could even speak was disconnected. I have worked in customer service for 30 years, and this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! ZERO STARS, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!Monro, Inc.

I took my car to 1746 East Joppa Road Baltimore Maryland Mr Tire auto center to have my oil change and tires rotated. A week later the sensor light came on telling me my sensor had broken and my right tire. The idiot who worked on my car put also put too much air in my tires I drive a 20/20 ***** ****** which only takes 32 psi this idiot put 35 when I call them back to let them know what was going on they're telling me they're going to charge me another $150 to fix the sensor before I let them work on my car again I will walkMonro, Inc.

Rolando, the store manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and exhibited poor customer service when asked why he was charging me twice for an oil filter that was included into the $69.99 ******* for a full synthetic oil change. They tried to charge me an additional $24 for the oil change, which made it more than the full price Oil change. When I questioned him why, he refused to answer questions and replied with. I’m doing with corporate told me to do. After 40 minutes of going back-and-forth, he gave me a number to corporate that didn’t work refused to give me a contact to the district manager and proceeded to threaten to call the police on me. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS AND/OR LOCATION? If I could give a less than one star review, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with using a ******* for services.Monro, Inc.

I would give Mr tire auto service zero stars if I can. On July 5,2024 I had brake pads and rotors installed on my vehicle. I paid 1000 out the door. I had a issue with brake squeaking for 3 months took it back to them so they can inspect and the manger said it was just break noise he said give it about 600 miles and the squealing will stop. But the most thing that really missed me of I went to another auto repairs center to get a brake inspection on my squeaking brakes and I have found out when I did get my brakes installed at mr tire they did not lubricanted my brakes none of them and they also did not bleed the brakes because there was hardly no brake fluid in there. And to make things even worst they strip two of my lug nuts I had to get them replace. I had to pay a additional 300 dollars at another repair center that should have been done at mr tire. They did not bleed my brakes and they did lubricanted them either. They took advantage and did me dirty. The manager name is Mckulley M***. I will definitely stay away from mr tire auto service center they are crooks and cheap parts from ******* and putting them on others people vehicle charging a arm and a legMonro, Inc.

My wife purchased brand new tires for $750 in March 2024. After all of the hurricanes in 2024, we had a nail in the tire and made an appointment to drop it off to be fixed. I dropped the car off and then dropped my wife back off an hour later to pick the car up. "Bill" stated that the nail is in a safe place and NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT! I have a warranty "road" hazard and wanted it fixed for safety reasons. I was not there after i dropped her off and TIRES CHOICE took full advantage of a female and sent her home with a nail in the tire! Who the F*** does that????? I have two teenage girls that ride around with her every day in that vehicle and now when something happens and they get hurt, the lawsuits will begin! I highly advise that if you love your family, you NEVER use this business!!!!!!! I will do my best to make sure the word gets out and they close the doors. That is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! The LEAST you could do it patch it somehow - you're too damn lazy to fix it on a Saturday morning and don't want to work for your $13 an hour. If you read this and are considering getting tires from this location, DONT! Go to ******* or **** who will honor their warranties and not jeopardize someone's family! Charging for service that are not perform. Had a tire repair done charged $52.00 for a patch (but it was a plug not a patch), charged rebalance fee the tire was never removed from the vehicle. this Mr tire location is in New Bern, North Carolina.

I had an issue with Mr. Tire in Watertown NY. I had new tires and brakes done in August, 2024, and an alignment after the new tires were mounted. Four months later, in November, 2024, I got my vehicle inspected at ******** because Mr. Tire did not get their inspection license from NYS. They stated that the tires felt unusually worn and did an alignment to find that it was way out of alignment. I returned to Mr. Tire and they inspected the tires and stated that there was no unusual wear. I was at ******** to get a simple inspection and they found the tire wear or they would not have done an alignment. The alignment report showed that it was way off which I showed to the Mr. Tire salesman and he agreed that it definitely needed an alignment, but stated that I must have hit a pothole! I will not return to Mr. Tire or recommend them to any of my family or friends. I did much business there over several years but not any more! Stay away from Mr. Tire!!!Monro, Inc.
