      Ripped Off
      I took my car to the shop to fix an issue with my car that had VSC, traction, and check engine lights that were on and also the air tire pressure light was on. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as a faulty mass airflow sensor and replaced it for three lights. And said the air tire sensor needed to be changed as well. However, when I picked up the car after 2-3 hours the all the lights were still on, indicating the issue hadn’t been resolved. So, I returned the car to the shop.
      The mechanic then thought the new mass airflow sensor might be faulty and said they’d replace it again. The next day, I went back, and they assured me the problem was fixed. I drove away feeling relieved, but when i got home, I saw the lights had come back on.
      I returned to the shop to report this, and the mechanic, clearly frustrated, suggested it might be an electrical issue. Now, I’m questioning if the mass airflow sensor even needed to be replaced in the first place. It feels like I may have paid for an unnecessary repair, and I’ll likely have to pay more to finally resolve the issue.
      Still I had to go back home in the afternoon with my car cuz we all got work.
      They weren’t able to fix the problem even after trying for 3 times!!!
      All lights are still on and nothing changed and even they claimed to have changed my tire air sensor and yet the air light came back on!
      Do not trust this place and if you having problems with them as well. Do not hesitate to report them!

      I made an appointment for 5 pm to repair a ***** tire and when I got to the store they said they don't take appointments at 5 pm and I would need special chucks to left the car. The manager was rude and unapologetic this and I'm my opinion had something against either me or my *****. I will not shop there again.

      Saturday morning, I had an air sensor replaced and a tired patch when I got there, I had three sensors working after I paid my bill the tech came in and said now only two sensors are working for $300, They could fix the sensors I left I will not be back now it's going to me more to have the sensors fixed

      I wouldn't trust taking my vehicle here. They failed my husband's inspection on his truck, claiming it needed breaks. Trusting them was our first mistake, as they were insistant it failed even though no signs of break wear were being shown. Being a former auto mechanic (now lift mechanic) who has held his inspector license ehe took his truck back to do the breaks himself. Turns out the breaks were no where near failing, and they were just trying to make a quick buck.

      I cannot recommend this business. Here are several reasons why:
      I paid over $130 for services I never received. The issue began with an arm bar repair they recommended. After they attempted to upsell me on additional services I neither wanted nor needed, I waited nearly two hours only to have them refuse to complete the service I had already paid for. There was no effort made to assist me or provide any service whatsoever.
      They directed me to *******, making it seem as though I would receive a refund there. However, ******* informed me that the funds for my payment had already been released to Car X, and that Car X would be responsible for the refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, it’s been over a week with no resolution. The entire team at the shop is aware of my situation, yet no one has reached out to rectify this issue.
      This business’s practices should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business or treat customers.

      should have done my research and reviwed all the negative reviews this shop has before taking my veichle to this tire shop... Horrible Service from the manager to the whole staff....kept my car from 11:45pm pm to 6pm today to rebalance and rotate 4 tires then so called manager calls me at 5:45pm to say that they did not work on my car as agreed that they over booked to come back tomorrow never again....:( don't spend your hard earned money here...

      Zero stars. On Oct 6, I booked an online appointment for a New York State inspection, scheduled for Oct 11 at store #399, Fairport, NY. A while later, I received an email confirming the appointment for the service and even left a voicemail with the location on Oct 10 to confirm my appointment. I dropped off my vehicle on Oct 11 at 7 am and left my keys in the drop slot with the appropriate info. At 11:15, I called to check the status of my car and was told that there was no one at the location capable of doing an inspection. I was told that the manager, Dana, tried calling me earlier in the week and that if I had answered the call I would have known not to drop off my vehicle. When asked why she never left a message, I was told she doesn't leave voicemail messages because she didn't know who she is calling.
      Why accept appointments when you don't have people qualified to complete the services?

      Wife's ******** *** inspection was due. Took car in on Thursday 09/26/24 all passed but needed 2 rear tires. Order 2 tires at $104.99 each. Was told they did not have the tires but will have them tomorrow and will call. Friday no call went to shop no tires in yet. Had plans Sat. and Sun. went to store Tuesday and the tires were in but was told that no one showed up for work and had no one to install the tires. Please come back Wed. Went back Wed. and the tires were installed.
      Could not pass inspection because 2 bolts were stripped on one of the rear tires. And gave us the two Lug nuts that they could not put on the tire. The manager said that he can fix and pass the inspection for the cost of $200. Now, looking at the total bill of $343.67 and wondering why the bill was so high, I seen that we were charge $33.60 for Road Hazard Coverage that we both never agree to. So at this point I want a refund of $33.60 and I will dispute the charge on my credit card. For the $33.60
      I left the shop and called **** **** and made an appointment for Friday at 9:00. I gave the clerk the two lug nuts to check out where the stripped threads were and mentioned that I need an inspection. One hour later the clerk came back with the bill of $21 for the cost of the inspection, I asked what about the Lug Nuts. He said they put the lug nuts on with no problem. So, this company tried to rip off my wife for $233.60. Now I plan to let the BBB know, Corporate, and every one I can tell on social media.
      We don’t need business in our area that try to rip off American people.

      OK, I received an email from the Better Business that the company wanted me to call them. I called the number yesterday and left a call back number then I called today and was on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up. I left a message to call me and just like yesterday they never called back. It's my opinion they don't care and don't want to be bothered. I have waited on the phone for over an hour, and I have pressed 1 to have them call me. I guess they just don't care. I will start letting my voices heard on social media next. The one time I was caller number 4 but after one hour I hung up.

      ******* or Tire Choice Auto Services..who is the guilty party? Both?
      I purchased a coupon from ******* for a Full Synthetic oil change (normally $96.99)with tire rotation at Tire Choice Auto Services for a wopping $66. FOR A 2021 ** ****** S. SCHEDULED my appointment . ..upon arriving at the facility, 1308 Folly rd, Charleston SC, My total was going to be, WITH coupon and 1 extra quart of oil $140.17. The math did not add up and even the service tech giving me the quote, couldn't figure it out. I left, wirh out an oil change.no one at the store tried to offer a refund, an explanation, a discount, got nothing!! . It's impossble to contact ******* and Monroe customer serve has no idea what they are doing. I told them I wanted my money back, of course the manager was not there. AND I will not waist 45min of my life on hold again, with the Monroe Company .
      I called that same Tire Chioce store today, asked about the Full Synthetic oil change, 96.99, for my 2021 ** ******..I was given the total of $140.17 and that included 1 additional quart of oil. My 2021 ** takes 6 quarts of oil, I'm told.
      I feel that they are ripping people off!!
      Can anyone see my issue????

      I visited the Mr. Tire location at 4041 Holcomb Bridge Road Peachtree Corners, Georgia 30092 on September 14, 2024 for a replacement of a back right tire and oil change. The tire was replaced correctly but the oil change was not! The next day after receiving the bad service I started hearing ratting coming from my vehicle which was not happening before hand. Unfortunately 4 days after I noticed my car had an oil leak due to the mechanic named Tobias not properly tightening my oil pan. I went back to the store September 19th for a refund that I still haven’t received. During my 2nd visit no one apologized for the mistake that was made. I’ve called several times throughout the week and tried emailing you all but still no response. Drew the store manager said there was nothing he could do. Had to leave a review on how unprofessional this company is so be aware.
      Two weeks has passed and I haven’t received a full refund although I was told it would take 7-10 business days…
