      My name is **************** and I purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine from P C ***************************** and had to return because I didn't know that the building did not allow to have a Washing Machine on the premises. I returned the machine within a week and was charged $135 for pick-up and wanted my money refunded but each time that I speak with ****** at P C ***************************** he transfers me to ***************** I paid over $600 for the machine. I am not able to get my full refund because they are saying that I only am *********** $93. I have been trying and trying and trying to speak to someone to help me but each time I get the runaround. P C ***************************** along with ****** the Supervisor has terrible **************** and are not willing to help me in any kind of way. Their integrity as a business is that of a shark circling their prey for the kill. This store is located in the Bronx on the ***************. Don't even walk on the same sidewalk as to where they are located. They are very quick to receive your money but will do everything to not have business ethics for their customers. They have their Washing Machine back in great working condition but now I am out $600. P C ***************************** has a predator mentality for purchases. If there was a triple negative zero rating I would make it a quadruple negative zero.

      This is the worst company I have ever been associated with. They are unreliable, I have had to call out of work twice and a third time when they actually bring the correct peace. The first time he came it was the wrong part, the second time he came the wrong part now I have to wait for the repair man to order the correct part and then come back out a third time. They dont give you a window of arrival until 7 at night or later. I will never buy another appliance from this company again and I will discourage anyone who will listen to stay far way from this company. Its time for them to go out of business!

      If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of professionalism with this companies extended warranty is insane. They cancel your appointment with no notice given stating the tech called when you received NO voicemail and the only call you got from PC Richards that day you were hung up on after 4 seconds. Theyre a joke of a company dont bother getting the warranty since this is the second time unprompted theyve canceled my appointment.

      WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Do not even think of coming to this location. I had to cancel an order due the fact they won't provide an updated COI to my building. After several phone calls and getting patch to the same person (sales associate who assisted me when I was buying the appliances), I was told that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL ORDER OVER THE ***** AND THAT I HAVE TO COME TO THEIR LOCATION. I never heard of anything like that. This sales associate (he's very rude!) kept on insisting that I should just receive the delivery scheduled the following day and they will deal with the **** These guys don't understand that there are rules when delivering to a condo building. It was the most painful experience of having to deal with just canceling an order. The Assistant Manager ended up canceling the order, OVER THE *****, and he said that yes I can cancel over the phone, which means that your staff blatantly LIED. Your customers deserve to be treated with respect and that you need to tell the truth to your customers even if it means you will lose some sales. If I can give this people a 0/5, they're definitely a zero.

      I brought a new refrigerator in march 2023.On nov.18 I heard a strange noise coming from the fridge.I called for service on Sunday was closed till Monday,called the store where I brought it from (*******) they said they have loner but I would have to buy it and when I returned it I would get refunded.again on Monday I get a email stating service for November 30.And they may not be able to get parts.My wife has had open heart surgery,my thanksgiving was ruined I will be seeking a lawyer.

      Over the last 10+ years, my wife and I have purchased several home appliances from ***************************, a knowledgeable, patient, friendly sales person at the **** Richard store in *******. With his help and advice, we've bought a refrigerator, a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, and two stoves. We've been quite pleased with all of them except for the first stove, which was obviously defective and a fire hazard. That stove was still well within its warranty period, and with ****'s help **** Richard promptly replaced the stove, refunded the prorated purchase price, and even transferred the remainder of the initial warranty period to a new replacement stove.Thanks, ****. Were also grateful for the good prices and the professionalism of the people who deliver and install the new items and haul away the old ones.***

      Worst experience, I have a scheduled a technician to come to my house to fix ******** from 8 to 12 it was past 12 and I called the company they say that they will send an email to see where was the technician, but nobody called me back and the technician never showed up??Im So disappointed because I lost my whole day waiting for them to come to fix my range.

      Recently we needed warranty work done on our 2023 Keystone Passport. We can't tell you how happy we are with the work. ******************************* (the service manager) took care of everything, no questions ask. Despite the fact that the service department was swamped, he made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. At the completion, he walked us through all of it and made sure we were happy with it.A big thank you to *********** especially ****!

      The worst company ever My mom bought a new washing and it doesnt work She has warranty and they dont want to do anything about it She has not able to enjoy the machine When she first received it there was some water inside They told her oh its new we cant change it A technician came 3 times and nothing They tell my mom one thing and tell the store another thing THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
