      I placed a large order at the *************** store on ************. A number of items did not arrive and I've been getting different answers with regards of where the items may be and who is responsible finding them. They also delivered a Miele stove with a shattered door and they claim that since the item was on sale, it is a unique items and they are not responsible for it.I have not encountered such lack of of willingness to help ever in my life.They do not take responsibility for their actions and blame it on the customer.

      I recently purchased a washing machine from this company (order no:**********) , and during the installation, the team connected the hot and cold water lines incorrectly. They did not ask me which pipe was for hot or cold water, and made the decision on their own. This resulted in damage to some of our clothes during several wash cycles, particularly the prints on our t-shirts, which were completely ruined. I only discovered this issue after the third wash, when I realized the pipes were reversed. Correctly installing the hot and cold water hoses is one of the most basic tasks in setting up a washing machine, and I am very disappointed that this was overlooked.

      Stay away from PC Richards! I purchased a brand new ** refrigerator just about two years ago and it already has gone bad. I purchased an extended warranty through the company and the service is absolutely terrible. The cost of the fridge is $2700 including the warranty. It took a technician over a week to come and assess what was wrong with the fridge, and when they came and looked at it, I was told it needed a part with no possible timetable when repairs will happen. I am also a senior citizen who is prescribed medication that needs to be refrigerated and this is major inconvenience. At this point, I am very reluctant to do business with a company that does to prioritize customer service and sells defective merchandise.

      Hi, this is Mr. ****** Im writing to you because we purchased a ******* refrigerator from PC H3234343039333636**37H and son back in July 2020 since then the refrigerator has broken down six times causing us to have to pay for additional food and pay out of our pocket for food. We lost a lot of food that spoiled. We had to buy 8 bags of ice a day to keep milk and eggs from spoiling. When we addressed this with PC H3234343039333636**37Hs and son then told them that we would like to get another refrigerator swap out and will pay more for a better refrigerator. They set up and said all we could do is have it repaired. Its been six times that refrigerator has broken down and I feel like weve been treated unfairly. We spoke to them constantly. Weve been very polite not being rude and all Im asking is that someone get in touch with them for this to address this issue of , why we cannot have this refrigerator swapped out returned or whatsoever Im not asking for money. Im asking like I said even if I have to pay more for a new refrigerator I will do that. This refrigerator cost us a lot of ******** wasnt one of those little refrigerators this refrigerator was $3,499.97 plus we paid for the warranty which totaled $4,572.71. please can you help us thank you. ****** ***** Invoice # **-247799

      We purchased a ****** dishwasher and warrantee on May 18, 2021. We have had repeated issues with this machine most notably leaking, which we have several pictures of and have shared with your service man. We have requested a replacement as this machine does not live up to the standard expected. We have been told that our issues do not justify a replacement. We feel that we deserve a replacement as this machine does not run properly and perhaps not safely. Below is a synopsis of the run around we have had to deal with these past few months add on to this the inconvenience of being house bound each time for several hours waiting for the service man to arrive.
      1. 6/29 - cancelled service call – repairman was sick
      2. 7/3 – had to order part
      a. noted that machine needed to be leveled.
      3. 7/24 – machine is serviced
      a. Was not leveled.
      4. Leaked again – rescheduled for repair on 8/3.
      5. 8/3 – cancelled – repairman is sick – rescheduled for 8/6
      6. 8/6 – cancelled – ran out of time – too late for a call
      7. 8/8 – time change no notification
      a. Called to find out why the service man did not arrive.
      b. wrong ticket number was used.
      c. cannot guarantee service today.
      8. 8/14 - called leaking again
      a. Door that was leveled does not close properly.
      9. 8/21 - fixed door – did not have a level
      a. had to use one of our rulers when I saw the door was not level.
      b. had to order another rubber seal for the door again
      10. 9/3 serviced again for leak
      11. 9/14 – machine is leaking again
      12. 9/15 – another call for service as of 9/22 no call back
      13. 9/22 – called G&G again – I was told that the work order was closed out and I need to call PC Richards for a new work order
      How many times must we deal with this inconvenience and have our floor eventually ruined. We would like a replacement machine immediately.

      I recently had a frustrating experience with my washer repair through PC Richards. After it stopped working, I reached out to customer service and was given an appointment for a week later. However, that appointment was postponed due to the technician's injury, pushing my wait to nearly 15 days. When the technician finally arrived, he quickly identified a broken part but promised to return the following week with the correct replacement. Unfortunately, when he returned, he had the wrong part again and needed even more additional parts. This whole process has dragged on for almost a month for what should have been a simple repair.The customer service throughout this ordeal has been disappointing. I was assured multiple times that I would receive a call back within 15 minutes, but those promises went unfulfilled. I found myself repeatedly calling for updates, only to be told someone would get back to me the next day. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your appliance needs. Consider going to Best Buy or another reputable company with fair policies. Save yourself the headache and avoid PC Richards!

      I purchased a washer and dryer from the store near ************** in May of 2024. they were delivered to my home in *******, **.. Both were delivered on time and hooked up. The washer was, and has been fine. The dryer worked the first time we used it. After that it never heated . I called for repair of the dryer and was given an appointment date. I live in ********* and work for the ********** so my schedule to be in the PA house is based on when there are home games. The first appointment was cancelled by the service company.The second appointment was cancelled by the service company.The third appointment was cancelled by the service company.The fourth appointment was cancelled by the service company.The fifth appointment was cancelled by the service company.For all these appointments I paid gas and tolls to **...bc they say to be there betw. 8am and 5pm.I spent enough $ to buy a new dryer!The sixth time a tech. showed up and installed the 4 new parts that were mailed to me. The dryer worked one time! This has now been 4 months and the dryer does not work. The service tech came again and could not fix it and left me with a new appt. for Oct 3rd. Again, 4 months and the dryer worked twice. It is still under warranty. PCRichard said I could'nt get a new one unless the tech says it can't be repaired... the tech says "they always say that".... I would like a new Dryer or my $ back.

      PC Richards is a scam with the return policy. The deliver man open the box of the TV and I did not give them a signature.They stated the box is opened/signed and this is the non returnable policy.The delivery man emailed me the photo of the open box and the person in the building signed for the item. Within 24 hours I requested a refund/return of the TV. The amount is $2393.06. PC Richards refused the refund/request. PC Richards will refuse the dispute with your credit card. Please go to Best Buy or any other major electronic company with fair policies. Do not buy from PC Richards! **************** on the phone will deny any type of refund request for any expensive items. Do not risk it.

      Today is 9/11/2024, and for the THIRD time, we have to wait for the repair of our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer which we purchased in March, 2024 from **** ************************************ is a picture that my husband took of the unit after the **** Richard's & Son technician opened it. He told hubby that the coil heater needed to be replaced. THIS IS REPAIR #3.Our unit has NOT WORKED more, than ********** much food thrown out.Medicine thrown ******* for handyman to wait over 20 hours the 1st 2 service reviews & repairs. Our cost. No compensation from *********, we wait again for **** Richard's & Son to order parts, schedule another appointment for repair.

      It was a nightmare trying to get the refrigerator I purchased delivered. Twice they failed to deliver as scheduled and failed to communicate with me about it, wasting my time and energy. I had to call numerous times to try to find out the status of my order and was endlessly placed on hold. There seems to be a disconnect between the store and their warehouse too which makes checking inventory and delivery difficult. In the end, I cancelled my order and requested a refund only to find that they charged me for delivery so, of course, I had to follow up on that too.
