I bought an ** Dryer with a 5 Year warranty in 2020. The dryer never worked right. I have had service people come a few times but they never fixed the problem. I was supposed to have a service call yesterday. Aug 30th. No one showed up or called. I waited all day. They then said the next time they can come is next Thursday Sep 5th. ***** to customer service. They couldnt so anything. The product and PC Richards has been horrible to deal the.P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

My refrigerator is not even a year old the service person has been here 4 times I have been with water ice food for almost 2 months the refrigerator messed up my new wood floors spoiled ****** worth of food my husband and myself had taken off from work Everytime theu say they are coming where I live it is hot I can't even drink water or get ice we have to eat out everyday when I am use to cooking I waited and they call me the day of when they were supposed to be there between 1045am - 245am I got a call at 115 pm saying they were not coming this is the 5th time I took out for this only for them to tell me after they confirmed the appointment to say the parts are not on the truck and then I get a whole lot of bs because I said if y'all have to come 9/3/2024 you have to come after 3 because I already missed 5 days for is and to be told they couldn't guarantee me that time is a slap in the face I ask for a new fridge and was told they have to fix this one again this weekend is the labor day sale I will be at the store with people from ************ to ******** with the news station to let them know how much they should not buy from PC richardsP.C. We show that your appointment for 9/3 is scheduled between 12-4 pm, which is as narrow a window as we can provide. Where do I Start, Its too long of a story I believe to state it all but I will do my best. I purchased a ******* washing machine for the price of $829 and an 8 year warranty for $349 before tax. I had also purchased a washer when they had no prospective delivery date for ruffly two months I canceled the drier and got my money back without an issue. The in store sales *** were polite and patient while making the sale. I called for the information for the machine and explained I am having issues having the machine serviced and that I needed to file a complaint I was met with disdain. I was asking if I needed help with anything else not even a sorry was given nor was there any kind of remorse for any issues I was treated as if I no longer matter they already got their money. Lets start with the issues with having the machine serviced. On the day of my scheduled ***air, the ***air man called me to ask what the issue is I told him the machine will not start, He asked if I wanted him to order a part, I said I don't fix washers so I think it be best he check it out himself, he came and did not check the washer. he looked at it and did not touch it and he left saying he's going to order a part. he came back the following week, he asked me prior to arriving to clean with bleach because he saw a *****... I was like ok I have done that. He came and said the machine service will take all day and he closed back the machine took the new part and left. I called to reschedule he made a ***ort saying we have roaches rats and mice. very dramatic. I had a exterminator come out for service and sent proof that someone had come out. They have rescheduled me 7 times and still going on a month the machine is not fixed, the excuse of extermination was used over 5 times, the excuse for parts needing to be ordered happened 3 times and the excuse its a glitch there was no appointment was used once. I have still not had the machine fixed. I am a mother of 6 and disabled. I am very upset.P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

1 starRequested order to be canceled within TEN minutes due to wrong address, and followed up shortly after. Company ignored my emails and shipped the product anyway. And then kept saying I would not receive a refund until they had re-acquired the product--that they knowingly shipped out!! To add insult to injury, customer service was EXTREMELY rude. I purchased a Frigidaire 30 in. 20.0 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless Steel. MODEL: FFTR2045VS on MAY-01-2024. This refrigerator stopped working on JULY-15-2024. I called customer service right away when I found out and they scheduled the first ********** to see the issue on 7/24/24. The Tech advised that we need to order a part to fix the problem. The part arrived and I scheduled service on 8/2 and found out later the part that was ordered by the tech was incorrect. The tech who came in to do the service on 8/2 said he had ordered the right part today and once arrived then I had to schedule again for service.I received the text saying on 8/8/2024 the parts to complete our refrigerator repair have arrived please call to schedule service. I called and scheduled. Today is 8/21/2024 and no ********** has come to repair, however, I did call the supervisor in the meantime and 2 times I called they told me they could try to push the service tech to come earlier but no guarantee. Today is 8/21/24 over 1 month and I still have no refrigerator working. This is so unacceptable and this was the worst customer service Ive ever seen.Not to forget as I mentioned this was purchased this year MAY-01-2024.P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

******** delivery service!!! I was given a window of 11:15 -3:15. I went online to see what was going on at 3pm. It was changed to 1:15 -5:15 without anyone contacting me.4:35 and still no delivery.Customers time not important to PC ************************** give a window if they don't follow itP.C. The delivery person opened up my gas line. As gas poured into the air, he told me he would leave now or I had to pay him via Zelle an additional $100. When I called the store to complain (*************, **) they were very aware that the delivery people may need to be paid for extra work.P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

In the middle of a weekend heat dome, my air conditioner died. As I am older and about to have a knee replacement and I run my business from my home, I was frantic. After numerous calls to various stores, no store could get me an AC unit for at least 3 days. I happen to be about 4 blocks from the ************************ store in the 80s on Broadway. I called the store and was told yes they do same day deliveries when possible but I had missed the window. Almost in tears, I asked if there was anything he could do and he said let me get you to someone who might be able to help. ******* (I don't know his last name) came on the phone. As I had bought from the store previously, they had my file and I explained my situation. Not only did he find me the perfect AC unit in my price range, he said he would bring it right over! I could not believe it. This caring gentleman heard in my voice how upset I was. That day the exterminator while fighting a pigeon mite infestation in my apt., had incorrectly sprayed the inside of the unit and caused the motor to malfunction. With all of this and the upcoming operation, I was very much on edge and this wonderful gentleman actually cared enough to bring me the unit so my super could install it that afternoon. These days, so many sales and customer service people could care less about their customers. The fact that he actually cared about my situation and wanted to do whatever he could to help me. PC Richard is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. You should promote him and put him in charge of training your employees. I am sure that with his guidance, your company would not be getting the complaints I am reading in other reviews on this site. Or you should clone him and have him manage every one of your stores. 1 starFor service calls, they will initially send a technician to your home to do a diagnostic test only. After that, they will then order the part and return. This is never communicated to the consumer until the technician is about to arrive. Therefore a service is likely a 2 visits at minimum so the consumer will have to miss work for a 4 hour window, twice. PC Richards states the labor charge is $100 for 1 technician and $150 for 2 technicians and that covers the total number of repair visits, but this is also not communicated well.Communication could and must be better.Review fromElaine T

1 starI bought an 8 year warranty on my ** refrigerator which was purchased September 2021. They were enthusiastic at the time but never expected my warranty would be used less than three years later. I called July 4th after my fridge bit the dust on July 3rd. Nothing is working. They send a repairman on 7/9/2024. He is in my home ten minutes, says they know the problem, have dealt with it before BUT had no parts on hand to fix it. So, they order parts and supposedly it is overnighted. No call next day, I call 7/11/2024. They act like I am calling for the first time. I am now scheduled for 7/18/24. It is weeks now, no fridge and no offer of a replacement. I take the day and stay home waiting today. At 10am, they call me to say the guy is on medical leave and NO ONE will come and to call to schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!!!! I have lost so much money on spoiled food, ordering out and just the whole situation is ridiculous. I am angry and hurt at the treatment I am getting from you PC Richards.
