    Ordered a phone case over a month ago. Never received it. Asked for my money back and they claim once it's shipped it's out of their hands, and ****** fault. Refused to send me back nearly $80. Sent me a new case, except that hasn't arrived either. Obviously with it taking this long I've bought a case elsewhere and don't even need this. I can see this "company" does this to a lot of people. I'll be warning people all over the place to avoid them at all costs.

    I purchased a case and screen protector on 6/26. On 7/11 I emailed customer service because the order still hadnt arrived. They replied the next day apologizing for the couriers oversight in scanning my package. The assured me they would be reshipping my order via priority mail and would provide me with a new tracking number as soon as it was available. It is now 7/18 and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. Scam company. The sad thing is that I googled them before buying and all I saw were good reviews.

    This is the scummiest company I have ever purchased from; they are liars and snakes. My mother purchased the mystery 3 pack from them and I received the **** Sweethearts iPhone case, Blonde Tort iPhone case, and the Hot Pink Leopard iPhone Case. I decided I would order it last week for myself to get a few more cases on rotation; I received it today and what do you know, I received the EXACT SAME THREE CASES. On the listing on their website the mystery bundle literally says For the thrill seekers! This mystery bundle includes 3 of our favorite phone cases, almost for the price of 1 case. Great variety of styles to rotate between.It also says Our Mystery Bundles are not eligible for exchanges as each bundle is one of a kind.Really now? EACH BUNDLE IS ONE OF A KIND? This is literally FALSE ADVERTISING. I have showed them this and explained to them several times that they made a mistake, and they wont do anything about it. Theyre actually just ignoring me now, they have deleted all my comments (which I have proof of) as well as blocked me on ********* Now imagine how many other customers they have done this to. Absolutely scummy business.This is literally my last resort, I have no other way to contact them. They have no phone number, they have me blocked, they have deleted all my comments. I have actually begged them. Is this really a company you want to buy from? Seriously just go order from any other phone case company at this point.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Never received product. Going on 3 weeks. Have emailed customer service no response! I think this company only cares about influencers image not regular folks. Long story short they stole from me. Dont buy unless you want to get burn!

    I placed on order on 6/27 for two phone cases at $68. I received an email shipping confirmation on the same day that my order was shipped along with the tracking information. As of today the tracking information has not updated at all and my package is still showing its in ****. Ive reached to customer service, they replied once with a link to the same information and stated to let them know if there wasnt any movement. *** reached out to them two additional times this week after that letting them know there hasnt been any movement, but I havent received a response back and nothing has been sent to spam. To date I still do not have my package or a proper update from customer service as to where my order is. Even with the holiday this past Tuesday, there shouldnt be this much of a delay for shipping and I should have seen some movement by now, especially since I placed the order several days before the holiday last week. Im extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the lack of information provided thus far. I want an update with either an exact delivery date of my order or Id like a refund of the $68.

    HORRIFIC customer service. No phone number to call. All via email. You pay shipping to return items. Even if its their fault. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise and although its pretty its not functional and its been a nightmare trying to get any assistance

    I ordered a 3x Bundle iPhone set for iPhone 12. It lists the exact cases you will receive. They sent me 2 Velvet Caviar cases and an Alocase (for the pink silicone case). The Alocase looks exactly like my other silicone Velvet Caviar case (previous purchase) BUT it doesnt have the MagSafe magnets. They kept telling me the Mystery bundle includes an Alocase. That the Alocase is a genuine Velvet Caviar case made to be sold on Amazon. I never ordered a Mystery Bundle so I shouldnt have received an Alocase. Right? If I wanted an Alocase I could have gone to Amazon to get one. Right? Dont get me wrong. The Alocase is beautiful, but thats not what I ordered. I have loved their products for years. I have purchased so many cases for myself and family members. But thisleft me discouraged to continue purchasing. Its like ordering a Coke and getting Pepsi. I emailed them about it and they said they appreciate my feedback. I hope they change the listing to show what customers will really be getting. I have left a review on their site as well. However, they need to approve it. Note: The Alocase can be found on Amazon for much cheaper. It includes a free screen protector! I dont hate the product, I am just upset they didnt send the correct product I paid for.

    I want to like this company because the cases are so cute but unfortunately I can't because the customer service is trash. They say that you can email them and they'll respond within 24 hours but that definitely doesn't happen. Also, don't say that you can change your order if you have a problem with it if you email them ASAP because they definitely won't respond to you at all. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

    So I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought my daughter what was listed on their website as 3x Mystery iPhone Cases for IPhone 14 Plus. I even have a screenshot of my order and it says exactly that. What we received in the mail was the three cases in the photo, that is NOT a mystery. They sent their 3x Bundle iPhone set for iPhone 14 plus instead. I believe they listed the item incorrectly as a mystery pack, but it is still what I purchased and it is their mistake that they should fix. It has been awful with customer service, and theyre telling me I can return my items if Im not satisfied. What? So youre basically telling me to pay for YOUR mistake. You should be sending me the MYSTERY pack that I paid for!!! I wouldnt be making such a fuss if these cases werent so expensive and if she hadnt chosen the mystery pack specifically because she wanted to be surprised. Im so disappointed because I have talked so highly to everyone I know about VC for years, but this is just ridiculous.

    Hi *****, we apologize for any confusion regarding the bundle pack. The mystery bundle has been replaced with just a 3x bundle which include the same products as are pictured on the listing. All bundles include the same pictured styles for all each size device. We are happy to accept the return for a full refund on the bundle or for a store credit to use at a later date.

    Never fixed- they want me to fix their problem still. Keep telling me that they replaced the mystery set with a bundle set, so basically I paid for something that I didn't receive and they still don't care- horrible horrible horrible company

    Ordered on the 1st of May. Two weeks before Mother's Day. Guess what... No phone case delivered. Now they are saying item isnt in stock. I ordered on a day it was in stock. It clearly had it on the website. Email states **** business days. That's fine. I should have received it today if that was the case. I think my fiance would have been okay getting it a day late. But now I am not getting it at all. This company needs to cancel someone else's order and send me mine since they cant get their books straight...
