    December 2nd i paid 4.98 for a free item.Then on December 15th they charged me 47 dollars that was unauthorized.Can't get in contact with them so trying here.

    We were contacted by email on December 15th about this charge. This was a membership offer the customer had ordered. This Membership was canceled on December 15th. The $47 charge was refunded on December 15th. Customers email was replied to on December 15th advising that the membership was canceled and the $47 charge was refunded. Please see attached email correspondance.

    On 12/3/24 I placed 1 order for gold plated coins in the amount of $ *****. Today I look on my credit card and see I have 4 pending charges namely $ *****, $ *****, $ ***** and $ *****. I never received an order confirmation so I do not know what the extra charges are. A ****** search reveals other people complaining about the same charges which are apparently membership fees. I did not intentionally sign up for a membership and with all the complaints I am seeing online, it appears this company is fraudulently putting people in memberships without their knowledge. For this reason I do not trust this company and no longer want the gold coins. I would like a full refund for the charges totaling $ ******.

    Customer placed multiple orders on December 3rd. The offer for $49.90 that was mentioned in this complaint was an upsell offer "after" other orders were placed. This order was refunded in full on December 4th. Customer still received the Merchandise ( at no charge) as he had contacted us to cancel the order after the package had been shipped. Receipts and tracking information was sent to the email address that was used when the order was placed.

    I was looking at a website for ************************** . I wanted to order a mystery box. As I was trying to order the box they kept trying to sell me more products I did not want. At the end they wanted me to join a membership, I decided I didn't want to order after all, they still charged my card *****. After I found out they charged my card I emailed them and told them to cancel any order or membership and refund my money. They still have not refunded my money on my card. I also wanted to email them at their support site and my email kept coming back as undeliverable. So they are scamming people with orders that don't exist and charging their credit cards. I want my money refunded. They said they would and I have not seen any money refunded to me on my credit card.

    I purchased 5 ***** knives and paid S&H. On November 12th. ***** was paid to you out of my account. I have not received the knives that I paid for. Please, I need you to call me ASAP. I don't want to turn it into BBB, and my banks fraud department because I have bought from you numerous times.     There were orders for 5 "Shot Glasses" and 3 "Combat Knives" The Shot glasses had been shipped and delviered to the address provided. The"Combat knives" were on backorder and were scheduled to be shipped as soon as back in stock. Due to the treat to dispute order this order has now been canceled and refunded in full. Please see attachment. It will take most banks 3 to 5 days to process the full refund of $51.80 for 3 ***** Combat knives. Customer has not contacted ********************** with any order inquiry or shipping status.

    Though I did order some gear from the site under the impression I only had to cover shipping and handling I was not clearly informed at all that id be signing up for a subscription membership in similar vein to multiple customers below. This site is a scam and you shouldn't order from them! They need to do a way better job of actively showing all purchases in full detail (not hiding them in fine print) at checkout and specifying what customers are signing up for when they opt to receive just gear after paying shipping and handling! This predatory and misinformation style of communication is absolutely abysmal and unbecoming of any business! Tricking people by making your checkout options illegible and concealing your overall purchases (and marketing these products as free when they apparently auto enroll you in a subscription service) is absolutely screwed up. I suspect in some ways this is deliberate on their part because they realize they'd make more sales of product if they actively did not inform customers they were also signing up for a membership service. Incredibly shameful. Send me or tell me whatever you need to get this resolved ASAP because it's apparent y'all do not respond to email, chat, or phone!If this isn't handled quickly trust I'm only gonna get worse.

We canceled the Membership as requested and responded to customers email at 3:42 pm ( 11 minutes after receiving the email) that we had canceled the Membership as requested. Please see attached copy of emails. This membership has been canceled as the customer requested.

    "Why and how is this company getting my C/C info and says it processes a charge for a purchase I made. I've heard this name before, as this is the second time in one and half years my Credit Card has been used by someone. (NOT ME)! I phoned my card company and they investigate and FIND IN FAVOR OF THE COMPANY. I END UP BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NO ISEA WHAT IT IS. When I *** the company, they have no record of me. This is all I want to mention. With exception, the items they sell is NOT WHAT SO EVER PF INTEREST TO ME.

    I paid $4.99 SHIPPING on a free item that was advertised and did not join their service monthly, when checking my bank account activities, I find they have deducted $47.99 from my account. I want my money deposited back to my account. Its a scam to withdrawal on someone's account when they didn't join for their monthly service.

    I am sorry for the confusion. The $4.99 offer was a 14 day free trial offer for an Outdoro Gear Membership. This membership was canceled on Nov 11 and a refund of $47 was submitted back to the card used for teh Purchase. It does take 3 to 5 days for the bank to process the refund.

    A debit withdrawal posted on my bank statement 10/08/2024 to CB*MYTACTICALPRO 5399 IN THE AMOUNT OF $19.95 10/08/2024 to MY TACTICAL PROM 5399 IN THE AMOUNT OF $24.95 TOTALING $44.80 These were not authorized by me for any recurring deductions and nothing of any intrinsic value was exchanged for the money taken from my banking account on the date of Oct 8th 2024. If mytacticalpromos has me listed as a member, I have neither joined a membership for any recurring basis, remove all personal identifying information of all accounts that may or may not be set up in my name and refund my money totaling $44.80. and send a letter of apology, as I will be contacting the ******************** in ******** to make further complaint to the ******************* of Corporations doing business in the State of ********.

    On 9/28/24 I fell for, Mytacticalpromo free ad, just pay shipping. I received a small tact knife. They have tried to take $$ from my cash ap. I've blocked them

    I am sorry for the confusion. Th eorder was placed on July 10th for "One Mystery Survivalist Explorer GIft". Customer was shipped an EVATAC Knife for this order. The Mystery items are unknown to the customer until receipt. The only charge for this item was the shipping and handling charge the customer agreed to when the order was placed.
