    I opted to receive a free gift and paid a shipping fee of $4.99. There was never a commitment or membership fee mentioned. However, I began having my account drafted twice a month afterwards. I attempted to contact them with no resolve. There has been a total of $248.07 drafted from my account without my authorization.

    I filed a complaint about tactical usa week or so ago .Thank you for the help ***. I thought that my tactical was the same company because they seemed to be lumped together. I have tried to cancel it as well , but can not contact them. They actually today over **** my bank account.

     The company said it canceled my membership but still took ***** again from my account today.

    I see the ones in green as refunds , but after the refunds the one in white is you pulling from my account again.

    I ordered a book on January 18, 2025. The money was immediately taken from my account. The books have never arrived. I did contact the company to be told that they were getting ready to ship and that I would receive an email. It's 3 weeks later and have not heard from them again. Nothing... I don't understand

    I am sorry for the confusion. We do not have "books" here at MyTacticalPromos. Please check the complete description of the charge as it appears on your bank statement. This should show you the name of the company you ordered a book from.

    On January 24, 2025 I ordered from Myacticalpromos. I spent ***** for a Presidential $2 bill. I ordered 5 and I didn't get but one. they were suppose to be gold back bills, that's not true its plastic. I tried to contact them no answer. I got a text from the about 15 minutes later, I also emailed them and no one will response. I want a full refund. They are a scam.

    On 01-27-2025 I ordered 5 items from tac.pro.totaling about ******i allegily had an opportunity to purchase free items! When I tried to pay for shipping my credit card said info incorrect,same info they used to charge ****** on other goods!!! I decided I did not want to deal with a suspect company! I have called 3 times,different days,different times of day,always a message,no return call!!! I have emailed 2 times,no response!!! I have asked to be removed from mailing list,only get more ads in response.Just want them to be as good as their word!!! Thank you for any help you can be.

    I am sorry for the confusion. you cannot look up orders on the ******* Stores unless they were purchased from that shopift store. We have multiple stores to order from. I see one order for a ***** Combat knife and coin that were shipped to the address provided at the time the order was placed. This order was marked delivered by the mail carrier on 1-13-25. I have sent both the receipt and trackign information to the email address ona the order.     I ordered a coin (***** )and sent email to let them know the pkg. Was torn open at bottom and was empty except for a card. I sent pictures of the pkg with all the numbers etc, (sent ***** but all I heard was we don't deal with that it's one of the warehouses we order from. Got info and sent to them still no word.

    I ordered a promotional item on December 16th for shipping and paid the extra ***** for "rush" delivery. Total of ***** for that order. I have received no emails from the company. My order did not come and today I see a ***** charge from them. I did not sign up for any service that I was aware of. I contacted them and have gotten no response.

    This order was for a T-shirt Club. The initial shirt is only $.99 to get started. The Rush and Insure of $9.95 is completely optional. Due to Holiday shipping delays this order was unable to be expedited. I have canceled the membership and submitted a full refund. It will take aproximately 3 to 5 days for the bank to process the refunds.

    On 11/19/24 I saw an item on Instagram that claimed you just need to pay shipping to recieve it. The payment was only $4.99, so I went for it. After it arrived i noticed on the paperwork, under the terms and conditions that this company would be charging me $47 a month for a membership they had hidden in fine print on the initial purchase. Seeing that, I went to their site to cancel the membership, upon going on their site it says you have to email them and they will respond "cancel within 24 hours", I sent them an email with a request to cancel. Included all my information, this was on 11/26/24. Just today (12/26/24) I received a package in the mail from this company, and lo and behold, they never canceled my membership that I requested they do a month ago. I look back in my bank statements, and sure enough. On 12/3/24, they charged me for $47.

    Ordered on December 12. Never received items. They took the money out instantly though.
