    I saw an offer for a free bag with just shipping and handling paid for 4.95. I ordered as I needed a bag. Then I received a charge and did some research on this company more. Then received a fraud alert from my bank. I reached out to them to cancel the subscription I unknowingly signed up for (in the fine print) and havent recieved a response. I want to cancel any subscription, I just wanted to bag! I havent received the bag and was charged 20 dollars instead of the 5 I agreed to

    I am sorry for the confusion. We had received the request to cancel the membership through Email, Chat and Text message. We replied to all 3 requests that the membership was canceled. The charge for the Duffle Bag is only $4.99 as advertised. There was another selection for another item that was priced at $19.95. This was not charged and is not being processed as the payment failed for this transaction. The only thing charged for this order is $4.99 for One Duffle Bag. There will be no further charges or merchandise shipped.

    On May 23 i ordered a backpack/shoulder bag. All i was required to pay was shipping and handling which was $4.99. Could you please provide a shipping date and when i should expect it to arrive.

    Canceled subscription two months ago, but keep getting billed though automatic deduction. Impossible to get a hold of a live person there. Was made to pay $14.95 just to cancel and it wasn't done.

    I am sorry for the confusion. MyTacticalPromos has never charged anything for Membership cancelation. We were contacted to cancel this Membership on May 26th. We canceled the Membership at that time. We also proactively refunded the May chargeof $39.99 for the Membership package that was being prepared for shipping.

    I was on text message with redvine.com and I received a message that said I won a free tee-shirt shirt wit *********************** picture on it all I had to do is pay shipping and handling for 2.49 $ ; this was on 4/10/24 .I gave them banking information for the shipping and handling. On 5/23/24 MyTacticalPros tried to charge another 37.00$ to my bank account. The bank stopped this charge and told me to contact the company and ask them to stop putting charges on my account. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone after 10 emails . They are saying in emails that they don't have my information and have run me in circles. I have banking information that shows they took money out . Bank has refused to help any longer . This is a scam and I can't get them out of my bank . Right now they can charge anything they fill like . Please help...

    I am sorry for any confusion. Customer had recently took advantage of our ***** ********** Offer. This is a membership offer. After you get your Shirt and a 14 day trial this continues for $37 per month and we send monthly shipments of original patriotic shirt designs and political collectibles for patriots. This Membership has already been canceled per a previous request to cancel the membership.

    This company keeps charging me me $40 for a monthly membership subscription to a bunch of dollar store nonsense. I have attempted for months to cancel it, by phone (they never answer), by email (no reply), and by chat (fake, they never answer). I will now have to file **************** charges through my bank. I never signed up for anything.

    I got a offer on social media for a free sling bag and all I had to do was pay for shipping. I paid for shipping and received the bag. A month later they charged me $47 dollars. I never received a confirmation email or anything from this company stating I signed up for anything. I go to their website and try to recover my account via email and nothing ever comes because I did not sign up for anything with this company. They sent me a knife which is what prompted me to look into if they charged me more than the $5 dollars shipping for the "free" bag and that is when I saw that they charged me an additional $47 dollars. I don't want anything they sent me and I will ship it back I just want a refund and for them to not charge me anymore for something I never signed up for.

    I am sorry for the confusion. This order is for an Outdoor ******************** offer. This is a Monhtly Membership to receive Outdoor and Survival items each month. This membership was canceled and $47 was refunded on April 7th. It takes 5 to 7 days for most banks to process a refund. The merchandise for this order was already shipped and delivered to the Customer. We were contacted the day after the merchandise was delivered. We did send customer a prepaid return label for the convenience to return the merchandise that was refunded.

    This has been going on for months now and I have sent emails and tried calling and it always goes to voicemail.This was initially just a $5 Shoulder bag that was offered on social media, which they then began sending me a monthly shirt at $29.95/mo, sometimes 2x monthly, auto withdrawal that I was not aware of. And this has been going on for months.Turns out it was a membership which was not clear at all. The shirts each time, were far from my size. I have tried to cancel and email, with no response. Each time I call it says to leave a voicemail with no callback. What kind of company never answers their customer support line?I want a full refund.

    I am sorry for the cofnusion. There were 2 packages shipped to the address provided when this order was placed. The First package was marked by **** as delivered on February 26th. The Second package is in transit. I have canceled and refunded this membership today due to the claim that you did not receive the merchandise.

    I am sorry for the confusion. This Membership was canceled and refunded in Full on March 22nd. The 2 recent transactions are refunds. There have been no charges for this membership since March 6th. It does take most banks 3 to 5 days for processing refunds.     I used a credit card to purchase a free tactical sling bag, paying only $5 for shipping and handling. I know have an attempted charge of $47 from the same company. I did not authorize this. This is bait and switch and seems to be happening a lot with this company. I demand a refund.
