Ordered a free item on website and it unknowingly enrolled me in recurring charge of *****. I have attempted to contact the company for four months to cancel. The phone number you never get a person and have to leave a voicemail to which you never get a return call, I have sent several emails with no response and cannot find any other way of contacting someone to ******* on company website. Don't have any idea who this company is somehow they got my info and bank info and said I was a member. I never joined anything with them but they used my credit card . These people are criminals.Business Response

Customer had placed an order for the ***** T-shirt Club on November 27th. **************************************************************************;
Customer received 4 T-shirts during the time this membership was active. Customer has not contacted **************** to set up a return or cancel this membership. We have canceled and refunded the Membership as requested. Customer support can be contacted with the email address listed at the bottom of the receipts which were sent to the customer at the time the order was placed and again when the refunds were processed if further assistance is needed.

Customer placed an order for the ***** **shirt Club. This is a Membership to receive Patriotic **shirtseach month. Customer never contacted us that he was not happy with the **shirt he received. We do offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee. We were contacted on February 24th to cancel the Membership. The membership was promptly canceled and $29.95 was refunded. Due to Customer now stating that he was not happy with the **shirt he received, we have refunded the $2.49 charge for this as well.

They started taking $29.95 out of my checking account in October of 2023 I to my knowledge have not given them approval to do that I have tried to contact these people by phone and also by email and I have not received any response from them whatsoever I would like to resolve this issue but I also don't feel they are interested in doing so So I'm doing here what I feel needs to be doneBusiness Response

I am sorry for the confusion. We were initially contacted on February 9th to cancel this membership. Customer email is attached. The Information given in this email did not match the information on the original order. We replied requesting more information to be able to locate the order within 30 minutes of receiving the intial email from the customer.
This membership has since been located and canceled per customer request. The last charge for the membership was September 29. We do offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Customer Support can be reached at: **********************************

The initial charge is $2.49. The ***** Wanted for president **shirt had been shipped to the address provided when the order was placed and was marked as delivered by **** on February 3rd. This can be canceled at any time per the offer. **************** had not been contacted to cancel this membership at all

Paid a $2.95 shipping charge for a FREE. Backpack received it . Backpack was miniature size ,useless. This was in December 23 ..on February 9th 24 seen a charge from tactical promos for $39.95 . Next day got a package of some promotional junk .when I contacted them they said they would issue credit &send return label.. They of course needed my card number for refund. They promptly charged me another, $46 ..my banks fraud protection department denied payments and contacted me..now my card has been canceled and I'm fighting to get my $39.95. Back. Double Scam .My Tactical Promos **** ***** All they want is your card number.. since I work 5 am to 5 pm. .it's impossible for me to get to my bank for new card during the week, so that will leave me without my card for a week or two..And now they have contacted me about refund, but want me to join a just answer club ..$46.00 . I am sorry for the confusion. Customer contacted a 3rd party company that was not affiliated with MyTacticalPromos to cancel a membership. We provide a contact information card for this company in every package we send out so the Customer had the correct contact information. Customer admitted he had "Googled" how to cancel a membership. This is how he ended up contacting a 3rd party company that charged him a $46 service fee. Customer did not contact ********************** to cancel until after he was charged from a different company. MyTacticalPromos was contacted on February 11th to cancel membership and request a return label. All charges were refunded with no additional charges to the customer. A prepaid return label was sent to customers email for the convenience to return the merchandise he was not satisfied with.Initial Complaint

I received an offer for a free tactical backpack, small sling style. Just pay the small S&H charge, it was $2.49company looked legit at a glance. Pay the shipping costs, clever way to market products that might of interest in the future. I had like $5.00 left in a joint checking account that was in name and my ex wifes name, I figured, why not use that small shipping fee to burn the remaining funds before I close the account. The free item arrived and inside was a card for 50% off your first order but no order invoice which didnt bother me, I just figured why need a receipt anyways, its $2.95 and they took it according to my bank statement. Then my wife called me all angry that I overdrawn the account? I told her that I just spent $2.95 for S&H on a little backpack to burn up the little amount of money in the account before I closed it as she asked. I checked that account and there was $39.95 charged as recurring! Plus a $37.00 overdraft fee from the bank! I am so confused and I went to their website and no record of any order, I didnt have an account with them. I have been receiving emails about all this free merchandise from gold bars to hatchets, just pay shipping and handling, hurry we have only so many left. I figured there is the catch, just pay $2.95 for S&H and we will send offer after offer for discounted merchandise in which you think youre getting a great deal like 50% off but in the end paying regular price, inflated retail value or price cut in half with additional profit made from inflated S&H handling costs. I paid $39.95 plus $37.00 overdraft fees, unacceptable. No invoice, no email confirmation of the order and I have checked and rechecked.Business Response
