    I am unable to contact the company to inform them that they have incorrect information about my location, phone number, and mailing address. I work in a hospital, and the hospital's information is to be listed instead. I claimed the business and attempted to make a profile to make changes myself. I provided the necessary information to create the profile and requested an SMS code twice, which never arrived to my phone. I want to contact the company and 1) ask them to correct their mistakes, or 2) have them remove my profile completely. I recommend the company add a "contact us" for others to reach them so this does not happen again. Thank you so much for your time.

    The company has a ********** of me with all of my personal information and is fraudulently using my info and stating that I am an addiction physician even though I am not. I filed a complaint before, and they said they had removed the profile, but it is still up. I have attached what the profile looks like to this complaint. I want my information taken off of their website. If it is not permanently taken down, I will pursue legal action as they are using my identity and information without my permission and possibly hurting my reputation as a clinician if potential clients or employers were to see this fraudulent page and think that I authorized it.

    I asked to have a business remove me COMPLETELY remove my name, address, phone number from their business and internet search. It is still showing. This is fraud. I do NOT work for this business, I do NOT have a private practice and they are listing my personal home address and phone number. This is really scary.     The company, Find A Top Doc, charged $719.33 to a company credit card without authorization. They received the credit card information previously by impersonating a legitimate business that my hospital patronizes. They did this same scam a few years ago by impersonating the legitimate business, and I told them to never charge my card again, and never to speak with anyone in my organization. They did it anyway and are trying to steal our money again.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and transaction listing does not show the transaction that this company had originally charged me. In their response, they seem in insinuate that there was a discussion. There was not. The representative on the phone was absolutely stonewalling. The company only resolved the issue because it was escalated to the BBB.

    I ******d my name and found that Find a Top Doc had listed me as a provider for them. I was astonished! Not only do I not work for them, they put me in the description as an MD. I hold a Masters Degree. They listed my home phone and my home address.... with directions to my home!! I work at a prison. If for any reason a prisoner had an issue with me, they or their family could ****** me and literally get directions to my home. This terrifies me. But to falsely represent me as one of their providers AND as an MD is illegal and unethical. I would like to take legal action but not sure what type of attorney to retain.

    They have a page up with all my personal info (phone number, address, name) claiming that I am an addiction physician which is completely untrue. They are using my information without permission (I have never even heard of findatopdoc.com before) I would like this page to be taken w and all of information scrubbed from their website. This is fraud and identity theft.

    Fraudulent Credit Card Charge Today (7/6/22) discovered Band of America CC charged for $187 from this business.No services were requested from them Have zero contract with them.I filed a complaint with BOA.
