    On February 10, 2023, this company charged $189 to my credit card for a plaque (I am a physician) that I never ordered. It is unclear how they had my credit card on file, or how they were able to access it. I tried to call to resolve the issue, but the phone number that was provided on the credit card **** produced a recording that repeatedly told me to hold for an agent, then hung up on me after 2-3 minutes. I then searched their number online (the same one that is presented here in the BBB company profile), which had a strange recording that said I should push a number to find out about being eligible for some "benefit" (I did not push the number), and then also hung up on me. I tried to email through their website for resolution, but after reading the complaints listed here on the BBB, I have little faith that this was some type of oversight on their part. This seems to be a repeated offense/business plan for this organization.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  My money was refunded and the business agreed to remove any of my stored CC information and deleted any agreements for autopay going forward.  I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    Supposed to be a one time fee but they charge every month after a brief call hopping the victim dose not remember he already payed.

    This company created a profile for me without my consent, which does not list my business address or business number, but has leaked my PERSONAL cell phone number and HOME address. This is a safety hazard and I want it removed immediately (the profile with my name, address, and phone number- I want it taken down completely). I reached out to them by phone and email with no response so far.

    The company in question, Find a top *******, has published incorrect information about my practice that includes a wrong location and incorrect hours. They called me and said if I want to change it I need to subscribe by paying them and then the information can be fixed. It seems very unfair that they have published bad information and I have to pay to correct it.

    I am a clinical psychologist, and Find a Top Doc **** posted a profile with my name, business address, "working hours", and personal cell phone number with the phrase "New patients:" in front of it, implying that new patients should call my personal cell phone number. This is dangerous and unethical, as I would never give patients my personal cell phone number. I am not affiliated with this business, never provided them with any of this information, and I never consented to having a profile on their website. I would like this unauthorized profile to be removed immediately.

    I am a clinical psychologist. A fake profile has been listed under my name and likeness on *************** *nd along with that profile lists my home address instead of my business which is both false information and also dangerous to myself.     when I search for my name on ******* a profile still comes up in my name on the Find a Top Doc website which displays personal information that I do not wish to have public. The resolution stated that the website had removed that page, which does not appear to be true. That is also inaccurate information depicting my business address. I would like to ask this website to please stop publishing my name and business information without my consent. A screenshot of this as of today, 2/23/2023 is included below. I appreciate your help in resolving this.

If I click the link, I see that there is no page listed for me, yet this search result still comes up.     I did authorize a one time charge by this company in Dec 2021 - when I was contacted again to set up press release or something I told them that I wanted no further interactions or charges and was assured that everything was cancelled. then with no notification I was billed $218.95 on 1/4/23 for some renewal. I called 1/20/23 to dispute this and have the charge canceled/refunded. On that call I was given confirmation #*****. No credit received. Left a voicemail message ~2/1 and never received a call back. Called again just now and recording hung up with no way to leave a message. A quick scan of BBB reveals I am not alone in having trouble. Would like unauthorized charges refunded and assurance that no further contact/renewals will be made. thank you.

    This company has listed personal and incorrect information about me. They have me listed as a physician which I am not, and have listed my personal information and directions to my private residence. I do not work in the field listed/have a private practice, I am not a doctor, and I have never created a profile or been affiliated with this company. I have never provided any information to this company before. I've sent a request through the company's website, but I am also following up here as this needs to be resolved as soon as possible since it is providing incorrect and misleading claims.

    To************ is using my information and impersonating me wit bought my permission. I have already called to take it down and they are a complete scam!! They have a recording of a fake agent that sounds like they are talking to you then you get transferred to someone random who doesnt even know about the website! I dont know how they got my information or who they they even are but I WILL be pursing legal action. This is ridiculous. My business is at risk because of some scammers looking to take advantage of people who are in need of care. To************ you will be sued.
