    This company is a collection of pushy scammers masquerading as a marketing/SEO/ "award" company. They will tell you that you won an award and then pressure you into paying for it. Then, even when you call them and tell them to cancel, they will keep charging you. SCAMMERS who target medical professionals.

    Total scam. They contacted me from "Best of **" Magazine, which they have zero affiliation. They told me they would feature me as their 'top doc' based on a few questions they asked. They said I would receive a plaque for $80; the next thing I knew, they charged my card $1680 to receive this little piece of junk plaque that is meaningless. When I tried to call them to get them to reverse the charge, they kept transferring me to 'customer service', which would conveniently get disconnected immediately. About 2 weeks later, they called me to confirm my information for a 'press release' I told them I was not interested, I hung up the phone and received a charge for $1780. This is major scam; do not engage with this business!

    I wish I could rate them 0 stars. First they lie saying they are a magazine and are going to feature you in it(at no cost!) to get you on the phone. The magazine they claimed to be for me is a real one. I contacted the magazine and they stated they had no affiliation with findatopdoc. Surely impersonating a publication is illegal. I hope legal action is taken by the real magazine. The person(or maybe AI?) then said I was going to get a profile on the website and a plaque if I joined one of their programs which would have costed about $1000. I told them I wasnt interested but they said they were going to put me in a program anyway and needed billing info from me. I then hung up the phone. Total scam.

    They scam you into signing up for their marketing scheme under false pretenses and promises of a magazine feature and then do not deliver on their promises and give you no way to cancel or change your billing information. When you sign in to their website there is a section for settings to "change your password, email and billing information", but there is no way to change or remove your billing information. They recurrently bill your credit card, but do not give you any written documentation or contract saying that they will do so. They do not send you any invoices or emails, they just charge your card. We had zero knowledge that we were going to be charged $640.61 until it suddenly posted to our bank account. When we called to dispute it because it was UNAUTHORIZED and ask why there is no option to update our billing information online, they said "oh you have to do that over the phone." Well, they don't answer the phone or let you speak with a real person who can resolve the issue or allow you to cancel! Absolutely terrible business practices aka a scam to beware.

    I have called and emailed multiple times requesting that I be removed from their platform. Not only is it poorly written, I am listed as a man.People on this site are messaging me for free professional advice. What? I didnt sign up for this.I had an issue with them and requested a refund after I discovered that they intentionally use a misleading business name to dupe customers into thinking they are a legitimate organization. They are not New **************** which has a Best in ********** publication. Yet, they call their magazine Best in ************* this retaliation? I want my information off of this website thirty days ago.

    I was scammed as well! I would give them zero stars!I got contacted via LinkedIn by somebody with a title of ****** Services Officer at FindaTopDoc. When I requested more information by message, the automated response clearly said there is no cost. Somebody else called me, spoke very fast, said I was nominated as top doctor, but did not answer my question by who. I am not a physician or medical doctor! When I looked for her on LinkedIn and said I could not find her, she mumbled that she doesnt have an account on LinkedIn!! That shouldve been a red flag for me perhaps!She asked for a certain amount of money, and then I received a receipt that said Americas Best Doctors for a different amount! The cost was $1675!! This is shameful! I wrote to them to request a full refund for this scam! I am waiting for the refund and for my information to be removed from their system/database. I regret not seeing these reviews before.I will take legal action if the refund is not applied immediately and in full, and if they do not delete my information.
