    Total Scam!!!! they charged our card for material we had never seen. We bought a plaque from the over a year ago and they kept our card info and made unauthorized charges. They send out spam e mails. When talking to them they actually said our failure to respond to any of their e mails constituted an authorization to charge our card. When that didn't work they said they had an e mail but refused to provide it and finally said they had a recording but also refused to provide that as well.These actions are criminal and should be investigated!!!!!!!

    Contacted through ********. The publication is affiliated with Find A Top Doc but that isn't apparent in the initial contact which reads like a typical who's who list of top doctors in the region. Opening pitch when they get you on the phone is that you're being honored as a doctor in the "top 2%." They couldn't tell me how they determined that. Despite apparently honoring me as a "top doc," their first question was how long I'd been a doctor. Wouldn't they know that as part of the nomination process? It quickly reveals itself to be a scam preying on docs' egos and our use of reputation for practice expansion and promotion. Stay away!

    Called us today claiming the Doctor of our practice won some kind of award, they didn't even know what he was a doctor of or who he was which was the first red flag. They then went on to ask for all kinds of money - luckily we looked them up here on BBB before doing anything and quickly realized it was a scam. Avoid these people! They are very predatory.

    We have had the same type of experience with this company as other offices. We contact them after seeing that our credit card was charged. I contacted them to dispute it. After some back and forth, they agreed to refund part of the original charge and sent their "article" over for our doctor to edit. The "article" they sent was a copy of the welcome letter we sent out back in 2019 when we purchased our practice. Last week, we called and requested the remaining balance to be credited and not to send us a plaque or distribute the "article". We made the mistake of buying a plaque from them last year and they used the same credit card to charge ** this time around. Very shady business practices. I would recommend that if they call your office, quickly hang up.

    COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. STAY AWAY ! Will be under a class action lawsuit. They harass doctors and manage to get their credit card information illegally, store your credit card information and charge you literally **** dollars a month fraudulently without your consent or any type of documentation. It's ILLEGAL what they are doing. I can't imagine the kind of scummy cold-hearted soulless person that can even work for a company like this. Patients and Doctors stay away

    An absolute scam of a company and program. You pay money for them to call you a "top doc" and all services they offer you are useless. They even offered to write me a press release - spelled my name incorrectly on it (and my badge), and then copied and pasted my ********* profile as their copy for the document. It's been weeks since I last spoke to them and I've not received a single revision on any of their errors. This is a scam not only to practitioners, but to the members of the public who may trust their services to provide them with insightful information about Doctors and health care providers.

    I assure you - as the customer in mention - I did not tell the representative I was happy with any part of our interaction. My direct criticism was regarding the poor follow up. Nothing was resolved to my satisfaction - in fact I requested a full refund and removal from their services. This response is misleading and insinuates that I was somehow appeased and moved forward from our conversation.
