      On June 23, 2022 I booked a round trip flight on Turkish Airlines from ******* to ******, ****** with a 3hr connection in ********. On July 20, 2022 I received an email from Turkish Airlines stating that my connecting flight from ******** to ****** had changed. The new connecting flight departs ******** 4+ hours before I arrive in ******** making the connection impossible. Once my vacation is over my new flight departing ****** was also changed so I land in Istanbul 8+ hrs after my flight to ******* has departed. Within 2 hours of receiving the updated flights I contacted Turkish Airlines customer support over the phone where I was informed that I have to pay $600+ to cancel the flight or book a new flight and pay the difference between my original booking and the cost of the new flight (which would be over $1,000). I explained to the support person that the new connection times are impossible to make since the connecting flights leave or arrive after my first flight arrives and the customer support told me that she understood my problem but I would have to pick one of the two paid options. Turkish Airlines is in breach of our agreement because I purchased round trip tickets from ******* to ******, ******. Based on their changes they are not and cannot fulfill the ticket obligations. I talked to the Turkish representative at 9:34am for 21 mins; I asked to talk to a manager and was told I was speaking to a manager.       To whom it may concern,Tickets was booked for my whole family (5 passengers) in April 2022 with different departure dates. My wife, my 4yrs old son and my mom already at the destination and myself and my older son flight is on July 29th.Today I received an email that return flight to *** (**) on Aug 13 is cancelled without providing any reason, and the airline sent me a link to change the tickets to different date. I can see that the flights is available on Aug 14 and Aug 11 but the website not let me reschedule it. I called the customer service and they didn't offer me anything except refund. He said that the flight that is only available is business and THERE IS NO ECONOMY FLIGHT AVAILABLE IN THE WHOLE MONTH OF AUGUST. I only have the option to get the refund for about $900-1000 for the two ways flight (my wife and my little son probably less) or pay for the business class for the whole family to reschedule it. It's completely unacceptable. It hasn't been my fault that the flight cancelled. This is a planned trip for my whole family and now my wife and my 4yo son cannot come back until September without paying extra. I'm a frontliner that work day in day out in the hospital and unfortunately the airline customer service didn't give me any acceptable option. I talked to the on call manager in the customer service department ******* and he said that we can reschedule it for free but we don't have any flight available !!!!!I haven't had this kind of situation in my whole life and I don't know what to do. I believe the airline should offer a seat regardless that is business or economy and fix this issue for me. Would be appreciated if you could help me on that.       We purchased two tickets from Turkish Airlines on May 22, 2022 Booking number ******. The itinerary for this flight was *****, ********, ******. It was verified several times with Turkish Airlines that the baggages would be able to be claimed during the ******** layover. Although the passengers were not going to enbark on the last leg of the trip (******** to ******) they were willing to null and void that portion of the ticket as long as they would be able to land in ******** and retreive their luggage. This information was confirmed several times by Turkish airline representatives in the month leading to the day of departure. We were advised that all we needed to do is tell the Turkish Airline representative that we would like to have our baggage's delivered to ******** instead of ******. My parents packed all of their belongings, we arrived at the Turkish Airline counter. We told the baggage representative that we want to pick up luggage's in ******** he said that its not possible **** who was standing next to us said "whatever he said its true" and then directed us to speak with *********, who kept the same careless attitude. She didn't want to give me any help and didn't even want to tell me the manager's name, I then discovered it was ****. And ********* declined to give me the district managers name or even ****' name. We had to leave two enormous luggage's full of stuff in order to make the flight. When we called customer service in front of them they claimed there's no connection between customer service and the counter they also declined supervisor assistance and I filed a negative feedback claim with no response. It's such a huge corporation has such little connection, they can't even communicate with each other giving clients false information and meeting them with resistance.

      I was a passenger with Turkish Airlines on a flight from ****** To ******* on May 4m 2022( my return flight) my baggage was held in ****** for over a month and a half. On June 9, 2022, my baggage was finally delivered to my address in *******. I was told that Turkish Airlines will compensate me for damages and losses caused by this delay. I have communicated with customer service and they asked me for the report number. Throughout this ordeal I never got a report number, I have a Tracking number ***********), and by Calling the **************** number numerous times, I was given the ********** as the report number and I included in my email the report number but I am getting the reply back with another email saying please send us the report number. I can show the extent of damages that have been caused and include the invoices that I enclosed in my email, because of excessive heat one of my baggage had a jar of souvenirs that got broken and all the contents were destroyed my clothes. If someone can help me to get out of this nightmare with Turkish Airlines and help me to tell me what if anything I am doing wrong. I have every possible number and any information that you want available upon request.

      On July 7th Turkish Airlines cancelled our tickets for our family of four without our consent. We submitted a feedback through Turkish Airlines website as suggested and that feedback number is *********. We had two itineraries on the same date July 7th and a connecting flight to *** on the 17th. Turkish Airlines is claiming we were a no show after we provided documentation that we were on the flight from Ercan to ******** on July 7th at 9:05am. Turkish Airlines took it upon themselves to cancel our connecting flight to *** on July 17th. Now I am in a foreign country with three small children with no flight back to *********** with 48 hours left before our flight. The amount of stress and sleepless nights this Airline has caused us is unimaginable. Additionally, the airline has not responded to the status of reinstating our tickets, only asked us to call back each day after we call. The actions of Turkish Airlines is illegal and unethical. They took our money and than cancelled our tickets after we provided them with proper documentation we were on the flight on July 7th. Turkish Airlines made an error and refuses to rectify the issue. We are now stranded in a foreign country helpless.

      Hello so my son **** was supposed to travel to go to ******** around December with my sister but unfortunately because he lives with me i got covid very bad and he was also affected i called the company and explain first of all they are extremely rude i never deal with rude people like them before i the person told me i can get a refund while everyone was getting a refund and she give me an email that i used but never get an update i was unfortunately very sick i couldnt follow up till now and they teller me that i cannot get a refund for a ticket that i pay with my hard earned money?
