      Turkish Airlines lost 3 luggages in transit on our honeymoon to ********* on December 5th, 2022. We arrived with nothing so we filed a complaint with the airport. My wife and I had to go buy new clothes, shoes and some personal items for the trip. We contacted customer service and we were instructed to create a feedback TK-******* which I did and later was informed that it was a wrong feedback so the new feedback number is 2022******. Turkish Airlines customer service is the worst. I uploaded all my receipts and invoices on the website but still haven't received any refund or compensation. The luggage finally came after we have left ********* back to *******. The luggage was brought to my house and upon checking, I realized one of our wedding present was broken. I sent pictures to them for compensation me but no one has even bothered to reach out to me.

      I had to cancel my flight due to a death of a close family member. I contacted the customer service and they placed my ticket on the open date status. Asked me to open the feedback and submit all the necessary documentation to the feedback. Please keep in mind it had to be notorized and I had to show the proof of being a "qualified" relative. I submitted all of the requirements and received the auto reply of "sorry for your loss" email. That was the only nice reply that I received from the Turkish airlines. I have not seen or dealt with such a poor customer service in my life. I ended up opening 10 feedbacks and spending hours on the call with the Turkish airlines representatives (starting from scratch with each call). The worst customer service. Nothing is resolved to this date..I ended up buying the ticket myself asking for a refund. The latest feedback TK- ******* hasn't been resolved and no one got back to me yet.

      Turkish airline security for carry on baggage at the gate (D8) in **************** stole my earrings from my purse during screening. Very expensive earrings that had even greater sentimental value to me. She rifled through my purse over and over again and distracted me with something minor. Please be aware that stealing from passengers is a common occurrence by Turkish Airlines at ****************. Had I read the several thousand reviews prior to booking my ticket, I would have never chosen this airline. They are the worst airline. Unprofessional, rude, will not give refunds and they actively steal from customers by distracting them during screening.

      Our direct flight to ***** was landed in ********* July 25th because an elderly needed medical attention. Once the plane landed in ********* we were told that there was something wrong with the plane we sat inside the plane for over 5 hours with no updates. The pilot kept saying that we will leave shortly but nothing. then we were told around ***** pm ish that they are getting us a hotel we were taken out the plane we had to go through a long line for immigration then once we went to the kiosk to get our hotel there was a long line and they told us they are calling hotels but they cant guarantee we can get a room. After waiting in line for 2 HOURS we were told to book our own hotel and to come the next day for flight! We were so tired exhausted aggravated and upset at Turkish airlines. Next day we had to get in another long line to get our ticket then once we finally sat in the plane the plane took another good 1-2 hours to fly. Overall experience was VERY BAD! Will never travel from them again! They are all over the place and experience was horrid! Paid a hefty price and thats what we get in return? What kind of airline is this?

      I purchased an "extra leg room" seat for an "extra" $139.00 dollars from Turkish Airlines, *** on August 01, 2022. Turkish Airlines, *** will sell you a flight but after you pay for your ticket they will also offer seats at an extra price. On August 02, 2022, after I boarded ***********-******** flight, two flight attendants tried to remove me from my paid "extra leg room" seat even after I showed them that I was the person who paid for "extra leg room". During one of those attempts to remove me from my paid seat they even WOKE ME ** in the middle of the 10-hour flight to demand that I surrender the seat to a Turkish passenger who had not paid anything for my said "extra leg room" seat. Not only did the flight attendants reiterate more than once that I did not deserve my extra leg room seat because I had not "paid" for said seat but also they were not even satisfied with the proof of purchase RECEIPT provided online by their Turkish Airlines *** website WHICH I showed them twice. These flight attendants tried to remove me twice unfairly. They humiliated me but they never apologized for their unusual behavior. Will I ever fly Turkish Airlines, *** after being treated like a fraudster all because two flight attendants wanted to favor a Turkish passenger over an American passenger (me) who actually paid for extra leg room? No way!!!Never again!!!!
