I’m not certain who this business is & why they are attempting to contact me as I have never conducted any business with them before. They have contacted myself, family members, friends and my employer asking about my whereabouts & location. They have scared some friends & family so much they think I’m in danger. I’m asking for this company to stop their harassing phone calls & to cease & desist in contacting myself, my family members, employer and friends.

We are in receipt of complaint ID ******** Orion Capital Solutions LLC strives to handle each communication with consumers and clients with the upmost professionalism. Therefore, Orion Capital Solutions, LLC regrets hearing otherwise and takes these matters very seriously.
Upon notification of the compliant, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer.
On August 12, 2022, we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office. Since we did not hear from the consumer, we attempted to obtain location information. We did not have the opportunity to speak to the consumer. Our office received the BBB complaint on 9/1/2022, and immediately ceased communications.
At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more positive one.

Today I had this debt collector not only call my son, but they also called a family member and asked for my stepdaughter that is dead! Talk about mad!!!!! Then they were offended and hung up on my numerous times when I told them it was completely inappropriate to call asking for dead people in an effort to find me! Unacceptable!Business Response

Upon notification of the compliant, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. The call this consumer is referring to in her complaint was not made by Orion Capital Solutions. The consumer did have two accounts that were place at our office but both accounts were returned to our client on July 15, 2022, and August 15, 2022. Orion Capital Solutions never had the opportunity to speak with this consumer or any third persons that may know the consumer. As stated above, these accounts are closed in our office. At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more positive one. This company is harassing my boyfriends family. People I am not even related to. I would like a cease and desist of attempted harassment and/or contact. This includes my current or past employers (which is illegal) and well as harassment of family or people who aren’t even family but they somehow had acquired information for (also illegal).
