      My family and place of employment have all received calls from a number associated with this business between today and last night. They called my boyfriend and father in late EVENING last night, which is unacceptable. I have checked all of my missed calls and voicemails, and I have NO missed calls or voicemails from this business. So why are they contacting my family and place of employment to get information on me before getting in touch with me? I do not appreciate anyone reaching out to my family and place of employment AT ALL. I would like ALL CALLS TO STOP. PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST. If you are really trying to get in touch with me, provide IN WRITING what account you are contacting me about. Any further communication should be in writing. All other communications need to CEASE IMMEDIATELY. Do not harass me, my family, or place of employment with phone calls ANYMORE.

      Upon notification of the complaint, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. 
      On October 18, 2022, we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office.  Since we did not hear back from the consumer, we attempted to reach out to the consumer and third-party person to confirm location information.  Our office did not have the opportunity to speak with the consumer.  We received the BBB complaint on 11/8/2022, and immediately ceased all communications.  
      At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more positive one.

      They called me and my place of employment which is illegal looking for me. I am unsure if they have called family members but this is harassment and I want it stopped immediately. All my debt I am in contact with and taking care of personally through a lawyer. All contact with my employer and myself and family members must stop immediately.

      This company has called me and my work and family from a number marked as spam repeatedly. When the receptionist at my work was trying to figure out why I was getting personal calls at work and was questioning they were mumbling OMG while giving out my personal information. Please stop contacting my work, family, and my self by phone. Only contact me by mail.

      My family members and work are receiving calls from people trying to find my location which is illegal, they are being left threatening voicemails with ************ as a call back number. They don’t leave any other information, they just leave a name and that call back number along with threatening messages.

      I don't know who this business is & why they are attempting to contact me. But they contacted myself, family members, friends and my employer asking about my whereabouts & location (illegal). My mom is sick and they scared so bad she thought I was in major trouble and became very worried, which is not good for her health. I’m asking for this company to stop their harassing phone calls & to cease & desist in contacting myself, my family members, employer and friends.

      My aunt and I received voicemails at our work from this company demanding my location. I do not appreciate calls to my work when I have no clue why I am being called (nothing was said on the voicemail expect they want my location). I got different numbers (caller ID and the number they gave me on the voicemail were completely different). I have alerted family and friends to ignore any calls. This is illegal and wrong to harass people at work, especially when it is a scam!

      I was called and so was 3 other family members about getting my location. First off this company is using unethical practices and illegal ways to communicate. I wish to not be called anymore or anyone in my family. Any forms of communication can be through email.

      This company called my daughter and ex wife saying to them they were my emergency contacts and would not tell them anything else. The call came from a cell number that I called back and told the guy to take me off their calling list he immediately said I'll be happy to do that you'll just pay more then Hung up.

On September 21, 2022, the consumer called and asked to removed from our calling list, we removed the number at that time.   Our office received the BBB complaint on 9/22/2022, and immediately ceased all communications.

      I received incessant calls and so did my family and work. They claim to some to be looking for my location, others that i have a debt, and others to update me on a medical test. Completely a scam, wont answer when i call back, and the story they tell aren’t the same or real. Please understand this is illegal and if this was a real company legal action should be taken for unethical practice.

      This company called me looking for my sister’s information and location which is ILLEGAL. They need to be taken to court. They do not seem like a legitimate business and I have alerted my family members not to respond to them. Please cease and desist contacting me, my sister, or any relatives immediately.

Upon notification of the compliant, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. On September 12, 2022, we called a third-party person to confirm location information regarding a consumer.  The third-party person was unable to assist our agent with the location information. Once we ended the call with the third party the number was removed from our system.  There will be no further communication with the third party.  Our office received the BBB complaint on 9/13/2022, and immediately ceased communications.
