      For starters I was supposed to receive a text message with the link to track my delivery. I had to call this morning to get the link. They gave me a 2 hour window from 4pm - 6pm. Here it is 6:48pm and the driver has 2 deliveries before he gets to me. Not happy

      I Purchased a power sofa and recliner, and also purchased the additional 5 year service protection plan.
      Within 2 years of purchase the arm on the recliner collapsed. (the wood broke). They came and repaired the recliner. Within the next year the arm collapsed again, and the fabric is now torn..
      I had them come out again to repair this, and they told me they could not repair the fabric only the wood, and if I requested a full replacement, the recliner would no longer be covered under the service plan (one time replacement only) AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $169.00 PICK UP AND DELIVERY CHARGE, or I could return and pick up myself. I ALREADY PAID A DELIVERY CHARGE WITH THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

      Will NEVER BUY furniture from them!!!! They came to bring my furniture in to NEW HOME WITH WHITR TILE AND WHITE CARPET, they were asked to take shoes off or put shoe covers they denied to do that, 0 respect toward customer and their homes, ONLY TIME THEY WILL RESPECT YOU IS WHEN YOU WALK IN TO THE STORE TO BUY SOMETHING!!!!! Even Dunk & Bright furniture has more respect for you and your home they had some stuff delivered to me on Friday took their shoes off no issues!!! So people with new houses if u buy furniture it’s not with Raymour & Flanigan because they won’t respect you or your home!!!

      I ordered a California king bed with a adjustable base and mattress for $6918 on 2/26 and 8 days later I received a call from the sales associate that my order was increased by $800 because she put in the wrong SKU code and the manager is willing to cut my increase by half$400. I paid for this purchase in full.i asked for a full refund.

      We recently purchased a costly couch and loveseat manufactured by *********. It is considered high-end furniture. Both the sofa and loveseat have two power recliners. Upon delivery, we discovered that you cannot open the recliners on the couch and loveseat simultaneously because they will hit each other when the couches are placed in an L shape. The delivery men confirmed this to be true. The salesman at Raymour did not tell us this. The seats on the leather sofa and loveseat are hard like rocks. We know it takes time for the leather to settle in; however, we have never been on a couch that is so hard and causes so much back and hip pain.
      My wife contacted the store in Marine Park, Brooklyn, where we purchased the couch. A supervisor told her that she would send an email to a more senior supervisor who would determine whether an exchange could be made. Additionally, the supervisor told my wife that the senior supervisor has the authority to decide whether there would be a restocking fee and what that fee would be, at a maximum of 30%. Still, the supervisor felt there would not likely be a maximum restocking fee due to the circumstances. My wife was also told we would receive a response within 24-48 hours.
      We finally received a call from Raymour & Flanigan ten days later. We were told they would exchange the couch, and there would be a 30% restocking fee, which, for this couch, would be $1800, plus a delivery charge. My wife told the person who called that it was absurd that Raymour & Flanigan would take $1800 from us and that we would ensure everyone knows that Raymour & Flanigan does not stand behind the merchandise it sells. Since they do not stand behind their merchandise, we will ensure that we and all our friends and acquaintances never step foot in Raymour & Flanigan. Shop anywhere else.

      I purchased a dresser less than a year ago and it has been falling apart within my first 3 months of purchase. Overtime the wood kept cracking due to the drawers constantly falling on top of one another. The tracks constantly kept coming off, and wood shavings kept dropping on my clothes due to the dresser falling apart. Mind you I am the only one using this dresser and always make sure it isn’t overstuffed. Yesterday the whole base on the inside collapses to where i can’t even attempt to fix it. I submit a claim and a woman that viewed the photos told me it’s not repairable and they won’t be giving me a replacement even though I have had the item for under a year due to it not being a manufacturer issue. “No further recourse needed” WOW how rude, how is not a manufacturer issue when the item was poor quality, she said part of her reasoning was due to the scratches. Of course if an item keeps hitting and running against an object it will naturally scratch on the inside which is the least of my concerns! On top of that I ended up getting my hand cut due to the item collapsing as I was trying to pull out clothes. The representative was super short and nasty with me it’s disheartening as I just spent $500 on this item. I also paid to get this item professionally put together. I am waiting to hear from management now.

      I bought a bedroom set from Raymore and Flanagan barely 3 years ago. The paint began to chip on all sets of furniture. It’s under warranty, so I called and filed a claim. They sent a man to my house with a chipper and some spray paint. The furniture now looks way worse than it did my house reeks of fumes and there are paint chips all over my bedroom. I’ve never been so disgusted with a company.

      Extremely Disappointed – Incomplete Delivery & Poor Resolution
      I recently purchased a bedroom set from Raymour & Flanigan at their Springfield, PA (Baltimore Pike) location, and I’m beyond frustrated. The bed was delivered without rails, making it completely unusable since I can’t even place a mattress on it. When I called customer service, they offered me a $100 gift card, but that doesn’t fix the issue. The rails never arrived, and I’m left with an incomplete set.
      This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and the lack of proper resolution is unacceptable. I expected much better from a company like Raymour & Flanigan. Would not recommend based on this experience!

      I will never shop in Raymour and Flanigan every again. After spending thousands of dollars, they will not replace a $300 bar stool that we had for a month, and was barely used. No large dogs, non smokers, no children, chair is peeling and they refuse to replace the bar stool. First time we ever complained on furniture we bought there, and the end result after months trying to get help, sorry there is nothing we can do. We will never shop there again, as well as our family and friends. Credit card is being destroyed. Horrible horrible customer service.

      Platinum protection is not even bronze!
      I have a reclining couch that was purchased about 11 months ago. It has a broken frame and major frays in the arm box that are spreading. They seem to get worse each day. They will not even come and look at it, or replace it based on pictures that they have decided it is pet damage. I have one dog who is not allowed on my furniture. If they came to my house and saw all of my other furniture in perfect condition- they would know this is a faulty piece of furniture, not pet damage. A pet cannot break the wood frame of the chair arm- and my pet does not, as they put it, “scratch up and fray” the furniture. After 25 years as a Raymour customer- I am very disappointed with them. This is the 4th set we have bought from them and it will be the last. Also buyer beware: don’t buy the extra platinum protection bc when there is a problem they will not try to fix it. They voided the claim and then pretended they tried to call us - which was a complete lie. (Phone records are a beautiful thing.) I wish it wasn’t a four piece set I bought, bc now I am stuck with a broken sofa and three other matching pieces.
