1 starOn 07/11/22 I purchased an chaise. I didn’t assemble it until late September. Not long after the foot area feels like it imploded. Like crumbled cardboard and wood pieces. After several unanswered calls I went to the store. I was referred to the service dept. after several more unanswered calls. An tech comes and evaluates the item can’t be fixed. Someone will call to schedule an pickup day. Also resolve exchange or store credit. Weeks went by I didn’t receive any calls. I returned to the store. I was told that they will make a note and someone from service will be in touch. Weeks pass I’m calling them. Finally I get someone and they’re telling me the tech’s report says everything is fine. Why would I be calling and going to the store in person if everything was ok? Now months have gone by and they want to send another tech out. Sending another tech isn’t going to resolve anything only delay the inevitable. Exchange or store credit. At this point I prefer an refund. There isn’t anything in the store’s inventory that I need or want. 01/08/23 I returned to the store with the item. Only to hear the same service story run around. So FRUSTRATED I just feel like leaving it in front of the store. For now it’s going to just sit in my vehicle. HELP!!!!Review fromMelissa L

1 starOn March 6, 2022 I purchased a reclining sofa (SKU available on request) from Raymour & Flanigan. The sales process was excellent and the employees were all fantastic. I loved my couch... for a few weeks. Within a couple of months, the cushions began to compress and sink. I'm far below the stated weight limit for this sofa, so it was disappointing that it had gone from comfortable to barely able to be sat on in less than a year.
On November 25th, a technician came out to check my sofa. He told me that it was normal wear-and-tear and that there was nothing he could do but fill it with more foam. He explained that this would happen with ANY sofa due to environmental and health regulations forcing manufacturers to use less quality materials. I know this is bullocks, because I've definitely owned sofas made within the past decade that have not felt like rocks within months, but I let him refill the foam to see if that helped any,
It is less than a month later and the seat has already compacted back down to an uncomfortable mess. I am embarrassed to have this couch. I hate having people I love sit on it. I paid nearly $900 for it, and while I know that is not 'premier' quality range, a couch that costs nearly a grand should not become borderline unusable in less than a year. I am disappointed that the only recourse offered to me was to have someone potentially come and replump my couch every month. This is not a tenable situation and is a very disappointing experience. I used to recommend R&F to friends needing new, affordable furniture, and have used them many times myself, but I don't trust their quality anymore or their commitment to their customers.Review fromElizabeth L

1 starI received the most uncomfortable loveseat recliner from Raymour and Flanigan. One side, when opened and reclining, tilts and sags towards the center. I immediately called the store to ask for an exchange of 2 separate recliners. I was told that once I sign off on the delivery, I couldn't return it. I told the store manager that there was no time to even try the seats because the driver, as he was heading out the door, just stuck out the clipboard and asked me to sign off without even saying I should inspect and try it first. Yes, I should have known better.
They are sending a maintenance person here to inspect the seats. I hope they can make it comfortable enough to sit on. I don't want this damaged piece of furniture!Review fromSarah S

1 starIF there was an option for ZERO stars I would have chosen this. I used to love the quality of their furniture. I am DISGUSTED by it not. If I wanted to pay for this type of quality I would have went to **** ******** FURNITURE. Not only has my sofa fallen apart, but my "cushion replacements" were scheduled to arrive between 11-4 today. I wasted a whole day to only have to call and find out there was a "family emergency" with the driver. I can accept that, but then make the phone call to those waiting all day for a delivery that never comes! I have had my couch for 2 years and wasn't home for an entire year. I have no children, and I barely sit on it and it's falling apart. This is a disgrace and this store should be shut down.Review fromDeepak K

1 starorder #************ I purchased the dining table along with 4 chairs in Oct 2021. After using the dining table for three months i noticed that there is a bubble on the surface of the dining table. Raymour Flanigan did an exchange in the month of January 2022 stating that it is a manufacturing defect.
In the month of July 2022, i again noticed the bubble on the surface of my Dining table and reported the same to Raymour Flanigan customer care. The service representative was at the place and confirmed to me that it is a manufacturing defect and did an exchange again. The dining table was exchanged again.
In the month of October 2022, the Bubble on the surface is evident again and this is the third time in the span of one year i am facing this problem with the dining table. I called raymour Flanigan again and spoke to a representative regarding this issue. They transferred the call to the service department. The service department representative told me that it cannot be exchanged anymore as it is a Customer issue. Moisture was on the Dining table surface and it caused the bubble.
The dining table is for having food and moisture on the surface is quite common. The answer given by the Service representative is not acceptable. I would like the raymour flanigan to look into this issue and provide me with a suitable solution.
I don't have any other forum to talk about this issue, I hope this forum helps me in getting this issue resolved.Review fromKaren N

1 starNever buying another thing from Raymour & Flanagan ever again! I purchased several items and had an issue with one of the mattresses. While they replaced it, the replacement also had the same issue. Was told at the store that I couldn’t get a refund and that service would have to give me a credit towards another. Service sent out a technician and while it seemed like he agreed with me that there’s an issue with the mattress, I got a text saying that they didn’t find it defective. I asked why not and then asked to get a call from a manager - neither happened.Review fromWadih A

1 starHorrible place I would have gave them 0 stars if they allowed it I bought a dresser that I’m paying for that’s defective discolored two different paint they used has scratches holes I did file a complaint with them and they told me let us investigate it so they did they said this product no longer available we can give you credit to buy a new one from us and we come pick the old one up how is that a fair deal you should no way ahead of this is discontinued or you just say that to cover yourself which I do believe is true I’m so fed up of businesses taking advantage of hard working people I should at least get 75 percent off this item you already have the proof I sent to the investigating officer this is an item that’s 3 month bought already would never buy anything from you or recommend you to anyoneReview fromJoseph R

Recliner delivery on October 19,2022
Stop in at Raymour & Flanigan in Nanuet New York on October 16,2022 and order the Blake microfiber power rocker recliner and sofa. The Recliner was delivered on October 19,2022.
I was not very happy with the recliner because it seemed like it did not stop rocking when you were in the reclined position. Because I do have a rocker Power Recliner that when it is reclined it does not rock. And I was told that when you recline the chair will not rock and then On November 1,2022 the Sofa was delivered and I ask the Guys delivering the sofa about the recliner does it always rock and they had no answer.
Now On Nov. 5th I went to the Raymour & Flanigan store in Binghamton NY we ask the manager there about the Recliner and I explained that it is very dangerous and rocks all the time and I fell out of it reaching for the phone, he said that it will not rock once you reclined the chair.
The manager at the Binghamton store said he can’t help us, because you ordered it from the Nanuet NY Raymour & Flanigan and gave us their phone number,so I called at 2:30pm and Spoke to a woman about my chair rocks all the time I asked if I can return it and they said you can’t return it so we asked to speak to a manager, well that never happened but I did get a email from them Nanuet NY to schedule service now it’s 4:53pm on Nov. 5,2022 and the Earliest schedule for service is November 26,2022 between 9:30am & 2:30pm. So now I’m afraid to use the Recliner and have to wait almost a month for service.
So I’m Not Very Happy With The Recliner I Think That The Sales People At Raymour & Flanigan Need To Tell All Of Then Customer About The Danger With This Recliner that You Can Fall Out And Break A HIP Or A Bone. The Recliner needs a label saying that it always rocks be carefulReview fromJustin B

1 starI ordered a ****** ***** mattress from Raymour & Flanigan on ***** metropolitan ave , queens ny 11379 and was told if I was not satisfied with the mattress I was able to exchange it for the other mattress I was interested in being that it’s the same price. I go to do the exchange and the sales man Mathew lies and says the price is actually more. I explained to him what the previous salesman said and he told me it was a lie. I tried explaining what I was told and he immediately starting raising his voice and when I tried to explain myself he told me he was going to walk away and I could stay with the mattress that is causing me pain. I had called before arriving and I was told the price was the same as the mattress I purchased so I was confused as to why this salesman was charging me extra and yelling at me. He didn’t even want to use the gift card that was on my account for the previous purchase. I had to pay 50 extra and 40 for the delivery fee total with tax was 97.98. To make matters worse a customer that was there doing an exchange as well was not charged what I was charged for a delivery fee and I’m confused as why I was charged more. I feel discriminated against and robbed.
