    Rhys was the technician who performed my heating and air conditioning semi annual check. was extremely professional and polite. took the time to explain several things and answered all questions. am extremely satisfied.

    I had great experience with a technician named Rhys who came to service my yearly A/C . He found a part that was working below performance & suggested that it be replaced %. He patiently showed me on a hand held device that it was registering below the requirements. He’s also serviced my furnace last year . Very polite & thorough. Highly recommend !!!

    I've had Rhys now a second time for my annual spring/winter check. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and good at his job. I also had my AC replaced by Charles and could not be happier. From scheduling to maintenance, wonderful business. Worth every penny.

    Brian P came and fixed a leak in our basement ceiling. Instead of putting on a bandaid fix, he recommended and completed a repair so they wouldn't have to come back in a couple of years. He also had a coupon that he could apply. He was polite, professional and efficient. He was awesome! We had our hot water heater replaced by Charles Heating so we knew they fix this as well. A+++
