    James came at the time they said he would and he was very efficient. He had my heat firing up in no time. I will definitely use Charles heating and air again.

    Branden & Gerald were here extremely fast to fix a burst pipe, they were efficient, professional and had it repaired very quickly. 5 stars for these guys for sure! Thanks so much Branden & Gerald!

    Henry arrived to complete our Charles' Club Fall Furnace Tune-up....he completed this PM service very thoroughly and with a high degree of attention to detail! We have always been impressed by the technical expertise of the Charles HVAC service techs that have come by over many years....looks like we are good-to-go for another CNY Winter thanks to Henry's service visit.

    The service and installation were great. The installation of the new furnace and Humidifier and A/C was done very meticulous well done. They were on time. Very happy with the installation.

    Service Tech, Parker did everything right during our maintenance service from with booties to explaining everything about our furnace (new to us as we'd just moved in to a new home). We couldn't be more pleased with everyone at Charles!

    My 92 yr old mom had her furnace completely stop working yesterday. Charles Heating sent Henry over after his long day, arriving at 7:30pm just to ensure they could see what was going on that same day, and that she was not in danger. Henry made all the arrangements, and had Todd there today just after noon. Todd, (Brian, Jason) replaced the heating unit at half the price my mom was quoted by another company, and had her heat back on and to her usual 75 degrees, within two hours. They were competent, respectful and even put in a special thermostat that was large numbered and lit, so my mom could view it easily.
    I will absolutely use Charles Heating & Air Conditioning again and wholehearted recommend them. It’s not often these days that people go above and beyond, treat the elderly with kindness and don’t charge exorbitant prices. The Charles Team did all this and more! Thank you again Todd, you guys are the best!
