    Jason and Jeremy came today to install a new furnace for me and they are wonderful workers. They worked hard and they got it all done in a timely manner. They explained everything to me showed me how to change the filter on the furnace, told me what to do if I have any problems and we’re just overall kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

    Our installer Jim, came out to install a gas line for a new stove, and to pipe in for a future fireplace heater. Jim did an awesome job, was very knowledgeable, and very professional. Jim explained what he was going to do, and what was involved. I would definitely recommend Jim and Charles Heating and Air Conditioning!

    I can't say enough good things about Charles Heating & Air! I am a new home owner and I had them take care of my furnace a month ago and they were amazing. They came again yesterday to clean the ducts in my house and were incredibly professional, on time, neat and clean. The technicians, Matt & Coop, represented the Charles family name with the utmost dignity and respect. I will be using them next for electrical work, followed by an air filtration system attached to my HVAC. The prices are outstanding (I shopped around like most people do), and there DO NOT put any pressure on you to purchase items or do additional work. The reality is - this is an honest company and an honest family. A +++++ Thank you!

    It’s very hard to find a reputable HVAC company these days and even more difficult to find competent and knowledgeable technicians but Charles Heating and AC has what we consider one of the best in the field. Brandon has performed out yearly maintenance twice now and he is by far the best and most professional tech we have ever had. He checks absolutely everything to insure our units are functioning properly and has gone out of his way to show us how a very unique independent heating unit works in our basement. Before Brandon started servicing our furnace, not one of the last 4 technicians would even look at it. Brandon didn’t hesitate and put our mind at ease to let us know it is in perfect working condition. He is the best that Charles Heating has.

    Matt did our duct cleaning and did a great job. Our house is very old so he had a snafu but he was able to get things back together and no harm done. Very pleasant. Explained everything to us so we knew what he did

    Brandon, the Charles Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Specialist showed up to perform my biannual furnace inspection today. He reset my thermostat which was indicating that a service needed to be performed and, for maybe twenty minutes, examined my furnace. At the conclusion he pronounced the unit in good order requiring no further attention. Thanks, Charles!

    Parker was exceptional. He is very personable, thorough and explained the steps taken to ensure our furnace was ready for the winter.
