  We decided to have our bathtub removed, which Charles installed in 2004, and replaced with a shower enclosure. (We've grown older and don't use the tub.) Max, Chris, and Alex did a wonderful job demolishing the old tub and surround, hauling the pieces away, then installing the new shower with an 18" grab bar, two corner shelves, and a handheld shower head. Instead of a shower door, we had a curtain rod installed so we can just use a shower curtain. The result is just what wanted! it looks and functions great!
  We are pleased with the process of removing the tub and installing the shower. Everyone - including Dave P. who estimated the project - were wonderful to work with. We look forward to using this shower for many years to come.

  The men who came to upgrade my electric system did a good job. However after the job, I noticed that water was coming out of my water heating. I called and the lady on the phone asked me the problem. I told her that possibly when they installed the ground wire from the electrical panel to water lines that put pressure on the water heater to leak water. Years ago contractors turned off the water to fix something and when they turned the water back it flooded the water heater and cause water to come out. Then at that time the contractors told me the water heater was no good but I didn't believe it and it was in fact good for many years. Anyway this Dave told me that the water heater had nothing to do with the electric system I knew he was wrong but didn't say anything as I did want him to augue with me. Anyway, when this lady asked about the problem she concluded that I needed to have someone come over and charge me $95 for it. I then asked to speak to someone who knew about water hearters, She interruped me about tens literally and repeated herself about 10 times. She said she wanted to know the problem and I couldn't be more specific in the problem. I thought she was a nut and rude to boot. I finally spoke to this Dave who I mentioned above and he accused me of cheating him of some money. I didn't say anything. I was insulted. I not only counted the money 4 times but allowed the man to count it for himself. If they was a problem he should have told me. After he finished counting he signed a receipt saying I gave him the correct amount. Any, I wanted to buy a water heater & the lady and Dave weren't really nice to me. I called up this company the next day and bought a water heater. It was business that could have gone to Charles Heating had the lady just had given me a contractor to talk to & given me a free estimate on water heaters. In summary they did a good job on my electrical system but the lady was an idiot and rude & I never got a full senior discount.

  Jim and Jason, the installers, were very efficient, friendly and courteous. They patiently answered all our questions. They arrived on time and took pains to keep things clean. Jim, the sales rep, was very clear and specific about both the product (mini split) and the installation. All three of them lived up to the tagline, “We're the nice guys!”.

  We’ve used Charles for several plumbing projects in the las year. Recently Paul replaced our leaky kitchen faucet. He gave us advice on how to select a new faucet and then did an awesome job on the installation! Awesome to now have a faucet that doesn’t leak!

  Henry C. arrived yesterday afternoon to inspect and clean my furnace. He was so nice and even removed the old filter when he left.
  He went above and beyond the call when he installed the new batteries I had purchased into my thermostat. Last time I tried to do that I had problems getting the device opened and then it took several tries for me to get it back together again.
  Thanks Henry for taking care of that chore for me.

  *** * I wanted to update my heating and A/C with new equipment. Jim came out to the house and gave me an estimate and explained what equipment would best suit my application.
  Rick and Jeremy came out and installed the new equipment and did an excellent job. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience.

  Charles Company is the REAL DEAL the sales estimator Tim was excellent and Jim the installer was better than any installer work I have ever had done in my home. And I say that with an honest opinion both guys separately arrived on time or early this TEAM of professional's that Charles has assembled are a great asset to their company. Charles offered fair pricing and excellent service from my initial phone call to set an appointment until the final work. Thank you Charles
