    This business left a voicemail on my cell phone using my former married last name threatening and saying they’d show up at my job (I’m a stay at home mother) and come to my house with a warrant? Then they called my ex husbands ex wife from 20 years ago? Absolutely against the credit act and in complete violation of my rights and the law. I’m continuing to get voicemails even after repeatedly requesting they stop, which is against the fair credit reporting act as well. They also called from a blocked number, which again, is illegal. I’m adding screenshots to prove they’re calling private with no number showing so they can’t be blocked.

    I received the following very threatening voicemail:
    “****** This location specialist Jack J**** I am calling you today in reference to your pending claim by law I have to make you aware that once this claim is filed, it becomes public record Your name, and Social Security number are affiliated with your claim You need to contact the filing party before I peer at your home and job payroll department with your legal documents You do have to legal rights to contact the filing party before I pair at your job and your home phone number provided * * * * * * * * * * . Good luck you've been…”

    I called the number and spoke to Jessica who hung up on my twice because I advised that they were in violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I called once again and she said they did not have my name or phone number in their system and then proceeded to yell at me advise that she’s a supervisor and hung up on me again. This company needs to be stopped they have violated numerous Federal Collections Laws in their voicemail alone. I work for attorneys and they were shocked by this business’s pathetic behavior. Someone needs to put them out of business.

    This company sent text messages to my personal and work phone stating I had received a notice regarding exercising my legal rights and stated I need to call a "Stan L*****" at a different phone number to verify that I had received it. I have no idea what this is about and have not received any letter from this company or a legal matter. This company should not be cold texting a business number about personal business.

    I received a text message both on my personal phone and in my work messaging system about a file number, after calling the number ************, I asked them to stop contacting me on my personal phone and to not contact my work or any one close to me. The representative that answered was immediately hostile, yelling and screaming at me and threatened a lawsuit and garnished wages, I asked him to send me a letter in the mail and he said he didn't have to do that and continued to yell and scream at me, I hung up, and he called me back with number blocked it said no caller ID on my phone screen, I answered and told him to leave me alone, and hung up again, he called again and I did not answer, this company is harassing me, and this needs to stop immediatly

    This company is harassing me calling me multiple times a day from private numbers and leaving threatening messages that they are going to come to my job looking for me. They keep asking for someone that I am not in contact with. They keep calling multiple times a day, I asked them to remove me from the list and they became very rude stating they will not remove me and it is not harassment to call me everyday. They claim that my number is not on their list, but there are several BBB complaints that show that this company has a history of harassment and denying it. This company has predatory methods. This situation is very scary. These people scream at you hang up, and leave threatening messages several times a day. I do not know them, I do now owe them any money, and they have violated my privacy

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. this company has a bottom of predatory practices as proven by their history of BBB complaints. They have a documented history of calling people, harassing them, making threats and then denying their phone number is within their system. I have attached two screenshots within 1 hour of each other showing the transcripts of the threatening messages being left threatening to show up to my job, despite many call backs and clarification that they have the wrong number they have refused to remove me from the list. JOHN G****-  Answered the phone screaming, stating this was not harassment and he will not remove my phone number and continue to call me every single day. He was not remorseful, confined hanging up the phone in my face. AGAIN, This company is predatory. Their BBB history of similar complaints, all prove a common thread of continued harassing calls and voice messages. This company is gaslighting us in their pre structured false response that has been provided many times in response to BBB complaints made available publicly. where there is no accountability there can be no clarity. Regards,

    kp consulting has been calling random friends and family members leaving voicemails to reach out to them now or they will be coming to my home or my place of employment to serve me papers. I’ve called the number back and spoke to a women who told me what my “original” debt was and I said I was not familiar with this debt or the loan she was referring to. She said “yea ok, no one steals someone’s information gets a loan and makes payments on it.” I said I’m sorry but I never received a loan from simple fast loans. She said ok well doesn’t matter you will be being sued and someone will be there with papers for you to sign and the lawsuit will then be sent to a judge and you can try and tell the judge your lame excuses. I said listen I don’t know who you are or why u believe you can talk to me like that, but I won’t be signing anything and I want validation of this debt. She said ok I have it right here I’ll send it now and I said no I want a paper copy of this validated debt sent thru the mail to my home.. she said noooo I’ll send it to and then tries to confirm my email. I said I do not want it thru an email it needs to be sent thru the usps and she hung up on me.

    After investigating this matter, this is not a complaint for the BBB. According to what the consumer is saying, she is disputing the matter. That is not the fault of our company, we just gave her the information we are given. We have reported this back to our client as a dispute to make sure that all the proper steps are followed. This includes any credit reporting as that is what the consumer is requesting. We also have sent a verification of debt to both the email and the mailing address we have on file. Please be advised that we no longer are handling this account.

    On 10/30/2023 I was contacted by a robo caller from a private number identifying as David A****, Location Services, and stated that they would be coming to my home and my place of employment to make me sign paperwork. They finished the call with a phone number and stated in a very threatening way that they would see me soon. I called the phone number and the person that answered was very rude, very hateful and refused to listen to anything. I had to say. I was not allowed to ask any questions such as where the business was licensed, who I could speak to as a supervisor as they told me they were a supervisor and if I wasn't going to pay then they would just handle it another way. I called back numerous times and was hung up on each time as I attempted to ask for contact information including a mailing address and or a supervisor or legal department I could speak with. This has happened several times over the last week where the private number has called and left the same message. This is the first time I have called them back. I'm asking that the matter be closed and that the company pay damages in an amount equal to the state maximum of Tennessee.

    After reviewing the phone calls made by this consumer to us, we have discovered that the information written by this consumer is false. He stated we wouldn't let him speak to a supervisor, but then he stated he was speaking to a supervisor. He also claims that we wouldn't let him speak. But then he said he asked questions.

    The only true statement is that we hung up on him. The reason we hung up on this consumer was because he was swearing and calling the employees racist names. This company does not tolerate racism in any way.

    This company has been leaving threatening voicemails on my phone and several family members but refuses to give any information. They are asking for MY personal information instead. This is a complete scam and they need to stop calling!

    This business first left a very rude phone call on my mother's phone. When I called them back, they were threatening to have papers brought to my home and or place of business. I explained that the debt that they were referring to was part of a debt consolidation program that I am enrolled in. I attempted to give them the contact information to my program and was told it was not their job to reach out. I did forward the information to my program as well. Then i received the same threatening calls today about coming to my home or work. This is harassment!
