      Second time I have lost money with them and had to chase them around. Still haven't gotten a refund from three years ago. Now, they tell you twice on their customer service line ************ that you can file a refund request online. But when you try that, you must download the app to do so. I am not downloading an app for a one-time thing that probably will never happen. When you call customer service, the wait times are ridiculous, so I guess they are banking on folks just giving up and letting go. That also proves that they have a lot of problems if their phone lines are so backlogged.I see on here that they are affiliated with Applicance Warehouse, which makes everything clear. Those are some of the most vicious crooks in their industry. Predatory and unapologetic about it.It is not worth the hassle. Just adding my name to the long line of folks they have wounded and injured for the sake of the almighty (in this case) quarter.

      On 6/23/2023, I had a service order for another switch of stackable washer/dryer unit, as the washer was not working (this is the 3rd service order within a month) and yet, still no workable machine was delivered by a technician. The technician picked up the unit since it did not work, and he didnt have a workable replacement which happened before. I called customer service to cancel the account and get a refund for the month or so I have not been able to use the unit, and got transferred 4 times to different departments all claiming they didnt see where the technician had picked up the equipment and they would have to wait until they see that before they would consider closing the account or issuing a refund, which is ridiculous as they should be able to verify with their technician the same day about the equipment pickup. They never transferred me to a supervisor and I kept getting transferred to customer service who claimed they would send me to retention just for retention to claim only customer service handled closing accounts and refunds which didnt make any sense. I was on hold over 60 minutes. I realize I was getting the run around with no one actually willing to provide the resolution of closing the account and refunding me for the days I was not able to use the unit, which their own notes should prove, by showing all of the service orders and not having a unit that works. For them to keep sending out broken units, every time they send out a technician is absurd and doesnt resolve the issue. They do not seem focused on providing good result jobs or providing good customer service.

      I would like to transfer funds between my CSC PayMobile account and CSC Go account. My apartment complex recently updated their machines, and are now using the CSC Go app. I would like to transfer the total amount of funds. The email address is the same on both accounts - ************************* 
      The only way I can ever get a hold of this company is through filing a complaint with the BBB. I wish there was a better way to reach out!

      I appreciate the response, but my CSC PayMobile account had roughly $72.11 on, so I am unsure why only $40 is being transferred over. Now, when I try to login to my CSC PayMobile account with my ************************ email, it says my account no longer exists. I'm unsure if this is a mistake, or if it was done on purpose.       My account # *******.
      I ordered a rental washer and dryer in early March 2023. It was scheduled for delivery on 3/27 but cancelled same day and then delivered on 3/28. Both (very used) appliances were filthy dirty inside. I spent over 2 hours cleaning them and then discovered the washer was broken. I called the next day and was told I could schedule a repair appointment OR a pick up -- both were more than 2 weeks away. I chose to schedule the pick up as they would not guarantee a new washer if no repair could be made. Appliances were finally picked up 4/19. The machine held water and leaked all over floors and stairs. I've made over 10 calls to this company -- holding at least 20 minutes on each call -- regarding all the issues, delays and requesting a refund which should have been done when I called to report the defective washer. I;'ve requested at least 3 times to talk w/ manager but never was allowed or rcvd. a call back. I was told nothing could be done until the machine was picked up then I needed to call back and request refund. This is ABSURD treatment of customers especially those who were rented DEFECTIVE appliances. I was charged a month's rental fee BEFORE I even received the appliances and now they will not refund my money.

      Because this is ****   I complained in April over the phone, they said they were mailing it out.  They did not.   I followed up with another call.  Same thing.   Now, they're saying the same thing here.   It does not take 2 weeks for the usps to deliver a card.  If they did mail it, it should take 3 days first class and considering how much they screwed up, they should mail it express

      I contacted customer service because I used a dryer from this company and it ruined a new comforter. I sent a request for refund and they told me to call. I sat on hold for 35 minutes and they hung up on me when I started to tell them the issue. They are trying to get me to bail on getting a refund by making it hard for me to get through to them. This should be criminal. Their system is set up to annoy the customer so they don't seek refunds from their faulty machines that ruin clothing and bedding. The new comforter cost $152 and I need them to refund so I can buy a new one.

      On 12/12/2022, I used the CSCPay Mobile app to do laundry at ******** **** *****. I added a total of $30 to the mobile app and used all except for $6. I requested the $6 balance on 12/12/2022 be refunded to the card on file, which is still pending. I've called, emailed, and reached out to CSC Works on social media, and zero resolution. I keep getting the run-around and zero response via email, last sent on 4/28/23. Please refund me the $6 back to the original form of payment.

      Can you show proof the $6.00 was refunded in December 2022? You haven't shown any proof. I never received the $6.00 refund. I checked both credit cards linked to the app.  
      These messages are public, therefore I'm not providing my physical address on here. You all have had plenty of time (months) to ask for my physical address. You never responded to my last email sent in April.
      Extended Stay will not forward me the check. When I called CSC Service Works several times, I gave them the property address for ******** **** in Milpitas, CA

      CSC service works has not provided effective support services or customer service support.. I reside at a location where they have installed washers and dryers on 4 floors that is providing service to over 200 + units .

      This report is being filed due in part to the ongoing problems with the products being constantly inoperative and causing problems which are based on refurbished products that have a small life cycle which in turn causes a lengthy period of inactivity due to this problem.

      This is completely unacceptable and should be addressed immediately as well as updating the current products per floor to more suitable products that will provide sustainable effectiveness.

      In order to give you a detailed
      description of the recent service history and/or submit service request for you,
      please provide the building number, the machine ID numbers off of the
      malfunctioning machines and describe the error each machine is experiencing.

      CSC cannot replace a machine unless
      authorized by the account holder/property management. The machines on site is
      what was ordered, and likely intended to be kept for an extended period of
      time. In the meantime, CSC will continue to respond to all service request
