      Contact payment available at the end of November are used the vacuum service at the Circle K gas station on **** *** in ********* ************** *****.. unfortunately, my ring wa vacuumed by error I went to the gas station and they told me that I have to call the number on the machine I called and no one helped. I submitted a service request and no one responded back to me. I got Covid and I was sick for three weeks I went back to the gas station and asked to speak to the store manager she could not help me and she gave me someone elses manager at the gas station ******, I called her and she said shes gonna try to help me. I never heard back from her. I called this company CSC Service works multiple times submit multiple service request. They said someone is gonna call me back to meet me at the gas station to open up the machine and no one ever called me back. This is a scam. I use their machine and they would not provide the proper customer service support or communication. I was on hold every time I called for about an hour to get someone to tell me that someone is gonna call you back and no one ever calls me back. I want someone from that company to meet me at the machine at that gas station and open up o the machine. This is the worst customer service experience, it is a scam. No one provides proper communication or proper support. I will never ever use this service again. Someone need to call me and help take care of this issue.

      Thank you for contacting CSC ServiceWorks and informing us of your customer concerns. We are sorry there were inoperable machines on site and for the inconvenience it caused.

      Upon reviewing the account, it was confirmed a technician was on site on 1.17.24 to repair the following machines:

      691-DYY: replaced the tub on 1.4.24; on 1.17.24, found washer unplugged with 43 minutes left on cycle, the washer had only one error in help codes. 74 error. Card read error. Cleaned card reader. Continued existing cycle. Washer cycle tested okay.

      washer 1: hard reset; had F and 2A error appearing. Once reset; tested okay

      washer 4: too much soap and hard balance reload; hard reset; tested okay

      CSC has nonexistent customer service. I paid $35 for a code to add funds to my laundry card. The code is invalid and each time I call to request a refund I am on hold for 30+ minutes and mysteriously disconnected a few minutes after finally reaching a representative.

      In order to receive assistance with the $35 refund for a laundry code purchase, you will need to call ************ (choose option 1 for customers, and option 4 for other requests) and remain on the line until an agent is available and request a "CVA Code Reversal".

      Information will need to be verified about the credit/debit card in order to locate the transaction and information, and we cannot have that information communicated via email or via the digital BBB channel.       The company I am complaining about runs the laundry room at my apartment complex. I was excited by the connivence of the app and thought that they actually kept up with the laundry room. I put $20 on my account to find out that only a couple of both the washer and the dryers actually worked. Most were disgustingly dirty. I requested a refund after all of my clothes were soaking wet. I had to go to a local laundromat to finish them because the dryer I tried had no heat. Then I saw that a lot of my clothes were stained. I put in a refund request and a customer service request and have yet to hear back it has almost been 2 weeks. I just want my money back in full.

      I am filing this complaint against CSC ServiceWorks due to their failure to refund a malfunctioning laundry card, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with them.Incident Details:-On July 14, 2023, I purchased a $30 reload for my CSC ServiceWorks laundry card.-After reloading, the card malfunctioned ("card read error"), rendering it unusable.-The total value involved is $37, including the reload, initial card purchase, and original balance.Refund Request and Follow-Up:-On July 17, 2023, I contacted CSC ServiceWorks to request a refund. They responded with instructions to mail the card to their ************************ which I complied with.-Despite following their process (Refund Request Confirmation Number: ********), I have not received the refund.-Multiple attempts to contact CSC ServiceWorks for follow-up have been unsuccessful, with no response from their side.Issue at Hand:-The amount in question is $37, which is significant to me.-The lack of response from CSC ServiceWorks and the delay in processing the refund is concerning.-My attempts to resolve this through ******** ******* were unsuccessful due to the time elapsed since the transaction.Resolution Sought:-I am seeking a full refund of $37 in the form of a check, as initially requested in my correspondence with CSC ServiceWorks.I expect CSC ServiceWorks to adhere to their refund policy and process this refund promptly.I have documentation supporting all my claims, including emails, receipts, and my correspondence with CSC ServiceWorks and ******** *******.       Upon partnering with the cards department, it was determined a refund check for the amount of $32.00 was processed on 8.11.23. It was confirmed the check was not cashed. The address matched the address provided in your documents.  See attached image.

      As a resolution to your concern, the previous check #******* was voided. A new $32.00 check was processed on 12.19.23. Please allow ***** business days for the check to get processed, mailed and delivered by ***** Due to the upcoming holiday, there may be a delay in the arrival of the check. Keep in mind, CSC does not refund for card cost, per company policy. The additional $5 was not honored.

      I rented a washer and dryer from them starting in August of 2022 when I moved into a new apartment. After about 5 months the dryer stopped getting hot and I tried to schedule a appointment and then when the day came for someone to come out no one showed up and they sent me a text at 10:30pm saying no one was available. They sent me a text the following night and that was the end of it. So then 4 months go by and I have gotten behind on a lot of my bills and I got a notice from a debt collector saying that I owe them 4 months of service and the cost of the washer and dryer. I asked them why it took the debt collector 3 weeks from the date of the notice until their post office stamped it and mailed it off. Not only that, the notice was dated before the last month of service, so to the debt collector I am paying for a month that I otherwise wouldn't have used if they had sent the notice out when they were supposed too. I feel that I do not owe them for November and that the debt collector waited 3 weeks to send me the notice to be able to guarantee that I would have to pay them the extra month. And not only that but my November fee had the late fee included in the payment on the debt collectors statement that was dated October 20. Oh yes, I will be contacting a lawyer very soon. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are a s*** show.

      Upon partnering with the Supervisor of Residential Collections, the following was shared regarding your complaint:

      It was confirmed, you initially submitted a repair online. The day of service 7.7.23, ************** was on site and stated no one was home. He went to the leasing office to see if there was a "key-release-form", and there was not. Our dispatch team also called when the technician was on the way and there was not an answer. It was confirmed via call records, you did not call our company one to inquire on your billing, repairs, or reschedule the repair. Your account was sent off to an agency on 11.10.23. From the time an account is sent to an agency to the time they agency takes action is not determined by Appliance Warehouse. Since the agency is a third party, we do not have control on how they handle their accounts. It was confirmed you stopped making payments and disregarded the numerous attempts from our company in contacting you via email, e-voices, and a dialer that left messages almost daily. 

      Appliance Warehouse is willing to negotiate a courtesy credit for the late fees off of the account and two-week credit for the time the machines were inoperable had we been able to complete our repair at the time of our driver going out to your property.

      I have put in requests to have the coin boxes empty 5 times and each time the ticket is closed as completed however the coin boxes have not been emptied rendering the machine inoperable due to the box being full. When someone does come out they send a repair technician who can't get into the coin box to fix the machine. I am beyond frustrated with this company and their willingness to help. When I call and ask that this be escalated they tell me they are not able to escalate. I just want someone to come out and empty the boxes already!

      I am leasing a washer and dryer from A******** *********. My girlfriend and I moved out of our apartment and into a house. I needed them to pick up the units before 11/29/23 because that is our last day at the apartment. I have scheduled a pick up 3 separate times, and they have failed to follow through each time. They did not contact me when they were on their way to the location as I had requested. The first time there was no contact at all, they just showed up and left. I spoke to customer service and rescheduled, told them to contact me so I could make sure I was there (the new house is only 10 minutes away). Again they did not contact me, the driver texted me when he was there. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes and he said he would wait. I drove over there and he was gone, and would not communicate with me anymore. I called and set up another pickup, this time I gave permission to the apartment staff to let them in. This time he once again texted me when he was there, telling me that he couldn't pick up because cars were in the way. I asked if he was going to try again later and he stopped communicating and cancelled the pickup. This was the last day to have the units out of the apartment. They refuse to do their job and pick up the units, and the customer service will not help my except to reschedule the pickup, which will then ultimately not happen. I need them to come get the units and they need to be responsible for any charges I incur from the apartment for still having the units after my lease.

      CSC works has 3 front loading washing machines and 2 dryers installed in Building A. They have the same amount in ******************** they increased the cost to use each machine in both buildings. This is not their first increase but this is the first time that they increased the cost to wash and dry and significantly reduced the amount of time it takes to wash our laundry. I didn't notice this change until I left my white clothes to wash only to return to find that not only were my clothes washed quickly but it was still left with sud. Orginally to use one washing machine was $1.25 it was less when I first moved in 8yrs ago. I think that his is the second increase, and with 4 different wash cycles, for example, to wash whites it was 41 minutes which included a pre-wash option. Now to wash whites it's $1.50 and it takes 29mins. A significant decrease in the entire wash cycle. That is 12 minutes taken away from washing your clothes. Bare in mind that within the 29mins given to wash white clothes you also have to rinse your clothes. The next cycle perm press wash is now 25mins which was 38mins originally. And the other 2 remaining cycles are also significantly less than how they were. This reminds me of price gouging. So CSC increased the cost to use their machines and then decreased the amount of time to wash your clothes and failed to inform the residents. No letters from management, nothing was sent because Management was not aware. I think that $1.50 is a fair price, my reason for filing this complaint is to have the time returned to 41mins for whites, 38 mins for warm wash etc. This is a residential building not a commercial one. Residents Will continue to voice their opinions and file complaints until this issue is rectified.

      Regarding price increase, the price increase is confirmed/discussed with the owner of an *************************** prior to the increase. If you have an issue with the increase, we advise you to reach out to the property so they can further address those concerns. 

      As a resolution to your concern, a service request was submitted for a technician to come out and review the time on the washers. We cannot guarantee a time change, but we will have a technician come out and see if this was an error during a past service request or if this was agreed upon in contract.  A confirmation was sent to your email. Once the service is completed, you will receive another confirmation via email.

      My appartment complex changed laundry vendors. I loaded card in July. *****. I used it 4-8 times at **** per machine. I should have a balance of between ***** dollars. I asked the guy moving machine and he said call number on card. Wait time is close to a hour. Recording kept saying for faster refund go online. I did. No refund option for me. Called again and waited the whole hour. I was told I should've used up my card balance. I was told to mail in card. I asked if my postage would be paid bc as a refund for service I can't use and out of my control I shouldn't have to pay for certified mail to make sure my card was recieved. They refuse to reimburse me for postage. Seen many complaints against this buisness for deceptive practices like this.
