*********** works was supposed to refund a laundry card of $27. The card stopped working in the machines and only way to get a new card is through the company, not in the machine provided onsite. I have been waiting over 4 months for a refund. Every rep gives me a different timeline, a different reason as to why the refund has not been issued. After a year of them not fixing the washing machines, they finally did to then find out my card doesnt work. I am disabled and have to spend $20 on a cab every time to do laundry instead of downstairs in my building. I have contacted the company initially on 10/9/23 and sent in card which they received), contacted them again on 12/13/23, 1/4/24, 1/23/24 & 2/20/24. It has been over 4 months now and they have not sent me a new card with my balance on it. At the point it is so frustrating. After finally speaking to a supervisor in January, who said it will take another 10 business days, its a month later and still no card. I have submitted numerous work orders regarding the washers/dryers not working for our apartment complex. *** contacted the property manager and they have directed me to contact CSC ServiceWorks, they have also told me theyve tried reaching out to them multiple times and cant get ahold of them either. I used in my residence building a washer to wash both of my king size pillows. However after wash I discovered both of my pillows were torn to shreds. I called CSC Service works on January 30th in regards to a refund for both of my pillows and was told they can not complete my refund request online by email. On January 31st I called CSC service works and the representative gave me a confirmation email in regards to my refund. It is not February 14th **** and I have not gotten no refund yet. I called again on Monday the 12th of February and I was assured my refund would be mailed out. She informed me it takes up to ***** business days to issue refunds. I have no updates in regards to this refund and every time I call this business they seem to have some kind of phone issues. CSC Service Works was alerted nearly 2 weeks ago. About an inoperable ************** located in *************************************, in *************. Their machinery has constantly been taking the money of all the residents residing in this bldg. ******* rendering the proper service expected. Because of their lackadaisical attitude and poor business practices pertaining to the matter. It's clear to see that the machines have NOT BEEN EXTRACTED for the previous coins for a substantial amount of time! And because of this willful neglect, nobody has been able to use the ************** for nearly 2wks. In the course of this unwanted situation I've lost approximately $8.00 trying to do my laundry. Upon reviewing the account records, a coin collector emptied the machines the week of 1.28.24. An exact date cannot be given due to security purposes. This property is scheduled for collection once per month. *** has been meeting a contract agreement with the property with the frequency of the route. If you believe the coins need to be collected more than once per what was agreed on, you will need to contact your property and advise them to contact their sales representative to discuss the option.

If you scrutinize the photos you can see that money is still stuck in the coin drop box. These machines have been inoperable for over two weeks now! A coin collector, who differs from a service technician, came out DURING the week of 1.28.24 to empty the machines. An exact date cannot be given due to security purposes. You can confirm with your property manager/owner that a collector came out during that week if there are concerns about CSC not coming.
A service technician came out on site on 2.13.24 and 2.14.24 and confirmed a new wire harness for the coin drops is needed. Once the parts are delivered to our warehouse, a technician will return to install the harness. We are partnering directly with ******, the property manager, on this matter.

CSC manages the washing machines and dryers at the condo complex where I live. The few machines that we have routinely break and are completely inoperable, and those that do operate do not function fully. Some machines have never worked in the 2 years I've lived here. This requires residents to submit service requests to CSC every single time we try to do laundry, and we often have to drive to off-site laundromats even though we pay for laundry services here. Once the additional parts are delivered to the ******** (Ashland) Warehouse by our partnered manufacturer, a technician will be assigned to install those parts.
CSC has thoroughly serviced this machine (replaced numerous parts, cleaned the pump, removed debris, hard rebooted the machine, etc.). Machines on site are what was ordered and likely intended to be kept for an extended period. If a machine is old, there is a high chance it will need continuous servicing. CSC is unable to replace machines unless requested by management. We advise you to contact the property and discuss the concerns further. In the meantime, CSC will continue to respond to all service requests submitted on the account.

The rest are offline and cannot be started with coins despite months and months of service requests. All the neighbors I've talked to share my frustrations and, like myself, are rarely able to do laundry in their own buildings. I do not believe CSC's claims that these machines have been serviced any time recently or that they have any plans to service them.

Back in October 2023, I reported that washing machine 763-HML was out of order. This was the first time. I lost $2.20 because I assumed that it was working. The washing machine was plugged in and didn't have an error sign. I reported the machine and requested a refund. CSC Serviceworks claimed they "fixed" the washing machine, but as of January 9, ****, the machine is still not working. Residents assume that it's working because they plug it in and then their cycle doesn't run through completely. I now lost $4.40 because of CSC's claims that the washing machine is fixed even though they haven't fixed the issue. The cycle doesn't rinse out. They need to repair the washing machine or replace it with a new one. They're also claiming I can't claim another refund because I requested one before. Why haven't they processed my first refund? I asked to receive it digitally in the app. Why should that take forever? I want my money back in my account. I shouldn't have to wait around because of their incompetence to correct this issue. On top of that, CSC ServiceWorks doesn't want to speak with the residents. They got rid of their customer service support. When you call them, you get a robot. This company needs to be eliminated because they failed to fix a washing machine. Some residents don't have a vehicle and need to do laundry. They're not considering anyone's needs and now they're prolonging on correcting the issue with this washing machine. Someone needs to step in and handle this mismanaged company. Regarding your service concerns, a part was needed for machine 763-HML. The part was ordered on 12.20.23. The part (pump) was installed on 1.24.24. The technician also repaired the unbalanced switch. The machine should be working correctly. Machines on site are what was ordered, and likely intended to be kept for an extended time. If a machine is old, there is a high chance it will need continuous servicing. CSC is unable to replace machines unless requested by management. We advise you to contact the property and discuss the concerns further. In the meantime, CSC will continue to respond to all service requests submitted to the account.
