      Our Apartment Complex has a contract with CSC which looks to not matter...242 units...11 buildings...Here at *** Valley Apt;s...everyone as issues...Web page is a joke when trying to put in info of ***************** units...the one guy I talked to that did come out watch is rare...had ****** answers and really did not fix the the one dryer and said he put in a order to replace the one washer never happen ( 5 months ) and now the other washer is actting up and the other dryer as well...which now the other dryer does not work... (Each building has 2 each)We here are a ***** of **** working people with families...working 2 to 3 jobs...Time is short as is...God ************ Blessed Everyone... thx

      Worst service ever, claims issues are property not theirs. No heat means, if it has gas and it has air then it's a thermal coupler. If a dryer is squealing so loud you can't hear yourself that's a belt issue not a property issue!!!!

      If I could rate them lower I would. CSC has taken nearly $50 of mine in the past months. I have put in several service and refund requests through the app, online, and via email. For months i have conplained and received little to no response. Out of the entire amount lost, CSC was kind enough to refund $2.00 in credit. My girlfriend and I called today and after waiting an hour and a half on the phone was told we could not be refunded the total amount lost because CSC has some BS policy that apparently states "after 48 hours from time of money loss CSC can not refund your money" meaning if you don't call them right away and get through to someone you won't ever see your money again. But they never respond anyhow, so you're not getting your money anyhow. **************** representatives were beyond ignorant and have no idea in how to treat customers, their database for tracking purposes is garbage, if they even have one, and they hang the phone up on me. If you see machines owned and operated by CSC Service Works stay far away. The machines are dirty, broken, and steal your money. I have only used them because it's the only option I have.

      Our retirement community contracted with CSC Services. Multiple residents are unable to use the laundry machines because they are banning devices and credit cards from using their app. They also do not empty quarters in the machines often enough so elderly residents are unable to do their laundry.

      Horrible company I dont even know why my apartment complex deals with them. Requested a refund is September its now December still havent received it. Attempted to call the number you be on hold for so long that the phone system disconnects on you and customer service agents are no better they are rude and talk to you anyway. Stop stealing people money and send me my refund back

      They have stolen $30 from a top up that charged me but never toped up my card. I have sent the card back to them and tried contacting them many times, but they won't answer. Further, their laudry machines are often dirty and damaged expensive things with no repair. Stay away.

      My wife started a work order *** 13th for a technician to come fix our washer on Nov 26th. Technician never showed, had to call several times after waiting several hours to speak with a customer service rep, they showed no empathy or sympathy. We we ask to speak to a supervisor after waiting for another 45min A lady by the name of ******** stated she will send an email to dispatch. A technician called and stated that he didn't have any information on what was need in the work order. He then explained he will have our work order expedited to later learn they cancelled our work order. Tried calling back a day later waiting another hour and several min to speak with a rep the rep stated that he see a work order in for Dec 7th which now is going on 4 weeks without a washer and I have lil girls who need there cloths washed because their bodies are changing. This has been the most frustrating process of getting help. We are very unhappy with this company. I wouldn't recommend this company to an ant. We are still waiting to get our washer fixed and its Dec 1st

      terrible!!!! they dont honor contracts. file complaints and wait the 3 days to find out your complaint was never put into system! repair work is sloppy because same problem lasts months, so you lose money and your customers go elsewhere.
