      Dryers and washers both broken for months. Weve contacted them multiple times. They sent someone down once, but he literally didnt do anything

      No help whatsoever in the laundry facility. Half of the washers don't work, and half of the dryers don't work. They haven't fixed them in a year and a half, and lately the room is constantly off-line. They refuse to refund you any money off of your account, and also refused to fix the machines.

      This company should be held accountable for their poor service standards and subpar equipment. Their customer service is atrocious, slow and maddening. They incite people to damage their equipment even more, just out of frustration and anger!

      How they are staying in business is beyond me. Our machines are constantly brokenand I mean constantly. Here's the state of our laundry machines from a resident: "Hi All,Update on laundry room:Left to Right:Mach #1 Out of Order (for 2 weeks)Mach #2 Touch pad not working properly, only allows light load.Mach #3 Someone pulled the plug, I have no idea why.Mach #4 I did a wash, however it did not spin properly and the contents were soaking wet. Dryers all work."

      At ************* in ****** **, there are 12 washers and only 8 are available! There are over 100+ apartments in the complex and 16 of them are 3 bedroom with 5+ people living in them. How do you expect everyone to do laundry???!!! Especially when the majority of us work Monday thru Friday and dont have time during the week??!!! S*** is ridiculous and frustrating!!!!

      They have stolen money from my credit card on multiple occasions. I used my credit card to add money thru their app and 3 separate times the have taken more out then I purchased. As of today the have taken more then 50 extra dollars from my card which didnt go to my laundry balance and you cant call them to resolve it cause no one answers the phone! This company is a scam and they are stealing!! And its the only way to do laundry at my apartment complex! The need to be shut down!

      This company is the worst. Their machines are refurbished garbage and they break down all the time. Their customer service is non-existent. If your association is thinking about contracting with them just dont. Find someone else. Over the last year they have raised the rates on their machines but when something goes wrong it takes months for any kind of response or resolution. So far this year alone the washer has been either totally down or malfunctioning for about 5 months. I will be actively petitioning my homeowners association to ditch this company and find a new one.

      Don't do your laundry here. Their machines are half the time broken. The last time I did my laundry there. 1 machine was broken, and the other 2 machines did not spin. The dryer dried on cold so I had to move to another and run twice. And this isn't the first time or the second time.

      i agreed to a rent to own in july 2020 - i now am being told there has been no record of rent to own lease and unfortunately i cannot locate paperwork i signed at delivery. i'm almost wondering if it was taken back by delivery guy or not. - and i called rent to own option on their website and it goes to a medicare scam. - so i called customer service # and am told it’s bc they are ending their rent to own program!!!???!?!? i’m calling ftc next. something somehow is a scam. - i already notified my bank. i didn't want to chose even 1 star.
