  Why is CSC still in business? I have now accumulated to $47 they owe me in 2 1/2 months, their washer/dryers never work, their machine that issues cards never works, and when you swipe your CC to add value it does not add the value. You wait on hold for 45 at a time, and nothing gets resolved they say ***** business days for a refund and it never comes (in a form of a check supposedly) Also, they can't get my card to link to this location so I can add money online and get a code, and I am stuck swiping my card and them taking money from me.

  I had a 'rent to own' agreement for a washer and dryer. After 15 months, the hose on the washer had a leak. I called twice and on both occasions was told that I was not renting the equipment but that I owned it and needed to call Whirlpool about the warranty. On the 'rent to own' option on the website, it states free service and parts by certified technicians until the lease period ends (2 years in my case). However, I called Whirlpool as suggested. I only provided the information that was requested and, after a moment's pause, was told that their account showed that I was indeed renting the equipment. I was instructed to call them back and not let them go until I got a resolution. I did call back and the first person I spoke with treated me like an idiot for disagreeing with him and we ended up talking over each other. I requested to speak to the person they report to who was more respectful but told me the same line. I talked with that person's supervisor who listened with concern but didn't break from the script of me owning the equipment that I was only renting. I requested the appliances be picked up and to cease receiving invoices. No one accepted responsibility.

  Mac Gray is a subsidiarie of CSC. We have three coin operated washers and dryers at our apartment complex. Two of the washers have been broken for literally two years. The company has been contacted several times with no action. It's come to the apartment complex seeking other options for laundry machines. Mac Gray has not even responded to requests for machine removal.

  If I could zero stars I would! Unresponsive is a kind word to use, they literally just disconnected the machine and then said it was fixed.

  We have placed service orders on more than one occasion where, instead of fixing the issue, they dont even come to the unit they simply mark that there wasnt an issue. Given that they are a contract service, this is fraudulent behavior.

  If there was a worse rating I would give it.The company uses faulty machines that never work and their service department is nonexistent.Why they are still in business is a mystery

  I have never been so ripped off in my life. If I use my credit card, the machines just take my money. They never work!I tried using ************* machine stole $1.50 from me.The whole laundry at this apartment is non-working. Only a few washers and dryers work.The place is always filthy.No air conditioning of any kind and this is AZ; the middle of the desert!They continue to steal people's money and never help.

  Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE. We use them for our washers and driers. The machines are always down. You submit a service call and they tell you someone will be onsite to fix it in 3 business days. No one ever shows up or contacts you. After multiple phone calls and a month of waiting, they will *** send someone out. Finally once they send someone, the machine STILL WILL NOT BE FIXED! This is not just a one off, this has occurred MULTIPLE TIMES where it is now a pattern. The last time they sent someone, they didn't fix the machine, they actually increased our rates. If you'd like peace of mind and good service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Stay far far away

  Why are they still in business. Waiting 127 days for a ***** card. This is horrible. Local TV station contacted them and they said they didn't have any machines in this building. I have the list of people who I have spoken to some more than once.

  CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. is the largest joke for a company every to exist. Their machines break often, they lie about fixing their machines, and they do not refund their customers for loss of money due due to coins being unregistered or machines not working as designed. On top of that, this company lies and scams the elderly property manager that calls and requests to revoke the service contract. CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. needs to be dissolved.
