      Horrendous service! My card was overcharged on two separate occasions. Their customer service, does nothing to remedy the mistakes either. One time I authorized 1 - $20 add funds, but it duplicated twice. So $60 worth of charges and it did not go onto my account. A second time I authorized 2 - $10 add funds, they duplicated it, for a total of 5 charges! Neither time did the overages go on to my CSC account. My bank had to fix it, both times.Very sketchy!

      Never was a customer, but I did work for the company. By far the worst. Especially the west coast branch management team. I will make sure to include them on a special note so they can try to live with themselves. They have no concern or understanding of their employees and customers. They also dont care for their veterans. Their motto is make lives easier, but they really dont unless you share the same traits as them.

      I live in apt building where we have a contract with CSC. They do not fix the machines and act like we are idiots and argue when we call about problems. They replaced a bad washer with another bad washer. Bad service

      List of issues:- Skyrocketing laundry load prices for ancient machines that do not work well, are never cleaned, nor are seriously serviced.- Service requests are ignored or aren't taken seriously.- Difficult, laborious, and archaic refund process for customers; akin to how scammers conduct a business.- Company switched from a laundry card system to a mobile app system without notifying customers beforehand and without posting a transparent process on how to refund the money you had put previously onto your laundry card. I was told by customer service that I had to pay for my own postage to physically mail them my laundry card and that I would have to wait several weeks to get a refund.

      Live in a 55+ apartment community in Forest Ridge,Hernando **. Called and opened a service request on a washing machine on March 18th 2023. Machine is still not operational and todays date is Aug 7,2023. Have been told multiple times a part is on order.

      This is the worst dryer and washer service I have ever used. The washers always smell weird and are breaking down. The dryers either burn your clothes or don't dry them enough. Washers often break down and wont rinse or drain out their water. The dryers and washers reject your card and read and error code pops up. This is the worst company. Every time I use these washers and driers I run into a problem. My clothes don't even feel clean when the washer is done. There is nothing good to say about this business.

      @ machines. both took my payment. one said **** available, select a wash. i do so. i press start. it does nothing mut flash small circles all about the display screen. So i call. I ask for refund and service to the machines. after a 30 minute wait i am told i need to be sent to some other department for the refund. sat on the line for just over 15 minutes and it went silent. didn't disconnect, just nothing. so... called them back. started it all over despite i had a work order number. Then I am told they have to refund me by check. What? I paid by debit. They have my money. it cost about $6 to send out a check. value doesn't even enter the picture. This is not an American company both cs reps told me. There are dozens of addresses listed as HQ, when you start digging. If one is concerned with profit, one will not utilize the most expensive manner of issuing refunds especially with the sheer volume of complaints they get. It is a money laundering enterprise. Like so many "traditional" vending operations. They need to be investigated.

      I have tried 5 times to get help with a broken machine in my building that the manager refuses to fix The machine no longer allows you to refill your laundry card, and you can only buy a card for $5, each $5 card comes with a $2 fee so youre really only getting $3, which is enough for one load exactly. This is inconvenient and a huge waste of plastic. I have tried finding out if there is an alternative option for refilling my card, this has been going on for a couple months now. Plus all the machines are broken anyways (only one working dryer near my building, one washer has been filled with water for a couple months. Rest assured I will never be moving into an apartment that uses these laundry services.

      All 8 washing machines and half the dryers have been out of order since the end of May. That's 2 months. I have called every week since May, and no one has come out to repair them. The situation remains untesolved.

      I had a washer stop in middle of cycle then I realized they rigged the dryers so u have to dry in med heat . I have clothes hanging all over my apt . To dry all the way!!!. Never again!
