      Why can't we give 0 stars????? The online aspect of CSC is horrible. Several emails and yet no solution. They want me to send them my laundry card that I just reload with $100 and still can't use. They have the crd number, why is this not enough???? Worse worse services ever... I have a lot of complains but I don't even have enough patience to keep writing it here!!!

      This is a big FRAUD! Used their ****************************** at a truckstop. We are truck ************** overcharged ** by $8.75 and it is the act of Congress to get a live person or any help at all. They even asked ** to send them personal bank statements to prove that we were overcharged, and when we did so, they are giving ** the runaround for $8.75. never again will we use CSCW to wash our clothes.

      *********** works that handles washer and dryer don't service their machines. I moved in Feb 1st and 5 out of 6 machines. They have been out of service since Feb. 1st and the one washer that suppose to work it doesn't go thru the spin cycle. Same goes for the other machines in the complex. I am tired of doing request since they don't acknowledge the request and they refuse to get a service person out here to fix these machines.

      The scourge of apartment living. Every other time I go to do laundry the machines are out of order. Every time they go out of order it takes days to fix. I guess I'm the fool for waiting till all my clothes are dirty and then expecting to be able to wash them whenever I need. Heed my warning, if your building uses CSC Service Works, hoard a backup stash of clean clothes for when the machines inevitably break down. I cannot stress enough how awful my experience has been. Truly an abysmal operation. I wish the disgruntled apartment goers across the nation could sign a petition to prevent CSC Service Works from operating as a business so no one else has to endure this ridiculous problem.

      Absolutely HORRIBLE COMPANY! The apartments **************** (previously **********) have 12 washers and 16 dryers but NONE OF WHICH WORK. In 6 months they havent come once to service them even though Ive emailed multiple times. the apartments have contacted them over and over. *** requested refunds that never get resolved and no contact back to resolve the service issues. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

      After waiting almost a month to get my equipment installed the dryer I was given not only had dents in it, but the washer I was given didnt work properly (would not rinse & spin) after trying to get in contact with customer service and being put on hold for 30 minutes several times. I was finally able to reach someone when I asked them to come pick up the equipment. (Getting the equipment serviced would have taken a week also) - I had pre-paid for the month of service I was supposed to be getting -, they then said it would take a week to get the equipment picked back up and that I would have to call them after the equipment was picked up to discuss getting a refund. Absolutely horrible. Garbage equipment, horrible customer service.

      This is the worst company. The washing machine and dryer constantly break and its always a tedious process to report and get repaired. The customer service representatives are unresponsive and often misrepresent information. Our longest wait time for a washer was 2 months, being told continually that the problem had not been reported even though their service person left a note in the laundry room that the machine needed to be replaced. I wrote a letter to the executive office and never received even the decency of a response. The app doesnt work properly and requesting a refund is a trying process. Furthermore, even though the service department was given a key to our laundry room, the service people come to our building unannounced and then leave before repairs claiming no tenants were available to unlock the room.

      I'm am a service coordinator for a HUD property that houses 21 units for senior citizen's 62 and older. On February 21,2023 I started a request for replacement of new washers and dryers for this building.On March 9,2023 our company singed a new contract, at witch time we were told we had been approved for the replacements. I have explained the desperate need for new machines for our senior citizens, it has been 7 weeks now and nothing.The sales rep. was great when we started this prosses but now has gone unresponsive.Finding someone that can actually help is a joke. I've been given a order number but there is no one or a department to be transferred to that can give me the status of where the order is.I have been given 2 more names and emails to reach out to but I have not gotten any response's.I am just totally dumb founded by this company.
