      Took over two months for the washer and dryer to be delivered, then the company left the shipping bolts on it destroying the washer. Was told we would get a replacement but when they came out to replace it they didnt even have a replacement. They said theyd come out in a few days with the replacement. When they showed up with the replacement it wasnt even the same washer nor was it a front load like we were paying for. Then they claimed the replacement didnt work either and that the next time they can come out again is a month from now. Then when I called to cancel it and get a refund they claim they cannot speak with me as Im not on the account which I was supposed to be and never had any issues with calling and discussing the issues until when I wanted to cancel. Now Ive been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting for a supervisor.

      I live in an apartment and there are 12 units in my building that share 2 washers and 2 dryers. One of the washers stopped working a month back and the other washer is out of order since yesterday. In spite of placing a service request multiple times, nobody from csc service works came to fix the machines. The company is so irresponsible. I would never even give them one star.

      Both our washer and dryer has not been working for almost two months now, they say they are all about customer satisfaction.... my a** THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE!!!!! I have put in 6 request service and made phone calls and still nothing. My first request was on March 3rd because our dryer was not drying properly someone came on the 7th of march turns out both machine have issue and need some parts order almost two months now still no parts. I'm actually very surprise that this company still exist with all this complaints and very POOR service. This company do not deserve a f****** start, but I guess i have to put a start just to post this review... RIDICULOUS!!!

      Our management in Arlington, ** at the Columbia Hills complex has chosen to use this unprofessional and horrible company.Myself and several tenants reported a severely dangerous and damaged dryer that burnt and ripped up our clothes. I submitted request via app as well as emails. When attempting to get a human on the customer service line I was placed in cue for over 20 minutes and phone disconnected.I had an estimate of $150 worth of clothing ruined by this dangerous dryer.When I requested a refund for my ruined clothing there was no response and they refused to fix and/or replace the dryer (room #1 level P in app).My next step is to see if it's worth smalls claims court to get a reaction out of CSC.

      If I could give a zero I would. our apartment complex has been without both working washers since NOVEMBER (it is now ******* ******* request has been sent multiple times and my leasing office has contacted them multiple times. a guy did come out to look once and when I asked him when it would be fixed he didn't answer and tried to blame the broken washer on "pet hair." As if pet hair is such a crazy thing for a washer to have to contend with. Rather than just replace the broken washer they left a note on it that says "needs to be replaced." NEVER USE THEM

      Bad customer service. Broken machines and you take the pain to call and wait to request refund and they tell you they can't. Because you got to request within 2 days. Go figure.

      (*************** ******* *************) Ive called CSCs customer service number multiple times for a faulty machine in my apartment complex thats been going on for the past year. No resolution has been met. They claim the unit is fixed when intact its still inoperable. Ive seen the technician just sitting in his van, never enter the property and then claim the unit is fixed. Their customer support is completely ineffective and they can never seem to get a supervisor to *************. They then insist that I will be given a call back but never follow through with that claim. Oh and they even gave me the name and number to the district supervisor (****************************) and even he neglects to return calls. Overall this company is just a cash grab and they dont seem to care about the end user at all.

      the worst company ever!!!!! I've been waiting for ***** refund for 2 months and not one of these customer service reps know what they are doing!! Absolutely horrible company!!!!

      Woodland Apartments at **** ******* has been placing service requests for 2 months with no resolution. Card reader on machine broke so tech put tape across all of the readers that said "coins only" instead of fixing. Machines take coins but machines don't work. Residents want their money back, but CSC doesn't care. They keep saying coin slots are full which is why machines don't work. How can they be full if it still takes money. I'm the Manager and I spoke with Service Managers that was supposed to find out what was going on and get back with me...still waiting. Left message for sales rep....no response. Stealing money from residents and not fixing machines. If they can't fix the card readers they need to replace. They also need to refund money to residents. Response, or lack of, is un professional .

      EXTREMELY BAD LAUNDRY APP + COMPANY. We have their machines in our building and some won't work. I call CSC several times to request a technician, but they always hang up or put me on hold. They also have extremely rude customer service such as a lady name "McKenya"/ "******" who hangs up literally after I say "Hello". Several times they said that they already ordered a technician to the property and that the machine issue had been fixed. HOWEVER, nothing has changed!! Those few machines still don't function which makes them liars!! A few days after the call to order a technician, guess what they did!!! THEY INCREASED THE ***** OF A MACHINE from $2.75 to $3.50!! Crazy!Then, I continued doing laundry using the mobile app and I always need to add more and more funds to my account. But it became even worse! Guess what... One day, I got charged $5 x 4 times = $20 minute after a minute on my bank account statement!!! I tried requesting a refund through the app and by calling an agent but they ignored me! What a shame!!Finally, I was too tired of them!! I just gave up and stopped using CSC laundry machines. I am now considering buying my own laundry machine in my apartment. In conclusion, WORST COMPANY/APP EVER!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!! DO NOT USE CSC-PAY-MOBILE, ANYONE!! I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO BE SCAMMED AND TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY LIKE ME!!FAIL!
