      I WAS GIVEN A TOTAL ***** BEFORE COMING TO YOUR STORE OF $254.98 FOR 1 **** INSTALLED I WAS ASKED TO PAY A $25.00 DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE **** TO ASSURE THAT IT WOULD BE THERE WHEN I ARRIVED. I PAID THE $25.00 *** ID *******. I RUSHED TO THE MAVIS STORE AND THERE WAS NO ****. I WAITED AN HOUR FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY HAD TO ORDER IT. I ASKED IF THEY COULD PLUG THE ****, THEY SAID YES, AFTER ANOTHER 1 LATER THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE TO ORDER PATCHES. SO I ASKED THEM TO PUT ON THE ***** **** SO I CAN GO TO WORK THAT TOOK ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. I INFORMED THEM I WOULD RETURN AFTER I GET OF WORK AND THEY ASSURED ME THE **** WOULD BE READY. I RETURNED AT 3:10PM AND THE **** WAS NOT READY I WAITED ANOTHER AGAIN. WHEN I WAS FINALLY READY I ADVISED THE SUPERVISOR THAT I HAD A WARANTY AND HE SAID THE WARANTY DID NOT APPLY, I ALSO TOLD SUPERVISOR I PAID A $25.00 DEPOSIT FOR A **** THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE. I WAS THEN CHARGED MORE FOR THE **** THAN I WAS QUOTED , I SHOWED HIM MY COMFORMATION AND HE SAID THE ***** WAS WRONG. HE CHARGE ME $278.56 THEN TOOK AWAY THE $25.00 SO THAT THE ***** COULD REFLECT THE COST. THE COST OF THE **** WAS $232.00 THE SUPERVISOR CHARGED ME $239.99 + $19.99 +$3.50 = $263.48, I WAS CHARGED ME $278.56 $15.08 MORE THEN SUBSTRACTED THE $25.00 + THE $5.00 I WAS GIVEN FOR USING THE **** I WAS ADVISED THAT THE *** ***** WAS WRONG . I WAS OVER CHARGED AND LIED TO. I WILL NEVER USE MAVIS AGAIN

      I had an appointment at the location ************************************************************************************** for a full synthetic oil change which included rotating tires, topping of fluids, etc. I had also asked them to look at my rear passenger tire because my air pressure alert kept coming on so it probably has something in the tire. I have bought all 4 brand new tires from this same NTB location within the past 6-9 months. I left my vehicle there and was told to pick it up at 6pm, when I arrived at 5:30-5-40pm I noticed a service worker pulling my car into the main garage like they hadnt even gotten to it yet! Within 15 mins he pulled my car to the front and I paid the fee of about $90 and asked the worker if they found anything wrong with my tire since it kept getting low in air and he said no everything was great, it happens in extreme hot weather sometimes. I thought thats weird how they did the oil change, tire rotation, checking tire for leaks, checking my fluids and all that is included within ***** mins! On my way home I needed to clean my windshield to find there was none in there!!!! The next day when I started it, my air pressure alert for same rear passenger tire immediately came on. My first thought was, did they not rotate my tires or is this another tire now! Over the course of the week after contacting NTB and explained my issue with my tire and questioned the rotation and fluid needed to be filled, I had to find time to even take it! My air pressure alert went on everyday and Id have to air it up. Today I was like theres got to be something in it and in plain view there it was, a ***** puncturing my tire! So they obviously didnt even check it! So much for paying almost $100 for nothing! Never going back to NTB! Ill have another tire shop plug it and rotate them. They **** at time management as well! You *********** hrs to even get my car back! Ridiculous! No one has time for that!

      SOMEONE PLEASE STOP MAVIS FROM THEIR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Hateful company! IlThey tried to upsell me by telling me (and scared me) that my brakes were bad when I went in for new tires!...my real mechanic checked and my brakes are fine! also charged me for wheel balancing ($78.00) and my real mechanic had to re-balance because of vibration at high speed...3 of 4 new tires were out of balance!! STOP THESE PEOPLE!!

      Told me they would work on my vehicle. Took about a week. No calls. I went there to pick up my vehicle and they had drained the brakes. The office manager said to his knowledge nothing had been done. Lazy liars

      Mavis tire ************** ******* ** . I spent 5 hrs in this location just for an oil change . Explanation being they only have tow mechanics , Managers offered no apologies , show no concern for my frustration . The assistant manager was Rude. . Also in ladies room no paper towels or hand blower . The break room has no snack machine or beverage machine. Totally bad experience. ********** should be closed if this is the best service they can provide

      I have a 2013 Kia **** that had no spare tire. I bought a new rim from a private vendor took it to the *************** ** Mavis Tire Center on 07/15/2022 and bought a new ******** tire to mount on new rim. Work order by Mavis states new rim in trunk (putting new tire on it) install new rim and tire on right front and put old tire and rim in the trunk. Balance Mount and do wheel alignment.So far so good. After completion of service I was informed that the tie rod needed replacing. I left they did not have parts to complete repairs. I went back on 07/19/2022 cause the steering wheel wasn't centered and after trying to rectify the situation it was determined that the tie rod would have to be replaced first they ordered the parts and said come back the next day 07/20/2022. Came back the next day and there were no parts delivered yet. They will be delivered later that day if I would like to come back later this afternoon. I got a call on Thursday 07/21/2022 that the parts are in and I said that I will come in on Friday 07/22/2022 at 8:30AM. Pulled into the parking lot the assistant came running out and said his mechanic called out and we may have one in later to fill in they will call me. At 2:30PM they called and said they could do the job now unfortunately my daughter in law needed vehicle for a doctors appointment at 2:00PM the car was not here make it for tomorrow morning 07/23/2022. Saturday morning 07/23/2022 I show up at 8:30AM for service. They take vehicle into garage and commence repair work. Things were going to good however cause an hour and a half later I'm still waiting for completion of repair work. the car was all apart sitting on lift with no one working on it. By now I'm quite ******. I was informed that they have the wrong parts. Why no one checked before hand befuddles me. They put it back together with the old parts and told me I would have to return when they are able to secure the right parts. I said the **** i will and I left.Manager Incompetent

      When I arrived, I spoke to **** who is a manager. I told him that as soon as they unlock my truck they need to start the car or the alarm will go off. I also requested to have my tires rotated and that I wanted a specific tire to stay in the rear but placed on the opposite side. As soon as I got to leave, I watch the tech unlock my car, he doesnt start it right away and the car alarm goes off. I watch him for a few seconds realizing that he has no idea what to do. I walk over and tell him that he needs to start the car, he tries to but cant, so I had to get in my car to start it and disable it. I come back and **** tells me he needs to show me something. He shows me my brake pads and said that it was pretty urgent that I get them replaced. I ask him how many more miles do you think I have left on them? He said not many, I asked him again and said oh probably a few thousand. I just sat there thinking to myself, a few thousand miles is not urgent but nice try trying to take advantage of me. As I see the tech putting my tires back on, I asked another employee to remind the tech about that specific tire that I want to stay in the back. The guy returns and said the tech put it in the front. I had another appointment to go to and I was becoming pinched for time and said I would come back to have it fixed. I check out and was told that they topped of my break fluids. When I leave and get in my car, I see black smudges all over the inside of my door which is cloth. I also see that there is no sticker with my next oil change miles on it. I get my sticker, **** offers to clean my door but again I dont have time so I leave. When I get home, I popped my hood to find that my break fluids were not topped off. I call **** to speak with him and was offered a $10 refund for the tire rotation. I honestly feel that they didnt listen to anything I said about the rotation or alarm. Then tried to take advantage of me on an unnecessary sale and got my car dirty.

      Store manager has a stink attitude when questioned about work performed. Had AC problem which took two weeks to get the right parts, few days later started leaking. Took it back for the leak and was told another part needed replacing, but they removed this part from the beginning. The manager stated I need to go some place else to see if they have it. My question was why he didn't tell me that from the start and he replied we do tires not AC. So I told him that should have been told to me from the beginning and that's poor business. The manager began to get smart at the mouth and stated he was just trying to help. But if I want it fix go else where and he didn't have time to listen to me. I'm glad this was a phone conversation because may have gotten ugly if I were face to face. I never recommend anyone and if I burned down have no sympathy.

      This is for the ******************************* location. Do not go to this shop if you are female as they will try to **** you!!!! I went in for a state inspection and they tried to tell me a headlight that was installed in February (it's July) had a $6 turn signal bulb that was out but it would be an hour labor at $150 to replace it. I told ******, who was combative and condescending from the very first interaction, that was ridiculous and I wanted to see my car. We went back there and my light and bumper are both popped open, with liquid all in my brand new headlight. The older guy that did the "inspection" tried to argue with me and tell me my car was like that when I brought it in with was a STRAIGHT UP LIE!!!! I demanded to see the cameras and they refused. I showed them a picture I had taken of my daughter this very morning that showed my car not damaged the way it was when I received it back after their "inspection." Unethical! I called a friend of mine that owns a car dealership here and he told me this location is notorious for failing state inspections and trying to strong arm people into buying things at exorbitant prices from them in order to pass. I have since talked to multiple mechanics who said that pricing was ludicrous. I got into an argument with both the older guy and "manager" ****** and told them its a ****, they should be ashamed of themselves, and they wouldn't try this with a male and ****** was a complete A**** in his responses. The older guy denied damaging my vehicle which I could see with my own two eyes and he called me a *****. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE. You will be spoken to in a degrading manner and they will try to clean your bank account out over something minor. I will be filing a property damage report because they damaged my vehicle and tried to get me to pay for their mistake. Avoid at all cost.

      There was a clucking noise on the drivers side when I drove over bumpy roads or made a turn. So I decided to get it checked at the *********** located on ****************************************************. Even now, I dont know the real issue because the description given to me about the diagnosis findings has changed several times. I dont know what was truly required or what was recommended. In short, I was told to change the struts, sway bar, and brakes, with oil change and alignment. It all came out to be $****.00 for a ***** CRV of 2013. The person, who was explaining the issues to me, is a fast-talking man that wouldn't give me time to analyze and understand the information.At first, I agreed to have the work done without seeing the detailed list of everything he said. But 6 minutes later, I called back (I have call records; the first call was 9:50, and the talk lasted for 6 minutes; the second call was made at 10:02) and told him to hold off on the work and send me a detailed list of work he was planning to do. The person said that his guys had already started the job, and he was telling me they couldnt stop it. Are you kidding? You can't charge me for 6 or ********************************* to agree blindly to work that costs $2,500? I was rushed to get things done for work that could have waited until a second or third opinion. I still don't know if what they said was the real issue since they made sure they rushed me to get it done. The way it was handled was very fishy. They took advantage of my desperate need to get to the root of the problem and didn't allow me to shop around. I don't think even after spending **** the issue is fully resolved. I really don't know if they did what they said they did.
