    On 04/24/2025, after 4pm, I went into the Ipostal1 *********** in my area to pick up mail that l knew had arrived.*****, who has been working there for about the 1.5 years of the 2 years Ive had a mailbox there, was there that day. I said hello to her, like I always do, and she was hardly pleasant. She was slamming and throwing mail bins, containers, and then threw my package towards me on the table. Fortunately, nothing was damaged! She was ranting over how everything is so unorganized because of the new employees, and she couldnt find anything. She then blames the new employees, customers and me for all her problems! I wasnt complaining to her! She blamed me for how theyre missing money because Ive not always paid to pick up every piece of mail, and that it was thrown away, because I requested that it be discarded after pickup! I was told by someone else I was supposed to do that! Shes the one who always knows where everything is! The new employees have been there long enough to know where everything is and goes! I was appalled! I complained to ************************** on the app-and Im given ticket numbers and told that they would be happy to help me transfer my mail to another facility! Im the one being abused! Why cant the abusers be reprimanded, given a paid leave of absence, or transferred themselves! I was abused because I asked for my mail! Apparently Ipostal1 condones near-violent, erratic behavior towards their customers! I am Paid up, Ive always been pleasant, and I never really had an issue until 04/24/2025! On 04/25/2025, I scheduled a pick up for the mail items that I was told were thrown away! I picked them up from ******, and he handed them to me, from where my mail is always placed-without any drama-the way it should be! Now, *** noticed that other mail that Im expecting, is taking much longer than usual to arrive! Its not a holiday! The senders have told me I shouldve received it by now! I cant trust anyone with mail!

However, this will be the last month I deal with this location. Though I appreciate the assistance that I received from IPostal1  With this issue, The employee Who abused me, is still working there.  Also,I have yet to receive a formal apology of any kind from the mail center of *************** itself. Regardless of whether I scheduled a pickup or not-I did not deserve to bullied and abused over it!!!  I shouldnt have to pay a dollar for Every piece of Mail that I pick up.   Im already paying $9.99 to get my mail!

    In March 2025, I completed form 1583 twice for **** to forward mail for (2) different ipostal1 virtual mailboxes I have (this has now been over a month ago). The ipostal1 website during this time showed that the doc would be approved within 1-3 business days so my mail could be forwarded. I called to follow up to see what was going on and why this was taking so long and was informed my lease and a more clear copy of my driver's license needed to be sent. I emailed my full lease again on 4/17/25, along with the drivers' license several times. I called again and was told it would be another 3 business days. After waiting several days again, I called back on 4/24/25 and sent follow up emails. I was told the lease had not been received; although the email appeared to have been sent with no issues on my end. I was informed although I had been advised to email the lease, the internal system at ipostal1 cannot receive large documents. I sent screenshots of the lease in 5 page increments along with a clear ID image on 4/24/25. I confirmed via phone ipostal received this on 4/25/25 and spoke with a level 2 *** who told me this would be approved within 3 business days. On 4/29/25 I followed up via phone because my docs to have mail forwarded had STILL NOT been approved. I was told the *** I spoke with on 4/24/25 had not submitted these for both of my mailboxes, which I had specifically communicated there were 2 mailboxes, and that the *** had not submitted the lease docs in their full form and it would be rejected and I'd have to resubmit and start the process over again. I was forwarded again to a level 2 ***--the call was over an hour and despite not moving location, my call was disconnected twice. This is ridiculous--I have provided all required docs--I need my mail forwarded. I have spent HOURS on the phone with this and it's still not resolved. My mail is being returned to senders because this is taking so long to fix.

    In August I looked into this company for virtual mail services. I signed up however I was unable to meet their qualifications with an identification and notary. After being unable to go through the process I wasn't allowed to receive mail through their services. However from August 2024 till present day they're charging me the $9.99 service for mail that I have not received nor ever use their services before. I did not meet the required for qualifications due to not having identification to render the services however they took my credit card information and continue to run my card every month. I've never used their services only mail that was ever sent to me was mail from their company one letter that stated I needed to show identification for services.

    Hello, my name is ******** A. ******, and I'm reaching out again to share my negative experience with a company called Ipostal1. I originally signed up for a business address but was caught off guard by their much higher fees for a business account, which I simply cant afford. For now, *** opted for their more affordable personal ********** main concern today revolves around their requirement for notarizing a form intended for the post office. I kept receiving messages insisting that I needed to have the paper notarized, which comes with a $25 fee. It became overwhelming, and I even asked them to stop contacting me because, as a senior citizen, I couldnt handle that expense. Ive managed to get the notarization done for free at my local senior center, but they persisted in contacting me.Their continued messages felt harassing, and I felt compelled to mention that there is a police officer in my building a few days a week, and I would consider reporting them if they didnt stop. Just today, I received another email insisting that I must use their notary services and that the notarization from the senior center wouldn't be accepted. I simply cannot afford their ****** left wondering why Im being forced to use their notary. Is this even legal? Ive already had the paper notarized at the senior center, which makes it a valid document.Moreover, Ive received threats indicating that if I dont have the paperwork notarized through them and pay the fee, I should cancel my account. This whole experience is incredibly stressful. I have asthma, and this situation has made my health worseI usually only need my inhaler a couple of times a month, but now I find myself using it twice a day due to all this ********* **, all I want is to live a peaceful life, and the actions of this company are deeply unsettling. I dont want to be pushed into something I cant afford. Ipostal1 is not a reputable company.

    I made it clear that where I had it already noterized I should not have to pay $25.00  to me that's just a scam. Why was I able to print out a form to be able to take it to the notary? I also told you that I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. The police officer that works part-time in my building is that the document is legal and you people are just trying to storm arm and old lady.I dnt get involved in scams.And I e had enough of you people forcing me to do something that I have already done.***** getting old.     They are still trying to force me to use their service after I a;ready had the paper I printed out from them notarized by a reputable notary.I told them many times over I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and the business I just started has not made any profits yet. I also told them I can't afford to pay for thier scam of $25.00 I went across the street to the senior center and had the papers notarized for free.

    There's a police officer that works part-time iin my building and I was discussing this whol;e thing wiht him today and he said that Stapples is always pulling off some type of scam and ipostal1 is involved with them then he said there in with the scam and I trust this officer hes always given the correct information.

    I am a senior citizen with asthma and all of this has cause me stress to use my inhaler and I have also had to call my doctor on an urgent phone call because , I had been so short of breath that my inhaler did not work as fast as it usually does. these people have cause me nothing my grief and anxiety.

    I put a note in with he paper work that if they did not accept my paperwork that I put a self stamped addressed envelop for them to return it they said they would and this was over a week ago they lied if they were telling the truth I would have received my paperwork back in the self stamped addressed envelope.

    Since they have refused my paper work I want all of it back and I want it back within the next week,I don't trust them I trust the police officer that works here part-time that says they are scamming people they need to be held accountable for their scam.

    Just please have them send my paper work back in the self stamped addressed envelope. Please Better Business  Bureau pllease help me get my paper work back.

    I had to relocate to ***** from ***********, *** and actually asked an ******* employee to return my mail to **** in order for it to be forwarded to my new address. I do have the correspondence between myself and the representative if it needs to be sent via E-mail for this complaint. I have attempted a change of address twice but yet my mail continues going to the private mailbox. I would like all my mail items forwarded to me, which is now totaling 11 and for my account to be closed so that my mail no longer goes to the private mailbox.

I have sent 2 letters as a test and neither of them have been received at the mailbox or returned to me.- I have been trying to get a refund from them since their service does not work.- Their customer service has not responded to my request for a refund.- They have not tried to resolve the issue.

    I opened an account with ********************** several months ago and selected one of their affiliated store locations to receive and forward my mail. I had two high-value packages, each valued at approximately $200, shipped to this location and then requested that iPostal1 mail them to my home address.Both packages were processed and **** tracking numbers were created (Tracking #1: **********************, Tracking #2: **********************). However, neither package was ever actually shipped. According to ****, although labels were created, the packages were never dropped off for delivery.I contacted iPostal1 customer support after the first incident. They acknowledged the issue and stated that they would reimburse me. However, the reimbursement never happened, and communication ceased. Hoping the first case was an unfortunate mistake, I repurchased the item and had it sent to their location again. The same situation occurred: a label was created, but the package was never sent.After repeated outreach, iPostal1 claimed to be discussing the matter with their executive team, but they never followed up or resolved the issue. Ive now lost over $400, not including the cost of the mailbox subscription, and I still have not received the packages or a refund.This company has shown a complete lack of accountability and has failed to provide the services promised.

    I have used iPostal1 for several months. I am now doubting that I received all of my mail throughout this time based on an incident that took place today 4/4/25. On 4/3/25, I requested that 7 items of mail be scanned. These mail items have been in digital storage for several days/weeks, which is a service that iPostal1 offers and charged me for. I received an email for each of the requests on 4/4/25 but 4 of the emails stated that the scans could not be completed with the reason being "Customer came in and picked up one or more items that are in the request.". This reason is not only not true but not even possible because I do not even live in the state where the mail is/was being held by iPostal1. This makes me very worried because who did iPostal1 actually give my very important documents that have my personal and business information to?!!! As well as why is the employee willing to literally lie and gaslight me stating that I picked up the mail that I was requesting to be scanned so I could see what the mail item was? Now on 4/4/25 the mail items are not even listed in my mailbox so I have no way of identifying them. I want a complete refund for the entire time that I have been a customer and I want a refund for the storage charges as well as the scan and trash charges. How do you have my mail and I request the scan but you don't have it because I supposedly picked it up but you have been charging me for storage fees for said mail items? It doesn't make any sense and it's illegal what you did with my mail!!!!! I don't even know what all i have been charged for because the system that iPostal1 uses does not allow me to look. I do know that I am charged $14.95 per month and I am charged storage fees plus scan fees plus shred or trash fees. I want to be refunded for all of this because I believe I have not been receiving all of my mail based on the lies and actions of iPostal1.

    I have made multiple attempts to cancel my account with ********************** and have never heard back from customer service. They do not provide a phone number to contact customer service, only a form on the website to submit an inquiry and also, there is nowhere on the online portal/dashboard for customers to cancel service. This is is very scammy behavior is very worrying as they have my billing information and continue to bill my account despite me wishing to close it while making it impossible to contact customer service.

    I opened a VMB for ***** +tax per month. It is fully refundable within 30 days. I learned that the office center is next to *******, the company for which my brother-in-law is a high level manager with contacts throughout the **, and especially in the Northeast. He continues to attempt, with others currently being investigated by the *** for identity theft, fraud schemes, and ***** to force ownership of my person and my professional existence, working independently, and alone. I am single. I work alone. There is no personal or business partner. There is no board. There is no authorization to use or communicate about my account except by me. My decisions ar enot overseen or managed by anyone. On Friday, I emailed the order to cancel and refund. This was sent to the email listed on the website, an from which I received email communications. I believe they use the delivery of these emails to my Gmail account as the means of accessing my Gmail and all other accounts that use this email. My email was returned, blocked. I none the less, on Sunday, received a reminder email that I am obligated to complete the **** mailing form, which I had previously stated would not be provided. I attempted to respond by email, which was again returned to me, blocked. This is purposeful forcing of an account that I have ordered closed. It is being looped into illegal activity. The account is now fraudulent, and being used to conduct illegal activity under illegal control. It is to be closed. The fee paid to open it, the tax, the interest, and three hours of lost work is to be credited to my account. I charge $350.00 per hour. I expect to be credited, immediately, the total of $1,070.00. It will take me significant time to change my address at least twice to correct this damage.
