    Unable to start service , refused to accept notary forms . Said the signature of the witness did not match the signature of the notary( they are different people ) . Very strange and in all forms Ive had notarized over the years Ive never had this happen . The forms were properly filled out and checked by a notary but they rejected them and instructed me to use THEIR notary service for additional charge to complete the sign up . I declined as the forms were valid and requested a refund of $14.99 but did not receive an acknowledgment. The charge was disputed and resolved in my favor . Ive used this service in the past with good results but this time Im really disappointed .

    Hi *******,Sorry about the extra step and charge to complete the Form 1583. The **** has recently implemented new regulations for verifying customer identity when registering for a mailbox address. As a result, there is a learning curve collecting and validating all the required information. The final approval of the form with IDs is the responsibility of the mail center that receives your mail, known as a CMRA (Commercial *********************** With the new process and additional **** oversight, some CMRAs are being very careful to meet compliance requirements, so this may account for your experience. That said, we do all we can to make sure the signup and onboarding process is as simple and easy as possible. We very much appreciate that you have remained an iPostal1 customer.

    Its a scam. I canceled several times and yet I still find they're charging my credit card every month almost a year later! There's no phone number and no email address for support (of course). There's just some automated AI chat box that makes you wait forever. This is a scam company, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

    Ipostal has lost our mail. Placed our mail in some elses folder. Placed other customers mail in our folder and charged us for their mail. And iPostal1 and staples staff has even refused to give us our mail unless we agree to their new terms and conditions immediately with absolutely no opportunity to decline with enough time to change our address. This treatment and disrespect and disregard of our American freedoms and right is why our country is falling apart.
