    DO NOT USE THEM. I have just subscribed with them and found out a moment later that I can't use them to register my business. I tried to call them, but no one behind the phone answered. I tried the chatbot, but no agent was available. I called them again, and they redirected me to a sleeping person who was yawning behind the phone. She was rude as h*** I do not recommend this service. I asked for my refund, they told me it would take 5-10 business days for the refund when they took my money in a second for a service they could not offer. This is a scam, people.

    ******* is working as expected; i needed an address that was sperate from my Registered Agent Address. So far, this relationship has been working out well. It is cheaper than renting out an Office Space in Downtown area. ** iPostal. ??

    Cheap and gets the job done. Just make sure you go to where your office is and give them whatever information they need so your mail actually goes through and doesnt get rejected

    I tried using iPostal1 at a *********, ** address; however, the facility (Staples) underperformed and I was surprised that iPostal1 hadn't been auditing/monitoring their service levels for handling of mail.The only way I knew if I received mail was to physically go to the facility and have them search their unscanned mail piles, of which there were numerous days worth of mail. Most people wouldn't be able to do that since it's meant to be a virtual service so I feel bad for the other customers who may have been awaiting important mail.When I asked for a refund due to poor performance, I was told the only option was to give me free additional months, so not helpful. **************** said they alerted the Staples Account team, yet I think that particular ******* facility should be removed from those available. Needless to say, I cancelled my account.Consumer beware!

    It's as expected as the way it is. Hope the process will be more efficient when customers arrive at the store to ask for pick up. The agent will respond effectively like when they get notice the scheduled time pickup. Apparently, it is important for customers .

    Please allow this letter to serve as a formal complaint of racial discrimination and harassment against iPostal mail subcontractor Wilshire 1001 located at *****************************************. My experiences with them have been embarrassing, insulting, and a uncivilized.Prior to my first complaint on October 10, 2023 about ***** , I experienced several dis-repectful encounters that I just did not have time to deal with. One Hispanic woman who used to work at that location advised me that ***** does not like African Americans, an accusation I did not take seriously at that time since I was not really paying attention to any patterns. Most of the time, when she was disrespectful, I considered it poor customer service and misunderstandings on her part about the status of my account. It was barbaric to viciously interrogate me, a regular visitor, at the door and to threaten to call the police because there was an assumption I was following someone. What if the police did arrive and something worse would have happened? This thought went through my mind as a reflection on other situations where Black victims were not able to walk away with their life. There should be some repercussions against mail centers who violate the law, not to "resume operations as normal"To reiterate federal and state law, it is illegal to discriminate against someone on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or ***. It is also illegal to retaliate against a person because the person complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an discrimination investigation or lawsuit.I don't know what your company plans to do about this situation, but I find it disturbing if your company would continue to do business with that location. I want to know what is being done about this situation at iPostal.Disgusted African American Customer
