    Applied for a $500 rebate. Took 14 weeks to arrive. Went to use the card and it was expired. Card basically had 4 months left to use it. I assumed they would give you at least a year, my fault. I called to get a new card issued and they explained that nothing they can do? Lady on the phone said she could not help me in any way. I thought laws protected gift/debit/rebate cards from expiring. Who issues a rebate credit with 3 months to use it? Very unhappy with them. They took forever to send it to me and now this.

    As these cards are not gift cards, but rather prepaid Mastercards, and as such are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the card, they do in fact have expiry dates.  The expiry date is always called out a few times during submission, including in the Terms and Conditions which must be agreed to in order to proceed and complete an online claim submission, as well as on the front of the card, and is once again explained in the cardholder agreement that accompanies the card. That said, we have in good faith had a card reissued to the customer with a new expiry, however, confirmation of receipt of the card is unknown as our numerous attempts to contact the customer have gone unanswered. We are unable to confirm that the card has been received, however, can confirm that it was reissued and shipped out to the address on file, and our last message has advised the customer to contact us if for any reason it has not been received by now. Thank you.

    I bought 4 GE appliances for my kitchen at Sterling appliance. They gave me the form to fill out online to get a $400 rebate from ****. I've tried several times filling out the form and get an error message saying they aren't covered with no explanation. It is impossible to get someone from customer service to speak to you. You're put on hold forever, an easy form to fill out becomes difficult to submit as it doesn't explain mistakes made while filling out the online form to get the rebate. My due date to submit a claim is 10/10/24 and I cannot get any help from this company. It sounds like they are a fraud. Their website is bare bones and doesn't have anything helpful information listed.

    We contacted the customer to discuss the difficulties she was having when attempting to submit online, and confirmed that she was able to successfully submit claim #**********.  We were also able to advise her that the claim was processed and her rebate shipped to the address on file.  We have not been able to confirm receipt of the card however, as subsequent attempts to reach the customer to confirm receipt have gone unanswered.     I was issued a rebate card in the amount of $150 with a 6 month expiration date. not knowing the date of expiration would be so soon, it expired with $30 left on the card. I just want the $30 that is owed to me.

    I filed a rebate over 18 weeks ago with all supporting information needed. I have called several times asking for updated timelines, which they keep stating it can take up to 16 weeks to process payments. Again, its been 18 weeks. Each time I call, they can not tell me an updated timeline and do not know when payment will be processed, they just tell me to keep calling back and wasting my time. This is an absolute scam and no one should expect to get a rebate back from this company.

    Hello, I purhcased a Cafe dishwasher, refrigerator and range appliances from *******'s last year because of a promotion they had that involved receiving a **** gift card. After purchasing the appliances and applying for the rebate, I received my NECO Alliance Rebate Card (for $400) via email on 12/27/23. I starred the email and decided to wait for a special occasion to use it. I am booking a trip and tried to use the card and it says it is expired. I am very confused because there was no tangible card with an expiration date so I was not aware that there was what is clearly a very limited timeframe to use the card. I am incredibly disappointed because the rebate was one of main reasons I decided to buy the set of appliances at that time and now it is gone without me even knowing I had a time limit. I would have used it before. I would like NECO to re-issue the rebate that I paid for as soon as possible. I am a full-time student working two jobs and would absolutely have used this in the appropriate timeframe had I known! There is no way to contact the company about this that i can find and the website for Neco denotes in the **** "if your card is expired, you cannot access the funds". I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue.

    I purchased an appliance suite (4 appliances) based off the fact the retailer was advertising two rebates totaling $700. The **** rebate was $400. I submitted all necessary paperwork to NECO Alliance in March. As of today, when I use the provided link to check on the rebate status it says In Final Review and has said this for months now. There is no phone number provided to contact the company to see why its taking so long to provide the rebate.

    I purchased Frigidaire appliances and received a rebate claim. I processed the rebate claim on April 12, 2024 and received an email notification from Neco confirming they received the claim and the email also provided claim reference# UMLT6XGWQG. The email stated the ****************** process an up to ***** weeks with average time of 4-6 weeks. I called Neco at the *********************************************************** 7-8 business days. I followed up with an email on August 5th asking for a status update. Neco responded that they are unable to give me an update and to just keep checking the status on-line. As of today (8/12) we are at the 17 week **** and still no update. This is poor customer service and I fear that I will never see the rebate because I can't get anyone (either phone or email) to provide a status update. They all just keep saying to check on-line of which there has been no movement of the claim. Is this false advertisement? Rebate amount is $400.

    I received a rebate when purchasing Bosh appliances. I had to go through hoops just to get the card and finally I received it. I did not realized it expired on 3/24. I was unaware that the card was already activated upon arrival in the mail. I had close to $95.00 remaining on the card. When I tried to use it taking my family out to dinner. The card was denied because it had expired. When I asked for replacement card they denied me due to the fact that card was expired.

    I purchased Frigidaire appliances and received a $500 rebate card from NECO Alliance. Here is what happened: 1) Submitted the claim. It was approved on March 7 2) I followed instructions to redeem the card (was given a redemption code). This brought me to "*******************. I saw the value was $500, which was accurate.3) I tried using the card and it was rejected even though my purchase was less than $500. 4) I logged in again to see the card and to try to see the history. It shows I have no cards, digital or physical, attached to my account. It simply disappeared. I have spent hours on the phone, calling their customer service. I have yet to actually speak to anyone. The only option I've been given when I call customer service is to report the card lost or stolen which will cancel the card. I cannot figure out how to speak to a person in order to access my card, see the account numbers, and use it! Extremely frustrating. Note: I attached screenshots that show a card number, but this is not the real card number. The real card number is revealed after you redeem the card, which I did, but as stated above I can no longer access it.
