    I was approved for an appliance rebate of $300. I received an email and it shows on their website that I am approved for the money, yet I have not received it. Their email appears to be invalid.

    I was supposed to recive a refund of $400 rebate for my **************** Appliance purchase from ******************* in 2021. I did receive the email saying a virtual prepaid card was approved,. I have never been able to use it and when I reached out to the card services, they mentioned that its closed and cannot be re-issued. This is the amount of refund I am supposed to be recieving and now i am being advised that this cannot be re-issued?? please re-issues or refund my claim amount of $400. I have attached the emails I received from NECO.

    - Got the card reissued to *******, and expiry dates extended until August 31st, 2024
    Screenshot 3-5: Updated *************************** throughout the activity by email -> February 6th, 7th, 21st, 23rd, 26th, and 28th 
    - She finally had confirmed that she received the activation email on the 26th of February, and confirmed on the 28th that she now has her rebates

    We have not received word back from ******* after numerous times reaching out. We've done everything on our end. Is there anything we can do to resolve this complaint?

    I filed a rebate request with Necoonline for $100.00 for the purchase of 2 Whirlpool products. The invoice and serial # were included, dates fell in compliance as did all appropriate info. I received rebate confirmation # and was notified it met all requirements. After two months I checked in with NECO to see why I hadnt received rebate. Only be first told the Confirmation # didnt exist, followed up by the message saying my rebate is refused. I had problems with a Hankook tire rebate in October 2023 but eventually got my card but havent used it as it just arrived. I have notified Whirlpool of this company. If these major companies continue to use NECO they are just as liable as NECO for these tactics.

     NECO contacted me and I had contacted them by phone.  I was assured that my rebate application was in order,

    even though their email said I needed to contact them because a serial # was missing.  The representative told me

    that was not the case and I should receive my rebate in 4-6 weeks.  I have not received it.  The complaint is not resolved.

    - We weren't sure why the Invoice was invalid and got declined so we got that flipped to get it approved

    - We wanted to know if we've received payment on this batched claim from the client

    - We got payment expedited, and the transaction has now been paid

    I had purchased on 1/6/2023 appliances at our local appliance store. They offered a rebate on a certain number of appliances purchased. I was told the rebate would be in the form of a prepaid Mastercard. When the Mastercard arrived I set the envelope aside because I wasnt ready to spend the money. I recently opened the envelope to find it had expired. I contacted neco to ask for a replacement card. The representative said the account was closed and I could not have the replacement card with the $300.00 amount I was owed. I am looking for a replacement card. This is not right

    I was to receive a $400 debit card for purchasing appliances from Crane appliances in ******* **. I cant contact anyone through NECO Alliance since all the phone numbers are not active. All rebate forms were submitted in March 2023. Can you help?

    I am trying to submit my rebates for Bosch appliances, which is good for $600 when 5 appliances are purchased. I purchased them through Appliances Connection and it is within the rebate return window. Each time I submit all of the information on their website, it goes through all of the steps until the last one and then it says there is an issue with the submission and I need to resubmit. When I call the number I found on this site, no one answers. This sounds like a scam. I need help receiving the rebate.

    Customer claims to have had trouble submitting however, there is a claim in the system submitted by him (*********** which has been approved and paid as of 11/29/2023.  We have tried contacting the customer on numerous occasions to confirm receipt of the rebate, however, we have been unsuccessful up until this point.  As the rebate was approved and paid, no further action is required and as such we will be closing the case on our end.  Thank you.

    I bought a washer and dryer Sept 8,2023. I've been waiting for my rebate. It's $100.00. I was on the phone and she went through all the steps with me. Now I'm told I didn't send everything so as of today Nov 15 2023 I did it over and was declined. I read the reviews and everyone is having the same problem, THIS IS REDICULOUS

    The customer's claim was originally declined as only one model was submitted, which was not enough to qualify for the rebate.  After contacting the customer and understanding the other model purchased was accidentally not entered, we updated and processed her claim accordingly.  Her rebate was mailed to her address, and although we tried contacting her again to confirm receipt of her card, we have not heard back to confirm.  We were hoping to confirm with her before responding/updating you, however, we are not receiving a response.  As a result we are closing this complaint as the claim has been processed and the rebate mailed to the customer - no further action required.  Thank you.

    I purchased GE appliances from my local Appliance store and filed the appropriate paperwork on time with NECO. I received a digital card which does not work. *** tried to call NECO but I get caught in a loop and my call then fails. I need to be reimbursed $400 either by a valid debit card or other payment method. All paperwork with details is attached.

    Appliance's purchased on 7/23/2022 cost of appliances $4391.87. Per ******** Appliances I am *********** $400.00 rebate and to follow instructions to file, which I did submit rebate claim forms on 1/24/2023 which was before the deadline of 1/31/2023. Received confirmation rebate email paperwork was received on 1/24/23 that indicated time to process and approve would take approximately 16 weeks and once processed I would receive an email. I never received another email from **** to claim my rebate. On August 17, 2023 I realized I never got my rebate and emailed them to follow up. Neco Rebates responded back August 17, **** that my rebate was marked paid on Febuary 23, 2023 and I should have received an email to redeem my rebate payment. Neco never sent me any other emails and they state now my rebate rewards card has expired. I see Neco Rebates have 4 pages of complaints with The Better Business Bureau for the same problem I am having. All these complaints indicate to me they are a scam and do not honor the rebate program. I am looking for my $400.00 rebate to be honored since I followed their instructions.

    We've contacted the customer to rectify the issue.  The original redemption email was never actioned by the customer, however, when she contacted us in July it should have been explained to her that her payment email was awaiting redemption from her.  As a result, the customer did not see the redemption email and that redemption has since expired.  We've reached out to our card vendor to have a new redemption created and emailed to the customer.  We've confirmed with her that she has received and actioned it this time, and she is awaiting receipt of her card.
