    I can definitely say that I was surprised by the great service provided to me by Broadway Auto Transport. The customer service agent kept his word with the pick up time and dropped off time was way ahead of the time I was told. I would definitely recommend the company to everyone for the prompt service moving my car from *******, ** to ********, **. Great customer service I have received and I am very satisfied with the company service delivery.

    Wow! What a refreshing experience. After dealing with many Auto Transporters who over promise and under deliver I was super pleased with the work from Broadway and specifically ****. He is an excellent communicator ensuring I was aware of everything happening during the move of TWO separate cars and TWO different times; this is why I am a repeat customer. Both my cars arrived in perfect condition with no damage and were picked up and dropped off in the time frames **** committed to. Use them today they are good!

    My experience with Broadway Auto Transport was very positive overall. ****** **** was great to work withhe maintained regular communication and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the auto transport industry. His transparency and honesty were appreciated, and everything he described about the process unfolded exactly as promised after I booked with Broadway.

    Very bad experience! Paid $200 deposit to book a shipping of my car one month ago. Connected the agent one week ago for status and the agent told me No worries. Everything is going smoothly and as a plan". The day before the shipping date, he told me he couldnt find a carrier. Day has passed and still no update. Dont do business with this broker.

    Wow what a scam ! So I called Broadway Auto Transport to deliver my daughters vehicle as she was moving away to go to college. This was her first time away from home and super scary for her. I was quoted a lower price than other companies which obviously locks you in. I paid a deposit and signed a contract . I had a gut feeling something was wrong and should have trusted it. 2 days before pickup I hadnt heard anything and was calling with no response. I finally reached someone who assured me I would have no issues and my daughters car would be picked up and I shouldnt worry . Now its the night before and I still havent heard anything from them about anyone picking up my car now Im getting very concerned which I voiced to them. Still was reassured. Now the day of pickup is here and I get a text saying they couldnt find a driver now Im completely screwed trying to find someone last minute. Every company told me that Broadway quotes low then cancels because they cant find drivers and never give you back the deposit. I was told they would give me my deposit back and they havent . This company is a scam run far away !!

    I recently used Broadway Auto Transport to ship my 2018 Audi A6 Quattro from ** to **, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by ***********************. She was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial quote to the final delivery, ****** ensured everything went smoothly. Her communication was top-notch, keeping me updated at every stage and answering all my questions promptly. My car arrived in perfect condition, right on schedule. I highly recommend ****** and Broadway Auto Transport for their reliable and excellent service.

    1 month of confirming dates and prices. ****************************** always seemed flaky, so I demanded an email to stipulate what I was getting. I gave them a $200 deposit. I called repeatedly with emails to back it up. They could never give me a definitive date of pickup. So, 1 day before my pickup, ***** says ...from his email :And sir there is something i need to tell you.Actually i have 2 drivers right now and both of them can pick up your car tomorrow.And the first driver is close to the pick up address. He is ready to deliver your car for the contract price that we have with you. But he is not reliable i mean he does not have any insurance and once i checked his statistics i encountered some bad reviews that he damaged the cars he delivered and could not compensate since he did not have an insurance. When it comes to the second guy he is very professional one, we have worked with him so many times and every time he does very great job. He has an insurance up to $1.000.000 against any transport damage and he will be responsible for your items inside your car but the problem is that he is coming 400 miles away from the pick up location. So he is asking a litttle bit different price than we arranged with you. I mean the second guy who is so reliable one is asking $2200 in total and your reservation fee is also included in that price. Sir the reason why i found a carrier from another place is that none of the carriers who is near to the pick up location are reliable and none of them have any insurance in case they damage your car during delivery they are not able to compensate it. So sir I am sorry but to find a reliable carrier for lower price than that is a 50/50 chance so i would recommend to assign the second guy
